I am a very particular person and rarely ever order anything exactly the way it is on the menu whether at a restaurant or service. Of course, with my proclivities I compensate accordingly. Tec then mocked me for asking for a design. I went to walk out and was assaulted by manager at door. He shoved me over when grabbing the door out of my hands and held the door shut, thus holding me against my will. He called the police, the police called it a civil matter. I went home very shaken. I will definitely not be returning to this salon. I was satisfied with the look of my nails however I was disappointed with the service and the workers. Called ahead of time to price check a full dip set. One color no designs or anything. I was told $50 over the phone and then when I get there the guy who did my nails charged me $5 for the tips, $5 to cut my cuticles which most salons do regardless, and $5 to round my nails... Kind of crazy since I described the exact nails I wanted and once I got there of course the price changed. The guy who did my nails did not speak to me other than him saying $5 extra to everything. He cut my cuticles multiple times and drilled down my nails until I felt a burning sensation and had to pull away. I left the salon with dried blood on almost all of my cuticles. Not returning ever. I don't believe I would want to come back due to my first and only experience here . Overall the place is clean and beautifully set up . The services I received were only a eyebrow clean up and lip wax that was overpriced . I originally came in for an eyebrow wax ( clean up ) and for the first few minutes of me beginning the lady constantly asked me for another service, hence lip waxing . I didn't mind because I did want to removed some of that hair and was just wanting to get this quickly done . After waxing around my eyebrows I noticed she didn't clean up anything around the eyebrow area and just went crazy on tweezers. She plucked so much of the front of my eyebrow you can clearly see they are messed up . They didn't acknowledge that I was upset nor happy with what just occurred and proceeded to charge me for something I should have just done myself . It's ridiculously frustrating to know that 23$ was wasted when I'm having to go home or somewhere else and figure out what I want to do with my patchy eyebrow . read more

The salon that my friend and I usually go to closed down due to Covid, so we decided to try this salon out. My first set of nails were very good, they had a lot of colors to choose from. I've been to a lot of salons where they wouldn't do what I asked them to do on my nails. This was the first one that had done what I asked them to do. The price was not that bad either my first nails were around $50-60 and the second nails were more expensive since I added 3D nail art to it, was around $90. (I've taken my little sister to a different nail salon and they charged $90 just for only dip powder). I would definitely try this salon out and go to Dalyna she's very precise and listens to what you want done on your nails. Yes you might have to wait anywhere from 30 min to an hour if you don't book ahead of time, but it's worth coming here and giving it a try. read more

I went to this salon yesterday for its location and convenience to my house. The facility was nice and new but I am rating this experience as a 3/5 stars. 1. Instruments are not sterilized in between customers. They are "cleaned" and then placed in a "clean" box. My last nail salon sterilized the instruments in an autoclave style and opened a new sealed package for every customer to keep infection rates low. 2. Now seeing their process to clean instruments, I'm now concerned that the nail tech cut every single one of my hands when she was trimming the cuticles. She was very kind an apologetic, but I don't have a single finger that didn't end up bloody. 3. The service is not consistent. Staff was all kind and professional, but I was expecting to be served wine or champagne like the sign says, yet I was only offered water as I was standing to pay at the end of my service. I got there in 10 minutes and was asked to pick out a color. I picked it out and was seated right away. The lady came pretty quickly and we got started. I ended changing my nail shape to Almond shaped. She did the shape so well, fast, with no hesitation. I knew she was it Her name is Dayaln( I sincerely apologize if I misspelled your name!) but within an hour I was in and out. Even, smooth, natural curved, all the same length nails. I absolutely love this salon! I always get a deluxe pedicure (not sure of the name, but it's the 3rd tier) with hot stones and wax. I've gotten my nails done here a few times but I mainly do my own nails with nail polish strips so pedicures are how i treat myself. Everyone is friendly and the owner even walked my daughter and myself to the car with an umbrella when it was raining. I tend to bring my daughters with me and they are always offered juice & have received services as well. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

I went there today for a fill and a pedi I was told it was a 30 minute wait I waited over a hour for I've got my nails started they were almost done when they started my pedi the girl cut 3 of my toes on one foot kept spraying them with rubbing alcohol and asking does that burn it didn't matter if I said yes or no she kept doing it one of my toes wouldn't stop bleeding and I paid over $80 for my pedi and $36 for my fill my nails are great but my toes aren't I am super unhappy and all they were willing to do was give me $20 off my pedi should have been free their customer service sucked and I paid the whole thing didn't accept the discount at all I will not be going back and I was happy to find them the first time around they need to fix this I shouldn't of had to pay for there most expensive pedi when it was so bad read more

There are quite a few ways they could get a better rating. First, there needs to be better communication and clarification in what people are requesting. They have a tendency to over charge for everything. They will automatically give you an up charged selection unless you make extremely clear you do not want those services. Most of the staff is friendly, one so far hasn't been. He did not listen to what I asked for and seemed annoyed that I wanted to fix my very crooked full-set. read more

