Don't listen to the lady talking about the age of her kid and arguing, she's a liar! Her kid said she was 11 and then the women turned around gave her an angry face and said "stop playing" you know you're 9! My wife has been going to this place for 3 years or so, they do a great job and have awesome service and quality! read more

I was coming for sometime, and now I would say today was my official last time. $130 for an amazing pedicure and a horrible fill with 2 designs. I wish businesses like this understood that as customers, this takes time out of our day as a choice of ours to feel and look good and understand most importantly how expensive these services are ; undeserving and yet this is for the price I've had to pay. She was not detailed and rushed through the whole service, banging her cart around and seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. I spoke to the manager and wanted to make it right, I had no minutes left for them to fix this. I told him it was the last time I will be coming and he stormed right off. read more

I followed the lady who has been doing my nails for the past couple of years from another nail salon to this salon and I am very happy. It is very clean, very professional, and not crowded. I highly recommend. read more

I use to love this place but the quality of service has gone down so much. Today I was telling the lady doing my nails some where crooked and she looked annoyed to fix them... they still are just okay nothing special. I am shocked they want so much for what they offer and don't want to do the work. I came home and filled my own nail. Top coat is still horrible. I won't be back again. read more

I visited this place about a month ago and had a great experience. My nail clippers were not doing the job I wanted so I got my nails clipped. It was nice and comfortable. I went in today expecting the same thing. They sat me down and nobody showed up! I left. Be cautious! read more

Not worth the $$. Very little English spoken unless it's about $$$. Overpriced for the ambience and wasn't even offered a beverage for this spa experience. It's a shame it's so overpriced it cuts into the actual workers tips. I prefer Executive Nails on Louetta. Have used for years. It's worth the drive and time to Spring vs settling for this place. read more

Horrible experience (minus the free wine) they dont file your nail bed very well, dont file well during sealing process either which is why one day later my nails are already lifting. Was scolded by the manager when i asked if my nail tech could file my nails a little bit better, she made sure to cut my cuticle with the drill and rudely painted clear on my nails barely letting them dry before she rushed me off of her table to wash my hands. I typically go to bellagio across the street next to HEB and they are awesome but i wanted to give this place a try. BIGGEST mistake! Never returning! Pictures posted are less than 24 hours of getting a full set here. Do NOT recommend read more

I visit Ben and his team at Envie on schedule at least every two weeks. Xiu, her sister, Paul and Kelly are amazing! Not once have I been disappointed. I am a very particular person and rarely ever order anything exactly the way it is on the menu whether at a restaurant or service. Of course, with my proclivities I compensate accordingly. I appreciate the fact they tolerate my pickiness and which chairs I prefer my service in. Looking super forward to the all new chairs that are coming soon! Ben and Team, thank you for taking care of Marco, myself, my daughter, god daughters and everyone I bring with me. Y'all are great! read more

HORRIBLE! Walkins are not welcome. Service denied when asked to see heart designs and pricing available. Tech pretended to prep for a design with a polish change. Tec then mocked me for asking for a design. I went to walk out and was assaulted by manager at door. He shoved me over when grabbing the door out of my hands and held the door shut, thus holding me against my will. He called the police, the police called it a civil matter. I went home very shaken. I had just had a gravestone put on my husband's grave for Valentine's Day. I wanted some heart designs to commemorate the occassion. read more

I will definitely not be returning to this salon. I was satisfied with the look of my nails however I was disappointed with the service and the workers. Called ahead of time to price check a full dip set. One color no designs or anything. I was told $50 over the phone and then when I get there the guy who did my nails charged me $5 for the tips, $5 to cut my cuticles which most salons do regardless, and $5 to round my nails... Kind of crazy since I described the exact nails I wanted and once I got there of course the price changed. The guy who did my nails did not speak to me other than him saying $5 extra to everything. He cut my cuticles multiple times and drilled down my nails until I felt a burning sensation and had to pull away. I left the salon with dried blood on almost all of my cuticles. Not returning ever. Save yourself the money, time and bad experience. read more

