I was referred to this business by my palliative dr... I thought it seemed kind of sketchy but I went ahead and went. The first visit the dr said I was way too complex and said to just "go to the ER next time it happens because we can't do cultures" I thought to myself: what kind of ENT sends a patient to an ER because they can't do a culture? So I switch to another Dr who very clearly tried to get me scheduled for an unneeded hearing test to make money for the practice (the entire waiting room was full of the suckers who fell for the scam). I won't be returning and definitely don't recommend this place. The Dr didn't even know why I had the severe infection I had and just made a guess that it was from TMJ or a soft tissue infection and wouldn't even order imaging. She said that's what the TMJ Dr will do. But she wouldn't refer me to the TMJ Dr, she only gave me a list of recommended drs. What a joke read more

I did numerous times for the same issue and had to pay $100.00 each time, which didn't make sense, because by the time I got done with it, I could have bought a new hearing aid and it wasn't fixed. Very rude front desk on 8-6-2020 if you have a choice find another place. There was a detour to get to the office outside the hospital and it took me an extra 7 mins to get inside. So I was 7 min late to a 11:30 appointment. I understand that's sometimes not ok. But once I got inside I stood in line while two ppl that were together were filling out paper work and I was second in line my I remind you. After the ppl got finished with their paper work it was now 10:53 and I was told I may not be seen. And they asked me to step outside to do my paperwork even though I may not be seen. So update I was walked back to the room by a very rude lady that was whispering to the lady up front before calling my name I've been working on my review and want to post it but have little wifi so on my way to the room I asked what's the WiFi password and she told me they don't have a guest WiFi. So I asked why one shows up and she stated they don't have one. I'll include a pic of the WiFi guest that they do have. My guess is they don't want my review. I had an appointment to see Dr. Knott at the Gilbert office as a new patient. I arrived early & completed my paperwork and then sat for almost one hour watching patient after patient arrive after me, get seen and leave. I overheard someone at the desk say thar the doctor was leaving. So I got up and asked if this was true and that I had been waiting for a long time observing people coming and going that came after me. The receptionist replied that it was Dr. Knott's last day and they don't know where she's going nor do they have a new doctor to replace her & there would only be PA's & audiologists at this office. I told her it made no sense for them to give me a new patient appointment and then I would have to establish with a new ENT. She appologized and said that whoever made the appointment should have informed me that this was her last day. I told her that I'm cancelling and leaving. I asked her if I would be charged for cancelling and she said no. The office management reflects poorly on the physician's practice. As a physician, this showed disrespect for my time and time is money. I hope that whoever owns this business gets their act together. A physician's last day in a practice should be spent on clearing up paperwork and only seeing follow-ups of established patients. The office staff should have been able to offer me an alternative appointment with an ENT at one of your other locations in the Phoenix area. Now, you have lost my business. read more

Excellent doctors at this facility, and kind support staff. We had to visit, because after a bad head cold, my husband lost his hearing. Dr. Knott saw him and said he needed a specialized nose spray, and use it for 2 months. We did so and went back fir his hearing test with Dr Thorten. The test showed he does need hearing aids so we have that appointment set up. Was advised that failure to get hearing aids can cause the nerve connected to the brain to weaken, leaving hearing loss that can't be fixed, which also leads to demensia. After hearing test we saw Dr. Knott again, who checked my husbands ears and said the issue following his head cold was gone, and ears now looked normal. Very good news. Will be seeing them again in 2 weeks, if opinion changes, will revise review But so far excellent review read more

Awful customer care. I was sent to Tracy knott back in November 2023 for septoplasty, she told me she could do my surgery but thinks I'd be better suited with dr woods and referred me out to see him. That took 2 months to get into. When I finally saw him he said Tracy knott does NOT do septoplastys and wasn't sure why she told me she could. He then said he could do my surgery. I clarified prior to my appointments that the doctors operated out of Scottsdale shae and was informed dr woods does indeed. I was booked for surgery on 5/1. 5 days before my surgery I received an email from banner surgical center. I called the office to tell them I am not contracted with banner and their response was "well we will need to cancel your surgery". I asked why no one notified me of the change and was told the doctor stopped operating at Scottsdale shea. Never was I notified of this change. I have been waiting since November of 2023 for this surgery and was lead astray by poor communication on the staffs part. I have had 3 appointments with Enticare during this process over the last 7 months. I called the office and spoke to both Tony and Betsy for refunds of my copays since I now need to start all over and find a new surgeon to help me with my issue. Mind you I waited 9 days for a call back and had to continue to call them in order for someone to call me back. Betsy finally called me back after my third voicemail to the office. Betsy is extremely unpleasant and has poor customer service. As a supervisor for a large hospital I know how customer service should be provided, this company lacks it all. I did not want to visit an urgent care for my ear blockage after what my Mother went through. I called several ENT offices to get an urgent appointment. Enticare took the time to search for an appointment among their many locations. Upon arriving, very quick attention was given. I felt immediate relief with the procedure. I was provided with information to care for my ears pre and post-flight. Prescriptions sent, over the counter meds recommended. Very pleased. They will be my go to for ENT! read more

