From the person that took our intake, Terry, until the time of the service, the communication has been polite, thorough, and useful. There were no hard sell tactics. I now know why. There is no need. Shaquille J was the professional that did our pest control work for us today. I think that the best thing I could say about him is that I would be proud were I his father (my kids are his age). In his work, he was thorough and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to get behind things I had inadvertently placed in the way. As a person, he is special. He is exceedingly polite and well spoken. He listens very well. I also appreciated his patience. My wife and I basically told him the same story about our concerns without knowing he had been told by the other. He politely listened, asked appropriate questions, was appreciative of the info, and did not let on that the conversation was a rerun (though, admittedly, my wife's was more detail rich). I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown by the employees of this company. That speaks well of owner/management also as it is clearly a culture that values good work and customer service. I was a little reluctant to change services because we liked our previous company's technician. We were not fond of the business side of that national company, but sometimes 'the Devil you know is better than the Devil you don't." In this instance, that maxim does not hold. My AI system called it a subterranean termite infestation. I prepared myself for a hefty expense. Zach came out, inspected under the house and called it water damage. No insects. I was a sheep waiting to be sheared (and I had told him that I expected significant damage) and Zach refused to take advantage. No charge. He even apologized for an automatic email that I would later receive offering me a $165 pest control deal. "I just want to set a good sales example for my employees!"
