These guys are by far the most professional, and have the most competitive prices Each job was perfect, and they are very pleasant to deal with The first was a pest remediation, cleanup job which was big. Other Disaster crews were going to charge me for hazardous waste for the entire contents of my basement, and were not going to replace the attic insulation once they tore it out So i needed a junk trash out service, disaster crew, and an insulation contractor Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists did the trash out at a lower price than the junk company, did an amazing job with cleanup and disinfection, closed every point of entry with metal , and came back later to be sure the house was mouse proof before they replaced the attic insulation. Used the best possible materials Great attention to detail, job was perfect, and price was the best, and they did everything which made things more efficient and convenient The second job occurred after an unlicensed contractor sanded my hardwood floors with the HVAC system on. The filter collapsed and the whole house was contaminated with fine wood dust stuck on with polyurethane I got very sick Again they responded very quickly to the disaster I got a-lot of bids including 2 from different servepro franchises The servepro guys are in an out so quickly, and do not explain their services enough to understand what you are paying for. One refused to give a detailed quote because I was private pay. All serve pro guys were aggressive and abrupt Servepro was thousands more. Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists job was perfect , despite the place being an unlivable total disaster before they started. They did not want to be paid until i was 100% satisfied So i looked around the house and found some minor issues which they fixed before final payment Pro Green Cleaning and Disaster Specialists are partners in a business So their level of professionalism and pride in their work far exceeds their competition They also connected me to an HVAC vent cleaning company that did a better job than Im used to with Servepro at a lower price. There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. At first, they were friendly and approachable/agreeable, but as the months have gone by they have been anything but... Do to the extent of work, our family of 3 was displaced and living in a hotel while work was being completed. Originally, we were told it would take 3-5 months. Nearly 15 months have gone by and the project still isn't done... Michael and Kevin have both been impossible to get a hold of or to get to respond to reasonable requests along the way in a timely manner. Days to weeks to months have gone by with no communication at all. Often times, I would have to email/text/call upwards of 5 times to get any sort of response. Of course projects like this will always have set backs and a lot of different hands have been involved along the way, but it has taken almost five times as long as what they originally told us. Every time communication was had, Michael would give timeline updates about certain items on the list to be repaired. 100% of the time, his estimates for time it would take for different things were a lie... He would tell me something was being done by a certain day and then when I would go check on it, it still wouldn't be done. When I would ask him what happened, he either wouldn't respond for days to weeks, blame the insurance company, or he would come up with some sort of excuse for why the work didn't happen. Everything was like this. He has lied to me over and over again. I can't think of one thing that he said that was going to be finished that was completed as he said. He would always say things like, "I'm really trying to push this along for you guys." But I guess that was just to get me to shut up and leave him alone for a while. After initial demo, weeks to months went by with no work being completed on the house at all. It sat vacant with indication of when or if work was going to continued. They also did not complete some of the things in the scope of work that we requested like moving some closets around upstairs and doing a carpet runner on the stairs... They just did what they wanted without asking or considering discussions that we in the beginning and assumed we'd be okay with it. After selecting materials, Michael was confused months later about what I had picked out for flooring for downstairs... They almost carpeted 2 rooms that were supposed to have vinyl plank because of this. They left areas of my house a mess including saw blades and chunks of drywall in the yard. They also threw some personal items in the dumpster without asking. At one point over the winter, they left a window open upstairs with the heat on, leaving us with a heating bill several hundred dollars higher than normal... I could go on and on for paragraphs. Cleanworks ruined the lives of this family. They showed no sense of urgency or regard for our family. Extreme and continued stress from this project caused my ex-husband and I to get divorced. We have made 15 mortgage payments for a house we are not living in and won't be able to move back into. After they were paid, they became increasingly difficult to work with. Working with Cleanworks has been nothing short mentally anguishing. Now I just want them out of my house and my life so we can sell the house and move on from this disaster... If I could rate them a 0, I would. NEVER NEVER NEVER hire this company. They ruined my life!

He found some debris in the air ducts (such as pink installation, a small block of wood, etc.) that should not have been there. One of our vents was entirely blocked by insulation! He also went to each vent to apply a cleaning/another bacterial solution. He did a very through job and we could not be happier with the service we received.
