Ok I have been going here for a long time and now I feel the taste has changed the meet sauce on spaghetti doesn't taste right the noodles are mushy. Even our pizza is a bit off. I know it's hard in this pandemic. Why does the taste have to change? This is the fourth time we have been taking out here since this pandemic thinking I'll give it another chance. I think it's my last. But on the upside, there salads taste the same and that was good. Sorry Enzo I hope you can get back your old recipes and or your ingredients. read more

We ordered for takeout and they said it would be 25-30 minutes. We got there to pick it up and had to wait forever for it to be our breadsticks to be ready still. Overall it was an hour and 15 minutes. Sucks to wait that long at the restaurant, plus now our pizza is cold. We love the food, just a bad experience and poor communication. read more

I know times are rough, however it took 10 min for anyone to answer the phone. On hold for another 15. Pizza was ok. Not what it used to be. Super greasy. Ordered pepperoni and sausage, a little stingy on toppings. Plus side is the breadsticks are yummy. read more

Aside from the the food being good, service was crap, before you judge i know it's covid, but my issue was really the moron manager and inexperience cashier. we always support local, we are veteran family and believe in keeping our local families afloat. the manager shouldn't be a manager has no clue what he's doing, for starters they don't have kids meals easily defined, my wings came about 25 mins before my kids and wife's pasta, so that's very aggravating!!!!! we came here to eat like a family and it was more like sporadic plates arriving at our table. i confronted the manager and all i got was him nodding and saying ok ok .... ok with no apology and or consideration for my experience here. so not sure i recommend and or will come back but was very annoyed to say the least! my advise is you can try and fail but empathy goes a long way, owners need to do better in how they manage their restaurant. read more

Not much to say that others haven't. Service doesn't exist and the food, if you get it, is bland. Don't waste your time with this one.

Went to this place because I wanted a antipasto salad and it was close to the house I figured why not give it a try. The food is good any options I really can't go wrong. Customer service is good the staff is friendly even during Covid. And they still deliver right now. A must try read more

The pizza here is by far the best in riverside. I highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting good pizza

Pizza is good not gonna lie but for 55 dollars for a pizza wings and a salad you can definitely get more for your buck elsewhere... so called manager "Zach" was really rude for being a manager I would definitely spend my money elsewhere.. I definitely would not eat here again nor recommend you do. read more

The food here is so good! The pizza was delicious and the breadsticks were so so good. The girl working the register was so so sweet and great at communicating with me the menu since it was my first time here. I asked for her name and it was Natalie by the way. 10/10 coming here again! read more

So yum! We had a total of 12 of us go in exactly at 11am. We had: Veggie Pizza with pepperoni Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese Mozzarella sticks Cheese raviolis Boneless spicy hot wings Garlic fries & of course the bread sticks. Everything was soooo great!!! read more

First time trying this place and is was definitely worth it!!! Best bang for your buck too. To Go Order (pick up) (2) 8" pizza (Pastrami & Margarita) Pastrami was perfect! Not too salty, just the right amount of mustard and the pickles were UNDER the cheese so they still had a "snap" to them. Margarita had fresh garlic, tomatoes and tons of cheese :) (1) Breadsticks They were drenched in tons of butter and were heavenly and all this food was for $20.00!!! The staff was great! When we went in to pick up our order they took care of us like we were family. Let us know what their daily specials were and they even have lunch specials!!! Definitely going back here again :) read more

Ordered pizza here tonight. I created my own, with chicken, pineapple, and pepperonis. When we got here and ordered, we had no idea that the wait for the pizza was 45 mins. There was nobody ahead of us, or behind us. We were very confused on why it would be such a long wait, but we already ordered so we didn't have a choice. We sat down and waited patiently for our pizza, but an hour passed and nobody seemed to call out names for the orders, or showed signs that our pizza was ready. We had no idea that we were supposed to ask them where our pizza was. As good customers, we just waited because we didn't know what else we could've done. We didn't want to bother the cashiers because they were too busy ringing people up. There was a line out the door, but this could've been managed better. As an hour past, I lost my patience and asked for our pizza, and the lady went to the back and got our pizza, when we received it. It wasn't even hot. How does my pizza end up being cold if I'm waiting in the store for my pizza? Don't think we will be coming back for pizza, and as for the pizza, it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had. The wait killed it. read more

Excellent pizza. And that unlimited garlic bread it's delicious! God teir pizza spot!

