Terribly done nails they were short when I said long and just overall bad!! So don't go there ok bye

Worst experience ever!! First of all the ladies were talking about us in another language the whole time and they were being so rough with our nails and kept filling our skin and even after we told them they kept talking to each other and being tough with our nails. They glued my nails on crooked and the beads for the acrylics was bunched up under my nails there was also a piece of the plastics extension in my nail. We paid and left but were super upset with our nails so we came back to get them fixed and they weren't able to fix them and just made them worse then I asked them to remove them and refund or at least store credit but they refused I then talked to the manager and she kept telling me that I was wrong and that the staff said it looked good even though they're my nails and they looked so bad but in the end she couldn't do anything for me so I ended up losing $60 and ruining my nails before my prom:( the customer service was actually terrible they were so rude PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU'RE WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE read more

Super disappointed! Bought my daughter a Spa Pedicure for her birthday. Her entire experience lasted 40 minutes with shellac. She was asked if she wanted paraffin when it was included in her package. The paraffin only reached her heal, the hot stones were only rubbed on her shin bone not all over nicely and the hot towels were used only to wipe her leg off and taken straight off. The girl asked if she wanted a third coat of shellac which she did, so she put on a tiny third coat. A group of grads came in , explaining the rush to get my daughter out. My daughter opted not to have some things done as the tools didn't look clean. She did like the end result of the polish.I called to complain, the guy working passed the phone to the girl who did service. Three times she said she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called the fourth and the guy heard me fine. I said I was unhappy with the service and would be leaving a poor review. I asked him what he would do about poor service he said nothing since I threatened him with a bad review. It's not a threat it's a fair review. It's too bad my daughter had a bad experience on her birthday, I paid for a certain package and expected those services to be provided. I wouldn't have accepted anything as compensation for a poor experience but acknowledgement would have been nice rather than deflecting the complaint. I hope others have a better experience, we will not return. read more

If you don't have the time to take in a client you should let them know. I've waited 30 minutes with acetone soaking my nails while the technician who was supposed to be helping me jumped from table to table. Usually I am very patient with you guys but tonight I am very disappointed. After the 30 minutes my technician roughly filed my nails down hurting me and not even asking what shape I wanted. I asked for a manicure but was asked to wash my hands after filing.. so I guessed that wasn't happening. After about 40 minutes wasted I decided to leave and was given no apologies or cares. Very disappointed in your service tonight. read more

I got my nails done by Anna today and they turned out beautiful. She was extremely sweet and went above and beyond what I was looking for, and I would definitely come to her again. read more

I got my nails done at Envy nails in Guildford Mall and all my nails are different shapes and sizes and are way too thick, I told the worker and she told me "that's how my nails are". Entire time she was very rough with me, kept filing my nails very aggressively to the point one of my fingers were bleeding and she would say sorry but continued being super aggressive. I tried to speak to the person at the front desk and he completely ignored me and continued to do what he was doing. 100% do not recommend. read more

Had a bad experience today took forever to do a full set she did a bad job she redid them twice and i wasn't happy with the job she did i told her and she didn't care the shap colour and from i hate my nails now i have to go pay somewhere else again. Just to get what i want read more

I would not recommend going here for acrylic nails. They did my nails very quickly, did not take care of my cuticles nor did they did it well. At the end of my appointment, my nails had uneven side walls, the cured gel nail polish had bubbles in them, within a week there was already lifting, I tried taking the best care I could for my nails. They painted over my skin, the style I had gotten was almond-shaped nails which turned out to be very chunky looking for some odd reason. In the end, I paid near 60$ for them. read more

Place is clean and organized to a point. However, got nails done and less than a week later my pinky nail one came completely off. I ended up pay almost $50 dollars one time because i got charged extra because "i chose longer nails". $10 extra. I have been to this place many times and the staff are nice enough, sometimes they just don't pay full attention to what they are doing as they are busy talking to other staff. read more

Won't go here again my nail broke after a week and then the other nail jewel the week after and then another nail the next week.. no they were not that long I've had longer nails last me a month and I wasn't doing any activity that would cause them to break so easily.. read more

So I came in to get my nails taken off and honestly the girl who was taking them off had no clue what she was doing!! She didn't know where my nail bed was or where the acrylic starts!! Ripped my whole pinky nail off.. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

Do not go here unless you're looking for terrible customer service and a nail infection. Came here for a pedicure with my friend and my toe was infected the next day and I had to go on antibiotics. Came back a few days later and requested a refund and the owner was assaulted and rude. The owner called over the person who did my pedicure and yelled and her while he made me sit, I advised I didn't think it was appropriate that he was doing this in front of me and asked for my refund so that I could leave and the owner said that she needs to know what she did wrong. After 20 minutes of awkwardly sitting there, the owner digged through his man purse and gave me a bunch of crumpled up five dollar bills..like could you at least refund it back onto by debit?!? read more