I don't believe I would want to come back due to my first and only experience here . Overall the place is clean and beautifully set up . The services I received were only a eyebrow clean up and lip wax that was overpriced . I originally came in for an eyebrow wax ( clean up ) and for the first few minutes of me beginning the lady constantly asked me for another service, hence lip waxing . I didn't mind because I did want to removed some of that hair and was just wanting to get this quickly done . After waxing around my eyebrows I noticed she didn't clean up anything around the eyebrow area and just went crazy on tweezers. She plucked so much of the front of my eyebrow you can clearly see they are messed up . They didn't acknowledge that I was upset nor happy with what just occurred and proceeded to charge me for something I should have just done myself . It's ridiculously frustrating to know that 23$ was wasted when I'm having to go home or somewhere else and figure out what I want to do with my patchy eyebrow . read more

The salon that my friend and I usually go to closed down due to Covid, so we decided to try this salon out. My first set of nails were very good, they had a lot of colors to choose from. I've been to a lot of salons where they wouldn't do what I asked them to do on my nails. This was the first one that had done what I asked them to do. The price was not that bad either my first nails were around $50-60 and the second nails were more expensive since I added 3D nail art to it, was around $90. (I've taken my little sister to a different nail salon and they charged $90 just for only dip powder). I would definitely try this salon out and go to Dalyna she's very precise and listens to what you want done on your nails. Yes you might have to wait anywhere from 30 min to an hour if you don't book ahead of time, but it's worth coming here and giving it a try. read more

Envie Nails Spa - Dip powder, 3D nail art, chrome - Nail Salons Near Me - Conroe, Texas

I went to this salon yesterday for its location and convenience to my house. The facility was nice and new but I am rating this experience as a 3/5 stars. 1. Instruments are not sterilized in between customers. They are "cleaned" and then placed in a "clean" box. My last nail salon sterilized the instruments in an autoclave style and opened a new sealed package for every customer to keep infection rates low. 2. Now seeing their process to clean instruments, I'm now concerned that the nail tech cut every single one of my hands when she was trimming the cuticles. She was very kind an apologetic, but I don't have a single finger that didn't end up bloody. 3. The service is not consistent. Staff was all kind and professional, but I was expecting to be served wine or champagne like the sign says, yet I was only offered water as I was standing to pay at the end of my service. I've attached a photo of their work in case you were wondering. They were able to give me what I asked for. Hope this review helps someone. read more

Updated review. I've recently gave in and tried them out again. I called ahead to ensure they had a nail tech that could truly do the ballerina nail. They said yes come on in. I got there in 10 minutes and was asked to pick out a color. I picked it out and was seated right away. The lady came pretty quickly and we got started. I ended changing my nail shape to Almond shaped. She did the shape so well, fast, with no hesitation. I knew she was it Her name is Dayaln( I sincerely apologize if I misspelled your name!) but within an hour I was in and out. Even, smooth, natural curved, all the same length nails. Im super pickyy about my nails and she blew me away with this set.. I will definitely be returning. read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. On the second day of having my nails I hit them on my desk by accident and the black polish came off on most of my nails ... the lady also cut my cuticle and wiped the blood off with the nail dust remover brush they use on everyone. This place is gross and unhygienic. read more

I absolutely love this salon! I always get a deluxe pedicure (not sure of the name, but it's the 3rd tier) with hot stones and wax. I've gotten my nails done here a few times but I mainly do my own nails with nail polish strips so pedicures are how i treat myself. Everyone is friendly and the owner even walked my daughter and myself to the car with an umbrella when it was raining. I tend to bring my daughters with me and they are always offered juice & have received services as well. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

This is my second time going in and I have not been disappointed! My first time I got a shellac manicure and they did an awesome job. This time I got a full set with a modified coffin nail and I love them! I actually decided to change my color after already sitting down. I told them I had a picture and a guy came over and brought me a selection of powders that looked like the one in the pic. The two nail techs I have been with were so polite, meticulous, and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Also, if this matters to you, they play acoustic pop music which I love! No loud tv or radio or anything like that. Will definitely be making my go to nail place! read more

There are quite a few ways they could get a better rating. First, there needs to be better communication and clarification in what people are requesting. They have a tendency to over charge for everything. They will automatically give you an up charged selection unless you make extremely clear you do not want those services. Most of the staff is friendly, one so far hasn't been. He did not listen to what I asked for and seemed annoyed that I wanted to fix my very crooked full-set. read more