Today I ordered (delivery) a Large pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza. I was 3 miles away and was told that my pizza would be delivered in an hour. It was. My pizza was still hot (thank God). The quality of the sauce, the cheese & the meats were amazing. I'm satisfied with my ordered. Will be ordering from here again read more

I have been a customer of Enzo's for years. I called in a order for pick up yesterday. Mind you we are still in the COVID-19 Pandemic. I arrived at the restaurant to see none of the employees wearing masks/face coverings nor was a mask or face covering required to enter the restaurant. I'm sorry but they made it clear they are not concerned with the health and safety of their employees or customers. Enzos just lost my business. read more

Love the food here. Their bone in wings are the best thing I have found, i ask for them well done. The spicy buffalo sauce is so good and has a kick. The pizza is delicious and the amount of toppings is perfect. We like adding a large salad to share and it is a pretty big salad. The breadsticks are really good and buttery and free if you eat there They have tvs and show many games. They also have wine and not just beer, that's a plus for me. read more

I wouldn't necessarily call it just a pizza, more like a work of art. Toppings are plentiful, crust is very delicious and not burned or stale like other places. Those breadsticks.... man those breadsticks are amazing. If I could I'd take those breadsticks as a meal because they're so delicious. If my daughter approves delicious because she us a very picky eater when it comes to pizza. Mostly cuz she hates crust, but not this place. Qhen she first seen it being cut and the cheese spreading apart she got all big-eyed and said, "mucho queso," lol. My daughter loved it. My compliments to the chef. I hope this place stays in business cuz it truly is delicious. Thank you for a lovely meal at your restaurant. PS. Theres no pic cuz I just thought food is delicious lol read more

Food was excellent. Large portion sizes definitely a good value. Nice atmosphere and family friendly. I would come here again when in the area. read more

Bread sticks are to die for!! Was a little disappointed when I was told with my last take out family order that the stix were not included. Bummer!! Yet this will not hold me back from ordering the meal. You can't beat $30 of pizza, huge salad and wings to feed the fam but will now have to order the break sticks on the side. With the managers apology, she gave me a free side of garlic butter. How do they make this!!?? Can't wait to brush their butter on a ribeye steak lol. I am a food guru and love this place. read more

The pizza is absolutely delicious! I am a native New Yorker snd California doesn't have the greatest pizza. But this place is way up there. Absolutely coming back! The breadsticks are a nice bonus too read more

My family and I walked in and they looked at us like they were stereotyping us, then tried to tell us how much we needed to pay for gratuity, they also told us that they close at 6:30 they were basically rushing us. They didn't see if we were ready to order, their customer service is shit and they need to work on it! read more

Friends of mine had been suggesting I try Enzo's and I can't believe I've waited this long! Their food is AMAZING and delicious. The pizza is made with great dough, crunchy crust and chewy inside- perfect! Their pizza toppings are always generous and the cheese is always perfectly melted and piled on. I've had the BBQ pizza (8 out of 10), margarita pizza (7 out of 10), and supreme pizza (8.5 out of 10). The breadsticks are out of this world. Soft, warm, and soaked with butter! YUM. I've tried the tortellini Alfredo twice, and both times were delicious; although the second time it was pretty heavy handed with salt so I was a bit disappointed. I would recommend the supreme pizza, breadsticks, and tortellini Alfredo with an extra side of marinara. (Drizzle on the marinara to make a tomato cream sauce!) Enzo's has definitely made the top of the list for my favorite go-to pizza and pasta joint! read more