I have never been involved in a more difficult scheduling and rescheduling process than the one used by Enticare. First a 3rd party answering service answers the phone and takes all the pertinent information which is very time consuming. Then that information is passed along to a call center in the middle east and they call you to make or change an appointment. If you miss the call from the call center you have to wait another 24 hours before they call you back. Inefficient and cumbersome does not begin to describe this process. I do not recommend Enticare based on this single inefficient scheduling and rescheduling process. read more

I was having some trouble with my tonsils. The doctor I saw was very nice and seemed competent. Really not a whole lot they could do for me, but she did prescribe me Flonase and some allergy pills. Much cheaper with my insurance than just over the counter. I appreciated that. I would go back to them. Good experience. read more

Terrible place for a sleep study. Tiny, ugly room. Bed as too short and creaked when you moved. It looked like some guy made the wooden headboard in his garage. Worst is the bathroom was 50' away down a brightly lit hallway. Having to go there multiple times wipes out any chance of sleep. Only a sheet on the bed but he brought a blanket after I was all wired up and in bed and had to put on myself, which was difficult like that. The tech, Josh, was nice, and did a good job but seemed overwhelmed being there by himself and more patients coming in. It was dark at 8:30 and is in a dark strip center. They have a light on the building and it was off making it difficult to find the place. Drove by it 4 times. I've had several sleep studies and accommodations were much better and had bathroom in the room. Don't go here. read more

Today I went in for an ear cleaning. The PA did it. She used a sharp tool & scraped the inside of my earlobes to the point that I screamed in pain. It cut me. This is not normal. I have had this procedure done before and have never had pain. Clearly there was a problem. My eardrum has been bleeding all day. And she told me that I had to be put on medication for it. We had a great experience from start to finish with the staff and procedures. The last appointment took 25 minutes after our scheduled Appointment time to get us back. My son had tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy and they wouldn't give Tylenol with codeine because they said it was 'illegal to prescribe to children.' Meanwhile our friend had the same procedure a week before and was given Tylenol with codeine.. Kids have pain too I'm not sure why they expect them to be fine with just Tylenol. *update* we had issues with scheduling... They added my appointment 3 weeks prior then realized the day before the appointment that it was actually not available... And of course, when we did come to our newly scheduled appointment, it took forever for them to bring us back after we arrived. From the start till the end end of my appointments nothing but great. Honestly was a bit concerned as I heard very tough to get appointment or be seen as they are extremely busy office. Though also told Dr. Trainer was awsome and if I could try to get with him. I have an ongoing issue that has been a pain and I've seen numerous specialist for over the past 9 years and never got a real answer. I've heard everything from a dental issue to major surgery. Dr. Trainer was open and knew more in our two appointments than all of the others couldn't over the 9 years. Wow is all I could say. The practice as a whole is fine. I was scheduled promptly, seen on time, and the MA was nice. I was put on a cancel list and was able to be seen sooner than originally scheduled. I did, however, receive a notice that I had failed to show up to my appointment (which was rescheduled to the earlier date via the cancellation list by them). Annoying, but not that big of a deal as they didn't charge me. I needed a laryngoscopy, which requires numbing spray. The numbing spray gave the sensation that my throat was closing up. I voiced my concern to which the doctor replied "don't worry you're breathing fine. We'll be back in ten minutes" and then they shut the door and did not return for literally ten minutes. When someone voices concern and anxiety about their throat closing up (even if it's a completely normal sensation that all patients experience during this procedure), I feel like shutting the door and not checking on the patient for ten minutes is fairly poor patient care. Just leaving the door cracked and having the MA pop in would have been preferable from a patient experience. My chief complaint was in my lower throat. At the end of the laryngoscopy, the doctor told me the location in my throat was not her specialty and I would need to see a GI doctor. Mind you I was seeing an Ear, Nose and THROAT specialist, who told me I had to discuss my throat concern with GI. The first thing my GI doctor said to me was that this was an ENT's scope, not GI (because surprise, the throat is the scope of an ENT). My case was complex and required multidisciplinary care, but I was advised to follow up with another specialist, take some pills and hope for improvement. There was no recommendation for follow up or a timeline for improvement. I felt like more of a burden to the doctor than a patient and she treated me like I was a waste of her time. Didn't stop them from billing me $300. Look elsewhere. read more

