This is one of the 4 items I ordered today. I ordered 1 penne alfredo w/ chicken, 1 fettucini alfredo w/ chicken, 1 spaghetti with meat sauce with extra meatball and 1 order of breadsticks. The guys called me after I placed the order and informed me that they didn't have fettucini so I just chose penne (no big deal). My problem is the spaghetti.. i picked the one with meat sauce.. We had heard about this place, but we aren't really from the area, so hadn't had a chance to try it until tonight. WOW! For being fairly new and having such a tiny little spot, this was one of the best cozy dining experiences we have had. Service was EXCELLENT (Brooke was our server). You could tell she absolutely loved what she does, and is absolutely great at it. Our drinks were never empty, her recommendations for food were spot on, and her attention to us was something you just don't find in establishments these days. I highly recommend the Alfredo, (she was right) and my husband ordered pizza and wings, which came out perfect. We will DEFINITELY be back, as it's well worth the drive. Their food is great! Their pizza crust would make Goldilocks thrilled! Not too thin, not too thick, crisp, but not overdone! The meat toppings get a nice crisp on the edges but stay perfect in the middle. Salads are good! The wings were wonderful! The breadsticks are phenomenal! So soft and yummy! The prices can't be beat and the service is great! They're friendly and generous with refills and ranch! Good spot to watch the game as they have plenty of TVs and chill, friendly atmosphere! Simply put it was the best "last minute stop on the way home" decision ever made. A little out of the way for me but definitely will be coming back in the future. Great food and service was great. Place has decent prices and friendly service. Got the mommas special pizza. It was not very good to be honest. Mozzarella tomatoes and chicken did not taste fresh and no apparent seasoning. Early in the afternoon of December 24th, I called Viano's to place an order that I would come pick up, for some pizzas and a salad with Italian dressing. I went to pick it up, and only after charging my card, did they inform me that they were out of Italian dressing, so I asked not to be charged for the salad. They charged my card again, and promised that the first charge would be voided. On January 5th, I checked my card statement and saw that the card had not been voided after all. I called around 5:20pm and was told that they would call in a couple hours, after the rush. Cool; I get that. That's fine. At 9:20pm, I called back, and the girl who answered, after I explained my situation, said another girl had taken down my number, and that the manager was in the restroom and would call me back as soon as he was out. I had not received a call after fifteen minutes, so I called back again, and said, "Hi. This is now my third time calling this evening about a double charge on my card," and was immediately disconnected. Not wanting to believe that she'd hung up on me, I called back AGAIN and was told they were closed and that both managers had gone home. I said I'd been promised a call back tonight and that I had been very patient, at which point, she set the phone down. I am flabbergasted that any business would treat a customer this way. I get that mistakes happen, but to hang up on someone when they try to give you the chance to fix it is unacceptable. The food is good, so I'm disappointed to have to stop supporting them. read more

First off , pizza is not even that good to begin with. The prices for these pizzas do not match with the quality of the the pizza . a lil ceasers $6 pizza is more appetizing than this pizza . The pizza is good I always enjoy the food my issue with them is the employees they seem to only hire cute young girls who have NO CLUE what they are doing I usually order online it says it will be ready in about 35 minutes and it never fails when I show up it's another 10 or so while waiting for my food I watch these girls get confused over what order goes where often delivering the wrong food to the wrong table at least once and try to figure out what order goes to who The owners really need to get this figured out The girls often running around looking confused and not knowing what they are doing This place could truly be great if they would fix the customer service issues read more

Super delicious pizza & pasta! On this visit I tried one of their wraps for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. I'm glad I chose this place for lunch because the wait time was minimal and I had my Italian food in no time at all. I highly recommend this place! Online menu prices are completely wrong. Spaghetti showed 8.99 in reality when u get their it's 12.99 plus 3.99 for extra. Almost double the cost. Vianos may have the worst service ever for pizza restaurants. Busy or not, plan to wait an extra 30min for your order. It is clear when you enter, even the main register servers ignore your presence. Sadly, they have decent pizza, but this one aspect discourages me from using their business. There are many others to choose from with better service and high quality pizza. Horrible customer service owner is very rude and absolutely doesn't care if he loses a customer! Ordered medium pizza and wings waited over 1hour45 minutes. Asked where my food was and owner asked why I was bitching? Said they were busy ! Wont be ordering ever again that's for sure. Finally got my food 2 hours and 10 minutes later and not what I ordered I asked for a well well done crust and it was barely cooked no extra sauce like I requested and no crushed red peppers as I had requested. Just got my food delivered. Ordered Everything but anchovies XL and got cheese only. Also a bacon pineapple and jalepeno...no pineapple Took 1 1/2 hours to deliver. I called in an order for delivery. The gal I spoke with said no problem with the order, and it would arrive w/in 40 min. (I live 1.5 miles from the restaurant). An hour goes by no delivery. I figure they got busy. I called and was told it's taking longer than expected. Okay, thanks for letting me know. One hour, 45 min I call back asking where my order was? Same gal put me on hold and came back on the phone saying their delivery person couldn't find the address. ??? Then a guy comes on the phone saying they don't have delivery avail and the gal that took my order misplaced it (threw it in the trash!!).