I can't believe I didn't finish this review. Thanks for the reminder, Yelp. Go to Enzo's. The food is hearty, delicious, and just amazing. If I didn't have to worry about my waistline I'd eat there every day. There are some places that you just have to take someone if they're visiting from out of town, and Enzo's is one of them. The breadsticks and fries are incredibly easy to munch on and the calzones are to die for. Go. Do it now. read more

By far the worst service ever received.. the gal with the braids tonight was very bias and rudely snapped at me when asked I asked if my order was ready. I took one star off for the fact that we stopped by on one of the hottest days in the summer and the air conditioning was not working. The food was pretty good. Just a bit greasy! read more

The fantastic food is consistently ruined by the employees. I love the breadsticks but their breadstick machine being down rivals the McDonalds ice cream machine and I'm told that it's down almost every time I go in (in the last few months-it was fine before). Last Tuesday will be the last time I go to Enzo's. I placed my order over the phone at 5:35pm and waited until 6:50pm for my food-no apologies and I was ignored standing there waiting to be helped without even a "Ill be right with you". I was told there was a catering order and the breadstick machine was down which is why it took an hour and fifteen for my food. My pizza was hard and overcooked and had been sitting ready while the breadsticks were not. One box of breadsticks was burned. When I told the girl I had specifically requested the breadsticks to be lightly cooked, she rudely told me they don't do that (the girl taking my order didn't mention this and no one's ever said that before though I've gone to Enzo's since 2014). I told her the breadsticks were burned and she yelled at me that they weren't so I pulled one out and held it up. I told her I wanted my money back for all of it. No apologies for the fact that I drove 45 minutes, that I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my food, that the breadsticks were burned and the pizza was overcooked and sitting the whole time, or that they'd not put another item on the receipt-garlic butter-not even a "Hey, it's been over an hour and we didn't put it in your order though you specifically explained you wanted to pay for a side of garlic butter and it's two bucks so we'll offer it free to keep a good customer of eight years."). I was going to talk to a manager, but what's the point because other than my refund I'm waiting for, there's nothing you can do to fix this. Well, maybe fire all of your staff and get a working breadstick machine if that's really the problem. Other than that, terrific food that we won't ever be having again. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. Their pizza is INCREDIBLE, but their service is consistently embarrassingly awful. Not sure why today was by far the worst service. Sydney and Zach were working tonight. We arrived, a couple behind us, and a family roughly 10 minutes later. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (basic order), a small salad, and an order of wings. By 45 minutes of waiting, we never received our pizza. The salad came out about 15 minutes into our wait, it was decent. Their salads are usually delicious. The wings another 10 to 15 later, absolutely awful - dry and overcooked, they were essentially chicken chicharon. Then, never the pizza. Yet, the family coming in 10 minutes after my family received they're two orders of wings within minutes of sitting down, a large salad, fried ravioli, and mozzarella sticks. Lucky family they are! The couple that came in just after us also received their pizza. I was done waiting, done with the terrible, careless service. When checking out I refused to pay for the pizza we never received and Sydney couldn't even speak to me. She refused to look at me, answer any questions, and almost didn't give me my receipt. She made sure to huff that it was an inconvenience that I asked for the itemized receipt to confirm I was appropriately charged. I would have complained to the manager, but that's Zach and he clearly couldn't care less about work. I was coming in to place a catering order well over $300, but after this. I won't be returning nor spending my hard earned money here. This isn't the first time they've failed a catering order. I've called to place an order for my gender reveal and they flat out said no, even though it was weeks in advance. Zach couldn't care less as the manager even though he was who I was going to finalize my order with. Again, unless you have time to waste, avoid this location at all costs. I'm certain there is better service elsewhere. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom. Disgusting! read more

