Since they didn't want to talk to me and make a reasonable effort to work together, I donated my Jeep to charity. I guess ECJD will get nothing now, and I will never visit the dealership again due to their lack of customer service. I purchased the vehicle there new in 2011 and only drove it during sunny, warm days in the summer. The rest of the year it was parked in my garage. Anyhow, ECJD made their decision not to work with me, although I reached out to them multiple times, and they all knew me for many years. So selling my Jeep for 10K is not going to cut it. Since I'm sure once I would have sold it to them, they would have slapped a 20K resale sticker on it because summer is just starting and all the many extras I installed on it. This Jeep was in immaculate condition and there was nothing wrong with it in any way. I will not be out to ECJD again anytime soon because of their lack of working with long term customers, and they don't care about their clientele. I would probably just avoid this place once you purchase anything from them, because they will offer you nothing in return, it at all. Sorry dudes, but your customer service really lacks everything.

We had wanted to trade in old company vehicles in exchange for the new. The salesman had offered to pay for our gas to compensate for our drive from Bellevue. About half way to the dealership the salesman had called and said that he "wanted to make sure we'd have our business by the end of the day" and went on to essentially manipulate us into doing business with him. The whole interaction from the start with this dealership seems a little shady and I wouldn't send my family or friends their direction. After we had decided to take business elsewhere a different representative reached out and had apologized on the dealers behalf which we respected.

I reached out regarding a few trucks as I was out of state and moving to the area and was contacted by Gary Van Auken. Gary was so communicative and professional as we went back and forth looking to find a truck and deal that made sense for my wife and I. He actually found a truck that had come in that I had not seen which was fortunately still available when I finished my move. Everyone was extremely friendly to work with and quick to the point. Once I had my truck selected I came in to pick it up and spent about an hour and a half finishing paperwork and finance details. I look forward to servicing my truck with Art Gamblin and hopefully will be able to catch Gary in the office some as well. Great work to the Art Gamblin team and if you are looking for someone to work with and help make a price work for you, I would search out Mr. Gary Van Auken. Keep it up!

I will never buy another vehicle from Gamblin Chevrolet. I purchased a 2024 Chevy 3500 that was…read morelisted as "certified repaired" after GM had previously acquired it for a faulty transmission valve. After having the vehicle less than 2 months and only 1,800 miles, the exact same valve failed under warranty. I was told the repair part was on national backorder with no ETA, some vehicles already waiting over 3 months. They also said they wouldn't have a loaner for me for at least 10 days, and any loaner was not allowed to be used for towing (this would severely impact my job). Gamblin refused to unwind the deal or do a straight swap, only treating it as a standard trade-in. They took over $3,400 in immediate depreciation off my original purchase price after just 51 days of ownership, then upsold me a smaller 2500 2025 model that was $5,500 more expensive with less features (lost my center console, tailgate step, running boards, roof lights). To add insult to injury, I tried to negotiate removal of the $200 doc. fee on the 2nd truck (considering I had just paid that weeks prior), but was told that the fee was mandatory and non-negotiable, which is actually misrepresentation by law. They also locked me out of retrieving my belongings from my trade-in vehicle (for reasons their own service desk contradicted the next day) and I had to make a completely separate trip back to the dealership. Overall it was a terrible experience. This dealership took full advantage of a defective vehicle to maximize their profit at my expense. I could not recommend them less.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this business in 2 years time -…read more Last year when we purchased our car i was told business was under new ownership (so bad reviews might be void ) First your buying a used car and they typically have vehicles under 15k so a "used" car Their mechanic checks out cars and seems very knowledgeable -speaking with him he said hes been a mechanic for 20 years plus They take trades and buy from auctions - chk out the main things and put it on the lot at a very fair price - Ok now ..we just bought our daughter a chevy traverse test drive went great - was clean so we made our deal with smiles :) By the time we got home, check engine light came on along with the tire light- called the dealership and they were willing to have us come back in so the mechanic could check it out - They were amazing even though we bought the car as is, they wanted to make it right and help us Mechanic put some fuel injector cleaner in turned off light and 200 miles no lights Was told if light came back on please call :) Again -we bought as is Unfortunately, removing bad posts from Yelp is impossible -even if the business changes his ownership :/ You're buying a used car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are not mechanically inclined or don't have someone to take with you to car shop then I would definitely do your due diligence and take it to a mechanic -

Mike, the owner of the dealership for the last couple of years, is a great guy who wants to make sure he does something many car dealers don't do. Friendly and straight up 'the right kind of guys doing business the right way for their customers' is the way I would describe them.

No one made us feel pressured or talked to us in that way that many salespeople tend to do, like sharks circling. Bonus: Peanut the dog was endlessly patient and playful with our small children. Very odd experience dealing with 410 Auto Sales…read more I'm out of state and called because I was interested in one of their vehicles. I was told that the service records unfortunately weren't immediately available and would take about three days to obtain. That's understandable. What I found strange was that, while I was waiting for the records, I was asked to put down a deposit to hold the car. I explained that I could provide the deposit by credit card, but only if it were refundable. I was then told that the deposit would be non-refundable and that this was not his decision--it was the owner's policy. The owner, however, was apparently unavailable. I was also told that someone local was supposedly coming in to purchase the car, creating additional pressure for me to put down a deposit immediately. Again, I was told that this was the owner's requirement and not the salesperson's decision. The whole situation felt unnecessarily complicated and, frankly, very strange. I have no problem with a dealership having a deposit policy, but the way this was presented--especially while the service records were still unavailable--did not give me confidence. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward. I would be very cautious about doing business with a company that handles a potential sale this way. There are plenty of dealerships where the process can be straightforward and transparent, and this was not that experience