This Salon is more interested in $$ than People, pushing through as many people as possible, rushing, very unprofessional, unfriendly Staff, my friend got badly injured, the Girl that was doing her Pedicure wasn't paying attention, and Filed her Foot with out even soaking it first, and Grated off a whole piece of her heel!! Sorry, but unforgivable. You go to get pampered and instead get injured!!! read more

First time to this salon today July 27 it will be my last. I made an appointment for 10am, for a mani pedi, sat for the pedicure and that is also where he did the manicure very awkward. It did get busy in there very fast then you feel very rushed. They did an okay job, just expected better. I will not go back. Lori read more

Wow, what a service. i felt like a Princess. The Salon was so busy, and i still received a great service. I had my nails and toes done at the same time. First, i had my toes done with a beautiful design, and then i received a lovely hot rock massage on my feet and legs wow, can i take her home? Then, i got my real nails done with a final hand massage by Lisa. That was so amazing. This is my second visit. I really liked how nice the technicians were that were not working with me too. They were making conversation with me as they worked away. I also, liked how i was quoted my price prior to doing nails, i am not use to that, so that was cool. read more

Had a horrible experience. The lady pointed out every flaw in my feet during the pedicure and thought she was being kind. The service was also painful especially while doing the cuticle clean up. It has been two days now and my cuticles are still in pain. Worst service ever! read more

I went here today for the first time as my mom was treating us to a pedicure. The place seemed nice enough. The lady doing my pedicure forgot to trim the cuticles on my right foot so I reminded her. She got to work and then proceeded to cut into the skin of my middle toe. Did it ever hurt and bleed! She was very apologetic and felt really bad. Mistakes happen. What really irked me is the owner himself was sitting right beside us and started speaking in his language to the lady who cut me. I could tell he was upset and was berating her. The bleeding took a good 5-10 minutes to stop and all the while the owner keep speaking to the lady and not once looked at me and apologized or asked if I was okay. When my mom went to pay for us both he said to her your daughter is $15 instead of $30 okay? Sorry she got hurt. Wow!!! My mom paid the $15 but I think the least he could have done is apologized to me directly and offered a coupon for a future visit. I will not return. read more

Envy Nails - Ouch! Ended up getting cut. It hurt and bled! - Nail Salons Near Me - Surrey, British Columbia

I have got my nails done few times and had no problem. The reception staff lady is rude but the guy is good. the other day i went to get arms waxed, they took me in within 10 mins and lady start waxing my arms. she used one big strip and when that was dirty she took bunch of small strips that they use to wax face with and start using it for arms wax. It was time consuming and painful. she kept taking to the other lady as she was doing face wax on other client in same tiny room. Then she thought that I was wondering why she is using small tiny strips for arms and said sorry we are out of our wax strips after half an hour. I said its gonna take you tripe the amount of time and its painful for me. I asked i will come back tomorrow. she agreed and after my one arm finished it took her one hour to do that. I was paying to that rude front desk lady she charged me for full even though they didn't even provided me full service. No apology for not telling me they do not have enough wax strips but instead charged me full. This was the last time i went to their salon. will never go again. read more

Horrible service. Was just there on Friday and the lady "Lisa" was absolutely awful. I need a fake nail put on my big toe as half of the nail is missing. She eye rolled the whole time and spoke in her native tongue I'm 100% sure about me to the other ladies which were gathered around her gawking at my toe! How uncomfortable for me and very unprofessional of them! Thanks for making me feel like a side show. Glad I didn't tip. Never going back again. read more

Have been here a few times but only because very conveniently located in the mall and easy to get in. Not at all happy the last time because they all speak only in their own language to one another and very loud. Also she scraped my heels and underneath of my feet so hard that they were bleeding . No apology at all, Will not be going back. read more

Ni always does a fantastic job with my acrylics. Her service is friendly, fast and she has amazing attention to detail. I usually make an appointment for Mondays since they offer a 10% discount. read more

I got my nails done there recently (shellac on top of my own nails) I broke my nail and went back and asked them to put a tip on and shellac on top of that. They accused me of having my nails done somewhere else because they claimed they did not have that color shellac there. However I found the color. Broke another nail few days later and they did the SAME thing. When fixing my nail they did not put the base coat for the shellac on and claimed they NEVER do. Not worth the headache, crappy work. read more

Honestly, sometimes I think it's a hit or miss but it's always a miss for me. I've come here every now and then for convenience of the locations but no customer service is prioritized in this place. I got my nails done today but Vivian, my nails has unbalance thickness and she didn't even clean the sides the nail polish went over when it's already so obvious. She's done my nails last time and the nail polish kept coming off when it shouldn't be because I got gel set. I kept hoping to get another person but it seems like I kept ending up to her. Today during the process of my fill, she was clearing my nail that at some point it was hurting so I flinched and she seemed like she didn't know so I pulled nail out and she says, "what?" I told her it was hurting she cared for a bit and went off again. I wouldn't like going back here because their customer service sucks, a lot. Their work in nails aren't even that great. I'd pay more extra to get a better customer service and a satisfied nails. read more