Have you ever eaten a New York style calzone? It's like an inside-out pizza, and not something I'd order in most places. So I tried it once at Enzo's. Three cheeses thickly melted into the dough and bacon melted into the cheese, but other people like pepperoni or whatever. The thing about the calzone is how much of that good dough do you eat. It's kinda like a pizza crust and kinda not. I think Enzo's makes it from their own amazing recipe, but I'm guessing. Thing is, anyone can melt and cheese meat into a sandwich, but NOT everybody makes a Calzone in California with an RGC (Really Good Crust). The kind where you want to eat it all, no matter how full you are. I think it's pretty impossible to eat an entire calzone in one or two meals, and Enzo's are big calzones. Big. And delicious. And they offered easy pickups and good, fresh sandwiches, even during the worst of the virus crisis. I haven't actually eaten at Enzo's, but I've ordered several calzones and some sandwiches, and the take out is EXCELLENT. 5 stars is for the taste of the food, which I would also endorse with my own rating system, giving it 10 x "OMG delicious" out of a possible 11. 'out a possible read more

I had heard good things about this place and was eager to try it. My friend & I ordered at 5:58PM and did not receive our pizza until 7:03PM. I understand that employees do have long shifts and deal with customers all day but I do not see that as an excuse for them to give us attitude when it was our first time here. We were polite and gave them the benefit of the doubt but the service was not even close to satisfactory. We saw people who got there after us receive food before us. Overall was not a good experience. I would not recommend. read more

What's going on here? Ordered a pizza salad wings at 5:37 tonite and they said 35 min. I know it is always longer than they say - that's ok I'm used to that. I show up at 6:36 and it's still not ready. When I do get it at 657 pizza is cold. The girl just told me it's not cold it's hot and left to pretend she was in the phone. I spoke to another girl and she at least asked what she could do. They did make another pizZa but I didn't get out til 7:20. What is happening here. This is not the first time happening like this. read more

I decided to try Enzos again after my previous review. I will say the customer service was better and the pizza was good. The reason for 3 stars is because on my take out order I was given the incorrect pizza, the other was correct. But quality and taste of the pizza was good. If I wasn't given the wrong pizza then it would be 5 stars. read more

Wish I could give this place a half a star they do not deserve a whole star !!!!!Horrible slow service !!!!! Our food was so burnt we had to send it back and they caught an attitude !!!! Like it was our fault the pizza bottom came out black as cold we ordered a sandwich and the bread was so burnt it was flaking off !!! Only good thing about the dinner was the salad. We also ordered spaghetti with extra meatballs for spaghetti competitive meatballs we ordered for extra meatballs they gave us for a little itty-bitty chunks at me and said oh that's our extra meatballs and I said we wouldn't they be the size of the regular meatballs he is and maybe but that's what they gave you mind you they charge you five dollars in order for extra meatballs I told him I'm not paying for four chunks of meat sorry dude take them off !!!!! His response was well how do I know you didn't eat them I said because I called you over to the table as soon as we got it and you Nagy said oh I'll check on them and you never came back to the table so we waited till the food got cold and then decided to eat that's not our fault that's on you his response was oh I guess I'll take them off this time but next time don't try to get went over us !!!!! I said really dude our bill is $95 anything I'm trying to get meatballs over on you !!!! Wow just wow let me pay the bill and don't worry about me ever coming back here again I could've went to a steakhouse I got a Much better meal for this price and I'm sure much better service. His response was yeah. Sure wish I would've thought about taking pictures when I was there. Wish I could give them half a star they don't deserve a star read more

Outstanding Pizza Supreme and Antipasto salad. The bread sticks were a real treat and would order again. The service is fantastic.

Spent over 100 on a family meal which includes a large salad 2 orders of deep fried ravioli some breadsticks and this business tells me I have a LIMIT of 5 for my order when all the items listed our family eats with ranch. Know when to limit and when to not we asked for a total of 10 which seems more than reasonable read more

Enzos has some of the best bread sticks. Homemade, fresh, dripping in butter. They need to do away with their dry, flavorless garlic bread and just stay with the bread sticks. Oh, the rest of their food, generous portions, good flavor. They need to think about getting replacing some of the tables. We sat at one by the door last night. Thought it was going to fall over. It was like experiencing an earthquake with every bite. Regardless, we'll be back. This was not our first time. read more
