After extensive research (and other estimates) around replacing my 25 year old front door (I live in Saddlebrooke AZ) I came across this company. They replaced the existing glass insert with an updated contemporary design, prepped and painted the door and replaced all the hardware. It's a vented iron inserted into our own door with pet proof screen and rain shower glass door that opens. It's beautiful and durable with a lifetime warranty, hopefully no issues. Talked with nick on phone , told him was looking for glass to install in my entry door as wanted more light. He was very patient and answered all questions and concerns after talking with him was convinced I wanted to go forward with install and one my wife selected on brochure from home magazine. Although the door is just beautiful, I've had some issues 1st of all salesperson had to cancel and reschedule appointment. We did order, but after 2 weeks past when my door was due, I had initiated the call and to find out that they powder coated my insert the wrong color. Another 2 weeks had to be added to the wait time. Appointment set up to install only to get a call that morning, that they could not find my insert that I chose. They offered alternatives that they had in stock and one was one they offered was an insert that wad cancelled and similar to the one I ordered it more expensive ( yes beautiful ) and they would do for the same price. Now two months later, the door shifted due to the weight, and is not closing properly. Multipul calls and texts over a two week period of time and no response from customer service. Finally get ahold of the girl and she set up the service call. Today comes, and no one arrives at the time slot given. I call the customer service girl , same one all the time , Leonor. Now she tells me my appointment is tomorrow . I said no way, it's my anniversary, I would've realized that. Now she tells she will contact the service tech and see if he can come today, late.. I say forget it. Keep it as it is. They dont know what they are doing. Very disorganized and I am disappointed after spending $6000. Service person came, gave me his card with contact info. States call him directly and he promises to take care of the issue. Update, door is now fixed for the time being.. I'll update my review as long as I have no further issues in the next 6 months- a year. read more

Entry Brite Decorative Glass I would like to take just a minute to describe the customer service I received from Entry Brite Decorative Glass. I was very interested in the addition of an iron and glass insert into my existing front door. I called several days in advance so that I could make time to have Entry Brite come out and give me an estimate. I cleared my schedule so that I would have plenty of time for my 10 - 10:30 am appointment on March 11, 2024. About 2 hours prior to the appointment I received a call from Entry Brite saying they needed to cancel because the estimator wanted to run an errand. Not that there was a death in the family or an illness or a trip to urgent care, no. Their estimator wanted to run an errand. I asked the person canceling the appointment if there was anyone else who could come out since I had made arrangements to make myself available. She indicated that Jeff, the owner does the estimates and that I would have to reschedule. I reluctantly agreed to reschedule for which I now needed to cancel everything else that day to accommodate the owner of Entry Brite to run an errand. A while later I received a text from Jeff who identified himself as the owner of Entry Brite. His text indicated that he was canceling his second appointment and he said to "not call them back." Thank goodness I found out the customer service offered by Entry Brite!! read more

UPDATE: within a month of installation, the door was already misaligned so I had reached out to Entry Brite sales Nick Nocero (who I was working with) to have a team to come out and address the issue. Well I guess since Nick already received his commission he didn't feel the need to reach back out to me via emails or calls. I ended up going through scheduling and (after two weeks without a word from Nick) they came out and fixed it within 2 days of contacting them. I truly appreciate the scheduling and and installation team as they were superb! The sales team...not so much. read more

Contract in June 2023 for 3 stained glass windows to be installed in September. After reaching out several times, they scheduled to come out November 38. Two workers showed up, installed one window and then they started fighting with each other and one of the guys quit and left. The remaining fellow said he needed help and would come back. I called several times after and they finally showed up January 4 with three guys who installed a second window. When that was done, they said they didn't have the third window yet. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as everyone else here. When they first put in my window the installer bent the frame... not a big deal Things happen. He left the paint half done and said someone would be there the next day at 8:00 to finish, no one was there and I realized the paint was chipped off the frame. Finally I had the paint person there later that afternoon. They brought a frame back after they said they were getting one from their Vegas location, and the frame didn't fit... they said again they were going to get one from their Vegas location and finally it for but the installer just left a mess. He was only interested in taking my money vs cleaning up after his work. I was going to use them to replace patio doors but I will look for alternatives. read more

They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues. he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. Can't say enough good things about this company. They just finished installing a glass and wrought iron panel and screen in my entry door. It is beautiful. Love the fact the glass opens so that I can get a cross breeze through the house in cooler months. Chris, my initial contact with the company was terrific . Even though they do not have a showroom he assured me that they wouldn't get paid until we were satisfied and that if I was unhappy with the color powder coat I chose or the style they would switch it out, no charge. He also assured me that if the glass insert which opens needed adjusting in the future they would come out and take care of it. Tim the installer was great as well.
