I love Enzo's! The pizza is consistently good. The texture of the crust is crispy with the right amount of chew. The crust doesn't have a lot of flavor but that allows the toppings to shine. Food overall is so delicious BUT when you constantly have an issue with delivery and customer service it's an issue. Our pizza was suppose to arrive around 1:15ish we didn't receive it u til 2:20iah. Money was refunded.. Pizza was sent with NO SAUCE on it at all.. called to speak and once again was told how busy they were. Enzo please be aware that this is beyond unacceptable service. How do you not realize that there is NO SAUCE on the pizzza??? Making every excuse as to why the pizza was wrong. Offered to send out another but it's an hour shy of time to leave..Debbie please learn how to speak to customers and not get upset when the mistakes were made by your team. I work as a Nurse at the Durham VA Medical Center and I ordered wings today. The wings were horrible!!! I threw them away, could not eat the wings, and see the chicken hair was still on them. Half of them were burnt, and the other half weren't cooked!!! Huh ??? Nasty!!! I called to complain and the manager said bring them back!! Huh??? But I had them delivered and I don't even park here at the VA they make us park somewhere else and catch a shuttle to The hospital. So this man wants me to catch the shuttle to get my car and then drive back the opposite way of my home!!! I get off work at 430 I don't make it to my car until 5 and i have to make it to my daughter's daycare by 530. The nerve of him. The next time we want to order out the last place I'm recommending to my Co-workers isn't his place. We've ordered with them so much but not anymore. I moved away from Durham a year ago and Enzo's is definitely the restaurant I miss the most. I learned so much about myself here. I discovered the magic of buffalo chicken pizza. I got a taste of the tres amigos (with chicken instead of steak) and loved it. I accepted that I do, in fact, love pizza here and have never looked back. My boyfriend was actually the person who convinced me to give Enzo's a try one day. One thing led to another and we were pretty frequently calling for delivery and sharing a pie. Ever since I left Durham I have looked for a pizza place that could satisfy me in the same way Enzo's did. I have had a few good late night flings but nothing has really come close to the perfection of Enzo's pizza. If you have a chance to get a piece of Enzo's, I say go for it. I placed a curbside order only to arrive and rudely be told that it is not an option at the moment. I reiterated that they offer curbside on their website, and I was rudely told by the associate that "well, there is only one of me, so you can either come in and pick it up or you can wait until I become less busy." No apology, and nothing but an attitude when all I'm trying to do is pick up food and understand why this person is taking their busy workday out on a customer.
