Beyond pissed... I get COVID took a toll and price's increase... but how you gonna tell me my 6 year old looks 9 and my 9 year old is an adult.. before both my kids would get the kids manicure and pedicure... then the lady that was gonna do my nails said they can do the set I wanted but it was gonna be very expensive... she took my phone and showed almost all the employees to see how much it would be, 45 for the tip... 5 for idk why, 10 for the gold flake and the. Another 45 cause of the shape?? What tha duck you for real?? That's a lot and I've never spent 105 on just a nail set... I was pissed and then they couldn't do it anymore! They ddnt have the colors and told me to pick new colors... once I was like ok let me see the nails you have on hand or designs I wa told to look on my phone again or do an ombré color... finally choose a design I had done before it was a problem and the lady tech got mad... I kept asking questions and seeing if we can work something out and I was told to wait for another tech or come back tomorrow.... While I was dealing with this they were asking my kids if they wanted design and gel when I specifically told them they were gonna do just polish no gel no extra's.... I've been coming here for about a year and never had this shitty service... lost me as a customer, I won't be coming back... read more

Not great at all. I walked in and presented the picture of the nail design I wanted, the lady said she could do it. They say me down and one woman started working on my pedicure, which she rushed me to pick a color and chose one for me. The other lady, the one that said she could do my nail design, proceeded to tell me I didn't want matte nails, that they looked bad irl. I agreed, not thinking much of it. She asked what shape I wanted, I said almond, and she started applying the nails. At this time I realized that the other lady was filing all my toes down to short nubs, which I said specifically I didn't want them short, I then said, "I didn't want my nails short." The lady that was doing my nails LAUGHED AND SNEERED at me. By this point I was like, okay whatever. I looked over at my nails and they were looking okay. The woman doing my toes finished and they actually looked pretty nice. The lady doing my nails then moved me over to a table to finish my nails, she did the dip HORRIBLE, there are so many bumps and when I got home there was dip powder stuck on my finger. Also, these are not almond nails. They are OVAL, one finger is crooked, I had the liberty to fix it by filing, but that didn't fix it. Never go here. Very overpriced. They continuously try to upsale you, even after you say no. My cuticle was nicked not once, but twice and bled. And my dip powder stayed on only for 1 week 2 days. Will not go back. read more

Lovely place. But do not let the luxury looks and free drinks fool you. Very overpriced and the quality is terrible! They do not listen they're so worried about up selling you. She first tried to get me to get regular solar tips I wanted pearl. She told me they were out of pearl and once I started to get up and take my money elsewhere (as I should've) pearl tips magically appear in her drawer next to her. She did a TERRIBLE JOB with my nails. And butchered my eyebrows, I told her EXACTLY how to do my eyebrows, but she was so worried about adding on extras like a lip wax and pedicure she couldn't of heard anything I said. Completely dissatisfied with the product. These pictures of my nails can prove to you never go there. My nails are barely a week old and they look like a disaster. I will say this, if you must go or have no other option, go to holly she truly cares about her work. The first time I went there holly did my nails. So I came in today, the weekend before Christmas and got my nails done, everything was smooth, I paid and left but realized I didn't like how my nails came out and let's just say it was pretty noticeable. I could've been angry and written a terrible review and never go back to them or could've gone back to demand a refund.....Butttttttt because I know we are all people and we make mistakes I just called and let Mr.Ben know and he told me to go in whenever I can and they'd fix them. He was very polite and understood I wasn't happy and he made sure to take care of me and fix my nails. Been coming here since they opened and will continue to! Great customer service!! I love this place! I've been coming here since they opened in November of 2017. The staff is kind and very professional. They're super friendly. We've had some great conversations! The place is always tidy and clean. I usually get a pedicure and dip nails. They look great every time. I will always come back and get my nails done here!! read more

I've been getting pedicures for years and never had a bad one until today. I added a 10 minute massage and asked that it be feet only. I had to remind her 3 times to just massage the feet and when she finally focused on my feet she only used her long nails. I told her twice that they were cutting my feet and finally asked her to stop. While she painted my toes she used her long nails instead of the pads of her finger to pinch my toes. Her nails felt like she was cutting my toes while painting them. What a waste of what supposed to be a relaxing time. read more

Not amazing. Not terrible. That's how I feel about all of it pretty much. Customer service and the finished nails were both just average. I didn't have a terrible experience but there are definitely other salons more worth the money. Literally down the street on 242 there is D'luxe nails and I've always had a pleasant experience there, like lovely customer service and awesome nails. I went here because of the location but I probably won't be back. Too expensive. Just my opinion, but I think there should have been more time and effort put into the customer service and nail quality than the interior. That is what's going to bring people back. Not how pretty it looks inside. Believe me I've been to some ugly salons but walked out a happy returning customer! read more

It sucks because I know they're fairly new and perhaps still trying to work out the kinks and what not. When I walked in the guy at the front was nice and proceeded to sit me and tell me to pick a color, the nail lady was nice but she started asking too many personal questions. Hey! We just met. I finished and didn't really like my nails *eek* but whata heck, they were having 30% off as they had just opened, so it's okay, I go to pay and ask how much. $40. What?!? $40 dollars... for what??? For regular powder nails, after my 30% off??? So my total would've been $52 for nails that were very simple and okay at best. I don't mind paying if it's worth it, but it wasn't, and well being charged $40 even after 30% had been discounted on okay nails has made me scared to go back in, because who knows how much I'll be charged next time. It honestly felt like a rip off, and it sucks because this place is probably the closest nail place to my house, but I am willing to travel 40 minutes to get my nails done in Humble by an amazing tech! Was just hoping to save time whenever I was in a hurry of feeling lazy and come to this place, but as of now, that won't be the case. Best of luck though!! read more

We have lived on 242 for years now and this salon just popped up so I decided we would go there instead of D'luxe nails right down the road since I needed my nails done and my husband wanted a massage so I saw a win win for both of us. I called Friday and set an appt for the massage since they told me I needed to schedule. Got there Monday at 9:50 since my appt was at 10. Got there and the lady wasn't there to do the massage (apparently she quit and I didn't get a phone call to reschedule or even let me know) so they told us come back at 11. Got there at 11:05 they started on my nail (which turned out great) roll around to 11:30 they finally came and got my husband. My husband comes out abt 12:30 and pays and tells me we immediately have to go home and take a shower since the lady put a concentrated icy hot all over his body. This lady rubbed this crap all over his head and did a eyelid massage?? Who puts icy hot on someone's eyes!? On top of that she put a soaking wet towel on him didn't even dim the lights or anything! My husband had burning skin all day and I had to watch out and make sure his skin didn't burn or have a allergic reaction. My husband was aggravated all day since he was looking forward to this massage. We will probably never go back and will just go back to D'luxe Nails since we know what to expect and they treat us like family. read more