I went in for a fill along with my friend for a full set.. They were fairly busy but still had us both in very quickly and paid full attention to us understood our rewuests easily and did exactly what we asked. In general the place is not anything luxurious but it's affordable and EXTREMELY fast! I was so impressed with a full set with detailing took only 45 minutes while my full fill took approx 25-30. The nails turned out great with the exact shape and look I had asked for! Recommend if your looking for a simple and fast experience. read more

I have never complained about a nail salon before but this one was so bad I wanted to get the word out. I don't think the technician knew what she was doing. Not only were my nails uneven, she did not trim the cuticles and she cut my toe making it bleed. I asked her to put alcohol on it and she denied cutting my foot. She painted my nails and I had polish on m toes and cuticle, she refused to put my thongs on first and when she did my toe was smudged. This website talks about how clean and sanitary this salon is, I will be reporting to a Better Business and Fraser Health. I wanted to give 0 stars but that is not an option. read more

Worst place! Your requests are like weird to them to the point that they question you in a way that is offensive. Like what the hell?! Is cutting the sides of the nails not a norm in cleaning nails?! Is buffing and shaping nails to a square cut a hard thing to do?! They said they're following my natural nail shape but my nails suck! That's why I wanted it be shaped the way I want to which is just a simple square! And the way they put on a polish really sucks!! They're not sliding the brush of the nail polish from the bottle so they apply all the paint they get directly on your nail which makes it so thick! I was also in a hurry and need to put on my sandals but the lady doesn't want me to get out yet! Saying, "hey, not allowed to go." I understand they wanted to wait for my nails to get all dried up, but hey! I'm the customer and I'm the one holding my time! This place sucks in all levels!!! And I'm totally regretting giving this place a chance inspite of the bad reviews and low rating of this place! Now I know!!! Number 1 rating is an understatement! This place deserves a zero!!! Boooooo!!! I hate this place!! read more

Worst nail salon ive been to. My nail lady ( her name is Rose) really took the cheap way out to take off my nails and it was so painful, everytime i would make a comment she would talk in her language to the lady beside her and laugh. Used the sale old nail filer on me that was probably used on the previous lady. Overall had a horrible experience, would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is a joke. From the outside it looks nice. Do not be fooled. I took 7 13/14 year olds here today. They shoved 1/2 of them in the back which is cramped and stuffy. They are just trying to jam as many people in as possible. I was talking to one of the nail techs who was shoveling food in her mouth and talking to me at the same time smack dab amongst the customers. Completely inappropriate. I did call ahead to get a price and was told $20 which I discovered once arriving it was full price. A couple places I called prior gave a discount for 7 people and being considered a kid. Not a deal breaker however when the manicures were finished in less than 15 minutes and a couple girls didn't even get a hand massage I was not okay with it. I quietly tried asking why they were so quick to the guy who took my reservation and he got totally defensive and raised his voice in front of all customers which again was so unprofessional. I would never go back to this place. It was for my daughters birthday and basically it sucked and cost me $147 and we were out of there in 20 minutes. read more

I will give them 3 stars for the service and the result done. The NO NO NO we will not be returning is because of the receptionist. Girl, this is not a job for you. You are rude, unsmiling, unprofessional, and worst in handling customers. We don't have any complain switch the one doing our foot spa and manicure. They are friendly and did a Good job also the owner is very good, trying to fix the rudeness of the receptionist. Wanna keep the shop? Change her. Maybe you think I am exaggerating... we have our reservation, the youngest of our party was left alone tho she is on the list. She only needs nail polish. While talking to us the moment we came in, she is rude and unfriendly...now came the paying part, when we asked for the receipt, she said I'll get back to you tho it is still our turn she talked to the next costumer. Maybe give her a seminar? Kindly fix this. BTW even the way she speaks to her colleague, I find it rude too. The shop is well equipped and clean...that's the bonus. Thumbs down for the receptionist. We were there today. Party Of 8! read more

Got my nails done today and had a terrible experience. The workers are rude, cold and unprofessional. The Young man who worked there did my nails and he did a horrible job. He did them quickly and they were streaky and spotty. I came back 2 mins after i left and showed them and they accused me and told me it was my fault. They were so rude to me and made me wait 30 mins before fixing their mistake. NEVER GOING BACK. NOBODY SHOULD GO HERE. i hope they get shut down from lack of business!! read more

Never ever get your nails done here. My shellec nails started to peel off after 2 days. I went into the store today to talk to the manager. The nails were so bad they were peeling off and chipping. read more
