Charlie and the team took the time to properly troubleshoot it and found the actual issue was wiring/harness related. They also helped coordinate the tow, repaired the problem, replaced the needed components, and tested everything afterward with no current or pending codes. Straightforward communication, fair pricing, and better diagnosis than the dealer. I'll definitely use them again.

(our insurance estimate was $2000) after two long months of waiting-c & d sent us an estimate for $14,000 + on a car that brand new costed me $16,000!!! they included paint job etc etc which i didnt need! they up their prices because they were involving the insurance! even though i told them it was going to be cash and out of pocket and not involving the insurance!! then we spoke to charly and tony and told charly we didnt need a paint job he lowered the estimate to $8000+ for only 4 tires, front window! side windows, one front headlight and one side mirror! thats all i need! $8000 for this????? such rip off!!! we tried taking out our car from this shop but they were trying to carge us $2,500+ for storage fees, even thou they were the ones that took months to give us the estimate!! so just be aware and do not go alone if your a female! they will rip you off!!

Specifically in the span of this past month, after it stalled while I was driving it, I went through 8 mechanics who either refused service, didn't have the right tools, or just simply didn't know what to do with it. Thankfully Chris at Pinpoint was the 9th (and final) mechanic. Chris and George were both competent, kind, and communicative every step of the way. They treated me respectfully and Chris was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem properly - he even notified me that the ECU I had installed by a previous shop had likely been stripped from a junkyard vehicle (that shop had charged me full price and neglected to tell me it wasn't a new part). When all was said and done, I was charged very fairly for both the parts and labor.
