For about 8 years, I have been a regular patient at this location and will remain a patient as this office is amazing! The front staff is always friendly, and even calls to apologize for a reschedule if someone is out. Today 6/5/23 this happened and they thankfully got me in same day with another doctor as I took the day off work for the appointment. Dr. Shimamoto is always friendly and helps me manage the day to day with my asthma and allergies. Very grateful for this office to help me get my asthma/allergies under control, help with proving my allergy for accommodations, filling out FMLA paperwork when needed, etc. They truly care about you as a patient and so glad to have found their practice!

Got sent here for in depth allergy and got to know Dr.Reeder. Great guy and was able to help me with this situation, the staff there are all sweet and kind. Right when we got there they helped us right away.

San tan allergy and asthma really helped my son when he was scared of allergy shots. The shots have also worked well. Would recommend.

Dr is great. The office staff doesn't answer phones. I leave messages and nobody calls me back.

Don't go here!!!!! Terrible customer service! Son had allergic reaction. Next visit made them aware and they upped the dose.

Reasons ( & I handled to the doctor as the manager Chelsea was useless ) 1) not organized ; 2) rude ( reception of the chandler clinic)  - the one who schedules your follow up...she was the most unfriendly person .. no eye contact and extremely on bad mood; 3) the first scheduler was even worse and made statements such as " I do not understand you .. there is no such doctor ..." instead of... could you spell the doctor's name?"  ... just as I offered to spell mine when she did not know how to write it. She was prejudice toward my accent and at one point I asked her what would be the earliest app with the doctor and she said " I don't know." Extremely rude  & really gave me the impression of not wanting to help to book an app at all; 4) the doctor told me that  my sinus  and symptoms were really severe and to start meds right away .. well, I had to call the following day because my pharmacy did not receive the meds. After  I waited 20 minutes to have a hold of someone, she  told me " well, I don't know who made the mistake" so I asked " do you see the doctors prescription in the system?" And she said  .." yes" so your staff again failed with professionalism . I have never had one single place that I had to beg for my prescriptions; 5) it took me 3 days to have and over 2 hours to get a hold of the "manager/ director " who told me that there it is not a grievance protocol I am not sure what's wrong with this whole organization but the staff need more training how to act as a human being.

Unfortunately, We had a bad experience with the front desk and there seems to be a huge disconnect between the providers and staff in the office recently. I called to get a note about my child's emergency plan for school. We had been seen in the last year. I asked for a note to be faxed and was told it might not be possible but someone would call me. A week went by no one did. Meanwhile my kid is in school with no emergency plan in place, which felt really unsafe. I call back. I was told we were "overdue" for an office visit. That was not the case. We follow up yearly. Still, I agreed to schedule. On the day of our visit, I was called and asked to come in earlier than our appointment (which I had scheduled after school) to accommodate the provider's schedule. I ducked out of work and pulled my kid out of school. We come in to the office only to be told by the nurse we could have handled the whole thing over the phone without an office visit. I appreciated her offer of a note without paying for an office visit but we had already made the trip so we saw the provider. She ordered lab work. The office hasn't called with results or to schedule a follow up. I'm sad that dealing with the office has become such a hassle and that there seems to be so little respect for patient's time. We love Dr. Rishi and really trust her but we'll likely use our PCP from here on out to manage things.

I won't be returning and definitely don't recommend this place. The Dr didn't even know why I had the severe infection I had and just made a guess that it was from TMJ or a soft tissue infection and wouldn't even order imaging. She said that's what the TMJ Dr will do. But she wouldn't refer me to the TMJ Dr, she only gave me a list of recommended drs. What a joke

Now, im here, I walk to the door and this is on the door. Not only am I here on Christmas Eve, but I cant even get the care on the day THEY rescheduled me for. I am only here because I was referred here by my dentist. Im surprised there arent more 1-star reviews. 44/106 1-star doesnt seem enough.

I pulled my child out of school. Just to be told that. My daughter was not scheduled. For an appointment with this facility. The office administrator was rude,dismissive, and aloof. And seemed irritated when she. Had to input my daughter's information. She then proceeds to tell me that. My child had a cancellation in December. Yet that doesn't make sense because. Another referral was put in place by PCP in January. There seems to always be some shenanigans. When dealing with this facility. I first discovered in July of 2024. That the referral expired then. There's been at least 3 referrals. Put in place with this facility. My child and I have been. Victim's of identity theft,hacking and stalking. Parties known to me either. Will contact medical facilities pretending. To be me or cancelling appointments. That I put in place. Or filing out patient forms on patent portal's. Providing false or exaggerated information. I wrote the date and time. Of this appointment down for today. Because my daughter's health is important to me. Someone had to have cancelled today's appointment. Without both my consent or knowledge.

Just go somewhere else. I got referred there after I broke out in hives. So remember I'm itchy ALL…read morethe time this happened, sometimes more sometimes less, ALWAYS ITCHY though. After my initial consult they lost me as a patient for two weeks. Took a couple days of leaving messages in the MA's mailbox before I stumbled on the only way to ever get a message through to anyone is through scheduling. But then you start to run into the shrew factor going through scheduling/front office staff. Don't get me wrong, they don't recruit specifically, I don't think. Not everyone I encountered was a shrewlike harpy just waiting for their turn to make mouth noises at you, sometimes so much so you don't get to finish yours or have to repeat the whole thing again. Some were very pleasant and you only had to say something once. But it was at least 60/40 maybe 70/30, shrews/pleasant. So they ran some tests. Took a couple weeks. Put me on some meds. Tests came back. Need more tests. Meds they just put me on that's only effect was to delay my ability to take the test by 6-8 weeks, and keep feeling doped as hell and, scratching like I'm trying to win the Oscar in Ray. So I get the test done. Now LabCorpPatient is involved here so I'm not entirely sure who to fire the "blamezooka" at on the next few they both appear to have a history of suckage. But the test gets lost. Next test, messed up somehow(effing weeks). Final test, get reffered to specialist. To kinky to go into, don't want to violate the HIPPO. Anyway I took two buses over an hour to go to my last visit. I had to fill out paperwork for conditions I didn't have, unlace my boots, (bus=walking=boots) take em off for height (umm, the same), weight (@247# w/3to5# boot, you're looking at 1-2% of the total weight is boot. No dosing is that accurate) lace 'em back up, get BP temp, someone asking me questions I just answered with things I said, a 15 minute wait, to fill out paperwork to order a shot they said I was coming in to get. The ordering has gone awry. After being tired of being cut off, repeating myself, and general lack of competence. I expressed my displeasure, I'll admit when met with snotty and haughty tones I returned fire. And near the end I was so flustered I may have treated a pleasant unfairly. Anyway they've sent me a breakup letter, I've filed a grievance with my insurance. By all means if this is the experience you're looking for give them a call.