Honestly Cory the office Manager is very unprofessional. I had appointment after a year so it took over a month to get a call back but today after previously not having to mask because of asthma, told me I could have appointment unless I was maske. Mind you we all just sat in the lobby with no masks and the secretary had it under her nose then mouth. While my current ENT office couldn't squeeze me in they at least referred me to Enticare. So glad they did. NP Li Li at Enticare quickly identified my issues, explained what I needed to pick up from the pharmacy and scheduled a seven day follow-up. For the Doctors, their knowledge and ability to assist me, I give them a 5/5. For the scheduling people...1/5. The first time I went to the Gilbert office. As I said before, she was wonderful, explaining what was going on with my ears, treatment and how long to expect healing. One of the meds would've been $267 insurance so she Fsve me a far less expensive alternative. For my follow up visit, I showed up a few minutes early, only to find out my appointment was in Chandler! What, I didn't even know there WAS an office in Chandler. After some mild scolding (which irritated me since they had not informed me I was to go elsewhere), they were able to accommodate me in the Chandler office. At that office I was scolded by the receptionist, made to wait until the Dr (who was lovely and apologetic) was free. She reissued some prescriptions and wanted me a k in a month. This time, knowing there were 2 offices, I ensured I said I wanted to be in Gilbert. They called to confirm my appt the day before, where I confirmed it was in Gilbert. To my surprise, I was scheduled an hour away in Casa Grande!! What the heck?! They rescheduled me with a different doctor in Gilbert. This time it was a different Dr. who was equally lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. She looked at my chart and thought it was the wrong chart because there was no way I could be the age of the person on the chart...it was the right chart but I obviously think she's awesome Long story short, my ear issues had been corrected. I am so impressed with the care over the phone I received today from Rosa and Li. I had called another local ENT and explained my husbands problem of dizziness for 1.5 weeks and he is unable to work and was told they could see me in May!! I hung up and called Enticare where Rosa and the NP Li got him in the very next day after explaining is issue. I'm very impressed with the dedication they provided for us. Highly recommend Enticare! New to the Gilbert tried to get an appoint with other ENT offices, but they would schedule me weeks out. Enticare, was able to fit me the same week. They called me before my appointment to review all out of pocket cost, no unexpected costs. When I got the office for my appointment they called me back exactly at 8:30, so no delays. And finally Dr.Li and staff where wonderful, they took the time to understood my issue, worked on my vertigo and provided meds and documentation to help avoid any further issues. Very unprofessional. I went there 3 times (despite my best judgement) and each visit was worse than before. Although I was scheduled to see a doctor, a PA showed up (I didn't mind, but they didn't provide any explanation for replacement and it tells you that they are sloppy). She gave me an armload of pills, nose sprays and antibiotics (without testing for bacteria). At my second visit was not different than first, she prescribed the same medicine. Third time, she prescribed the exact same medicine again, without realizing she had seen me two times already. She didn't even bother to check the computer for info! The nurses were fine, hence the one star. I'll never step into their office again. read more

Went there with a fungal ear infection. They dug it out (painfully, and resulting in a perforation to my ear drum) and prescribed cipromycin, which was a $200 prescription! It took several return trips before it finally was cleared up. Then they over billed me and sent me to collections even though I paid in full on each and every visit! I had recurrence a few month later, and not being able to get an appointment at Enticare, I went elsewhere where I was told that cipromycin does not even affect fungal infection! Further, the same toileting at the new place was not at all painful, and much more successful with proper treatment of white vinegar and rubbing alcohol. Then today, I got a message out of the blue that I have a hearing test that was scheduled over a year in TWO HOURS! I called to tell them I don't have an appointment, and they said they intend to bill me for a no-show! I will never give these people any money. read more