This is my second time going in and I have not been disappointed! My first time I got a shellac manicure and they did an awesome job. This time I got a full set with a modified coffin nail and I love them! I actually decided to change my color after already sitting down. I told them I had a picture and a guy came over and brought me a selection of powders that looked like the one in the pic. The two nail techs I have been with were so polite, meticulous, and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Also, if this matters to you, they play acoustic pop music which I love! Secondly two hours for the worst work i've ever had. She looked like she had no clue what she was doing i mean she literally put four to six clear coats on my nails before she even began to paint my nails with the actual color i wanted!! so now my nails are bumpy looking and god awful! She also shaped my nails that were already shaped and made them uneven and different lengths on each hand! After two hours of sitting there for a shellac manicure I HAVE PAINT ALL OVER MY HANDS THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN OFF!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I just want to start by saying I have never left a bad review before, but this visit ruined my day. I've been here multiple times and loved it with my girl, but sadly she no longer works here. I've seen the same guy my last two most recent times, and all I can say is that I'm never going back. Ben, who did my nails, was shockingly rude when it came to picking out my colors and shape. He was very aggressive, unfocused, and kept getting up during my appointment, which took over two hours for a full set of French tips that look just okay. My nails hurt badly from how rough he was and all the over-filing he did. He was also rude throughout the appointment, impatient while I chose a color, and even argued with me about the shades. To top it off, he charged me $91 for just my nails before tip, which is much higher than what I usually pay for more complex designs at this salon. It's been four hours since I got my nails done, and I'm still very upset about my visit. I hope the owner sees this because the manager is the one who did my nails. Sadly, I probably won't be going back, which is unfortunate because I used to love coming here. read more

Today was my 6 th visit at the salon.... I only had 2 good experiences with a nail technician that they lost...... this is a cookie cutter horrible place to visit if you are looking for quality. I'll admit that my numerous attempts to use this salon are out of pure laziness. It's right behind my house. I'm an area manager for salons I know what quality is supposed to look like. Not a fan of this place. Been 2 times and had a bad experience both times. I got gel polish the first time for vacation and within a few days it was already chilling and cracking. Obviously I was on vacation and couldn't get it fixed. The second time, I told them my experience and the polish looked super thin so I asked them for an additional coat (you could still see my nail underneath). They did it, but weren't happy about it. He said even though it looked thin, it wouldn't crack . The guy doing my nails and the girl doing my pedicure started speaking low In Vietnamese to each other, I could tell they were talking about me. He cut my cuticles too short. Was trying to save time I guess and cut them in one swoop instead of a little at a time which left me bleeding. I gave both of them good tips and neither said thank you. These ppl are very nice and understanding. Now with the nails you picked they asked everyone in the shop because diffrent ppl have diffrent talents! Not all nails off the internet can be created most are under several lights and are usually painted or glue on. I've been coming to envie nails for years and they have always been wonderful! Maybe if you were truthful from get go you would have not had a problem! Not understand why the bad reviews about Envie. I am Brazilian and very hard for me to like the nail places here in US. Usually they do the job super quick and you leave the place like you never had done anything. 9 years living here I only found 2 places that does a wonderful job on both manicure and pedicure and Envie is one of them. I go to Envie for 6 months and can't like it more. Very friendly staff, beautiful and clean environment and high quality service and quick. Ben is my favorite there. He is the best on powder nail. I was super excited for this place to open because it's literally walking distance from my home. I went in for a full set acrylic manicure and pedicure. The interior of the salon is beautiful. Bright whites everywhere with crystal chandeliers and luxe pedicure chairs. I loved the array of colors they had. I was dissatisfied however with the service I received. My pedicure was average to be simply put. Even though I paid for one of the top tier services I still left with chipped polish and uneven work. My nails on the other hand were atrocious. I asked for a simple full set with a pretty bubblegum pink powder color. I asked the gentleman if he could do a tapered square shape and I even showed him a picture of the color and shape I desired. My first Issue was that he did not speak English whatsoever. Now I understand that at a lot of nail shops you will have people who do not speak English hello Atlee but can communicate with you effectively to understand what you want. This gentleman did not understand the simplest of English words but continue to nod and shake his head as if he knew what I was saying. To make a long story short my nails came out extremely thick, bulky, and the color was uneven and streaky. For the price of $85 this was completely unacceptable. After all of the anticipation of this nail shop opening I am not sorry to say that I will not be back. read more

This is the worst salon I've ever been to! I got a pedicure and the guy cut a huge chunk of my heel. He says because my heel was dry! Yeah right maybe because he was to rough! As he was trying to stop the bleeding he kept squeezing the gash and it was even more painful. I asked him for a band aid and he told me they don't have any. What? So unsafe!
