They were very kind and were happy to refer me to a company they're familiar with that does address bats in our area. I really appreciated their help and attention in getting this addressed quickly. The company they recommended was just as prompt, courteous and professional and took good care of us. We'd definitely call them again should we ever need some help with pest control in the future and I'll absolutely recommend them if anyone asks me. They're very knowledgeable about who in the area can help if it's a situation they don't address.

If you don't like early visits, call to reschedule the window that works for you. Orkin is great about that. They work hard to make everyone happy. No there was not. she literally did this a month ago as well. Showing up unannounced at an unreasonably early hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. And it is completely unprofessional. Save your money. Don't go with a place like Oregon around here. Because they are nothing but unprofessional. If you are a female and have a male exterminator, come out, they will lie to you and try selling you unnecessary add-ons that have zero impact on pest control. And you'll get exterminators who are trying to have a side business and make money from the company they work for, much like I feel Sally is doing with us. His price was much more reasonable than his competitors, and he came out the next day to get started on our wasp problem. Drake came out twice to spray the nest, and again to remove it. He was easy to talk to, really personable, and had no problem taking care of the nest, even though it was very high up on our roof. Our wasp problem is now a thing of the past! I'm hoping we won't have another, but if we do, Drake and his team will be the first and only business we call. We highly recommend them for all of your pest problems!

The assessor was very fair and honest and said it wasn't moles or voles, which they could take care of but likely a larger mammal like a skunk or raccoon digging for food. They could not service this type of animal situation. I was pleased that they were honest about what they could and could not do. I had other pest control people on yelp give flat quotes ranging up to $325 and using photos to tell me it was definitely moles or voles. Summary: Mid Central Pest Control was responsive and honest in their free assessment.

Needless to say I keep receiving bills for service that wasn't done. I researched how to get rid of the mites and spray from Menards worked better than their products. Called and at first, they stated they didn't do that removal and cleaning and referred me to "Critter Control." The reason that I called Orkin since I called "Critter Control" who quoted me a price of $1900 for removal and cleaning and another $1300 for mitigation services which is excessive. Orkin agreed to a price of $350 and on 8/15 to come between 1000-1200 on 8/18. Never sent a contract. Never showed up and I texted the Orkin contract person x 2 and call voicemail x 3. Finally called the Naperville office (630-449-7236) and was told I was not on their schedule (I never signed the contract which was never sent) and I was told that the person that I was texting was not working on 8/18. I was told they could come on 8/19 but when I asked for a $50 deduction for my time of waiting for the appointment, I was told no way. Will never use Orkin nor Critter Control and I did it myself.
