Since they didn't want to talk to me and make a reasonable effort to work together, I donated my Jeep to charity. I guess ECJD will get nothing now, and I will never visit the dealership again due to their lack of customer service. I purchased the vehicle there new in 2011 and only drove it during sunny, warm days in the summer. The rest of the year it was parked in my garage. Anyhow, ECJD made their decision not to work with me, although I reached out to them multiple times, and they all knew me for many years. So selling my Jeep for 10K is not going to cut it. Since I'm sure once I would have sold it to them, they would have slapped a 20K resale sticker on it because summer is just starting and all the many extras I installed on it. This Jeep was in immaculate condition and there was nothing wrong with it in any way. I will not be out to ECJD again anytime soon because of their lack of working with long term customers, and they don't care about their clientele. I would probably just avoid this place once you purchase anything from them, because they will offer you nothing in return, it at all. Sorry dudes, but your customer service really lacks everything.

The day of the service appointment for my daughter's car I called to set up payment and was told I had no appointment. I explained to the service advisor that I had the confirmation email and that my daughter was on her way. Fugate was able to fit my daughter in at the time requested. Thank you Dixie and Samantha for fixing a problem that had nothing to do with the service department. The problem was the third party appointment website. Thank you for making my daughter's first scheduled maintenance experience a great one. The next time I will call to make an appointment.

We had wanted to trade in old company vehicles in exchange for the new. The salesman had offered to pay for our gas to compensate for our drive from Bellevue. About half way to the dealership the salesman had called and said that he "wanted to make sure we'd have our business by the end of the day" and went on to essentially manipulate us into doing business with him. The whole interaction from the start with this dealership seems a little shady and I wouldn't send my family or friends their direction. After we had decided to take business elsewhere a different representative reached out and had apologized on the dealers behalf which we respected.

I have seen the service department become Progressively worse over the years. Their customer service is consistently horrible, borderline abusive. The last time I went in, I just wanted advice on clearing a code from a recent brake job (I do my own brakes). The woman at the desk was absolutely no help and actually told me that maybe I had mistakenly messed up my vehicle. It would have taken maybe 30 seconds for a technician to solve this problem but she insisted I make an appointment and bring the truck in for service. After doing some more research on YouTube, I cleared the parking brake service code on my own. This is only the latest of several negative interactions with the service department. Despite my admiration for the Gamblin family, I have purchased my last vehicle from them.
