After interviewing TWENTY THREE contractors (and driving my wife / our neighbors crazy in the process), we made the decision to move forward w/Daniel Nicholas Roofing. They are based out of the Metroplex, so we knew they could be a company we could count on should downstream issues pop up; and, their A+ rating on the BBB coupled with 5-star ratings on Yelp and Angie's list went into our decision-making process. More than anything, however, this company's personal touch is what sold us over. Christina and Curtis made multiple trips to visit with us to discuss our options at length and also made several touch-points through the process to ensure that the installation was done to our satisfaction including stopping by the property at regular intervals during the installation. Be very cautious about paying a deposit without clear milestones, receipts, and materials delivered.

They don't use a professional accountant or accounting system so they always change costs after the fact. The improperly manage their own funds so they don't stick to the original bids and try to get more than what was noted. They regularly were weeks late on everything! The subs would routinely be late, no-show, or do horrible work like with some basic as drawings for a bathroom. Even the most desperate person should steer clear. Couldn't even get a reimbursement on an overpay that they themselves noted was due. Absolute nightmare!!!