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD This was the worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. One it took two hours for a normal shellac full set. Secondly two hours for the worst work i've ever had. She looked like she had no clue what she was doing i mean she literally put four to six clear coats on my nails before she even began to paint my nails with the actual color i wanted!! so now my nails are bumpy looking and god awful! She also shaped my nails that were already shaped and made them uneven and different lengths on each hand! After two hours of sitting there for a shellac manicure I HAVE PAINT ALL OVER MY HANDS THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN OFF!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I wouldn't go here again if this was the only nail salon open. read more

I just want to start by saying I have never left a bad review before, but this visit ruined my day. I've been here multiple times and loved it with my girl, but sadly she no longer works here. I've seen the same guy my last two most recent times, and all I can say is that I'm never going back. Ben, who did my nails, was shockingly rude when it came to picking out my colors and shape. He was very aggressive, unfocused, and kept getting up during my appointment, which took over two hours for a full set of French tips that look just okay. My nails hurt badly from how rough he was and all the over-filing he did. He was also rude throughout the appointment, impatient while I chose a color, and even argued with me about the shades. To top it off, he charged me $91 for just my nails before tip, which is much higher than what I usually pay for more complex designs at this salon. It's been four hours since I got my nails done, and I'm still very upset about my visit. I hope the owner sees this because the manager is the one who did my nails. Sadly, I probably won't be going back, which is unfortunate because I used to love coming here. read more

Today was my 6 th visit at the salon.... I only had 2 good experiences with a nail technician that they lost...... this is a cookie cutter horrible place to visit if you are looking for quality. I'll admit that my numerous attempts to use this salon are out of pure laziness. It's right behind my house. I'm an area manager for salons I know what quality is supposed to look like. This place is garbage and customer service is the worst. So many TDLR regulations are violated. Don't waste your money.... Martinis and Manicures is a better option. read more

Not a fan of this place. Been 2 times and had a bad experience both times. I got gel polish the first time for vacation and within a few days it was already chilling and cracking. Obviously I was on vacation and couldn't get it fixed. The second time, I told them my experience and the polish looked super thin so I asked them for an additional coat (you could still see my nail underneath). They did it, but weren't happy about it. He said even though it looked thin, it wouldn't crack . The guy doing my nails and the girl doing my pedicure started speaking low In Vietnamese to each other, I could tell they were talking about me. He cut my cuticles too short. Was trying to save time I guess and cut them in one swoop instead of a little at a time which left me bleeding. I gave both of them good tips and neither said thank you. Honestly I think they're racist. I've never had a bad experience at a nail place for no reason before. I will take my money elsewhere. read more

Nope. High hopes but disappointed. I have been to a lot of nail salons but this one is one of the worst. Rude people and crappy nails. A few are paper thin and straight. She didn't file my left hand right and burned my skin so many times with the nail file. Then At the end she dumped oil on my hands and then told me to wash it. read more

These ppl are very nice and understanding. Now with the nails you picked they asked everyone in the shop because diffrent ppl have diffrent talents! Not all nails off the internet can be created most are under several lights and are usually painted or glue on. I've been coming to envie nails for years and they have always been wonderful! Not understand why the bad reviews about Envie. I am Brazilian and very hard for me to like the nail places here in US. Usually they do the job super quick and you leave the place like you never had done anything. 9 years living here I only found 2 places that does a wonderful job on both manicure and pedicure and Envie is one of them. I go to Envie for 6 months and can't like it more. Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean environment and high quality service and quick. Ben is my favorite there. He is the best on powder nail. I was super excited for this place to open because it's literally walking distance from my home. I went in for a full set acrylic manicure and pedicure. The interior of the salon is beautiful. Bright whites everywhere with crystal chandeliers and luxe pedicure chairs. I loved the array of colors they had. I was dissatisfied however with the service I received. My pedicure was average to be simply put. Even though I paid for one of the top tier services I still left with chipped polish and uneven work. My nails on the other hand were atrocious. I asked for a simple full set with a pretty bubblegum pink powder color. I asked the gentleman if he could do a tapered square shape and I even showed him a picture of the color and shape I desired. My first Issue was that he did not speak English whatsoever. Now I understand that at a lot of nail shops you will have people who do not speak English hello Atlee but can communicate with you effectively to understand what you want. This gentleman did not understand the simplest of English words but continue to nod and shake his head as if he knew what I was saying. To make a long story short my nails came out extremely thick, bulky, and the color was uneven and streaky. For the price of $85 this was completely unacceptable. After all of the anticipation of this nail shop opening I am not sorry to say that I will not be back. read more
