Driver was awesome. Communication issues with insurance dispatch but the driver made up for it. Loaded car on rollback and dropped us off at Carlsbad Honda dealer. Insurance wanted to send us to Escondido. Could not have been a better experience with a tow operator...my insurance on the other hand... read more

I requested a tow and got the best service and was 30% cheaper than other tow services. It was on time and they even fit my van onto my driveway as it has a blown engine!!! The driver was Jimmy. Victor, the Owner, kept in touch with me the whole way. Done within two hours- Encinitas to Oceanside- and he was in Escondido. Highly recommend this guy!!! read more

Great price & service! They towed my sprinter van. I recommend them for sure for towing

There was an old abandoned vehicle left on family land. Tree branches and weeds had grown all around it over the years. It was a super tricky and difficult job, but Victor and his employee were up for the challenge! There were soo many obstacles in the way, but they managed to tow it off the property and at a very reasonable cost! Did I mention they were there within the hour of calling them! They were very polite and professional. I since called them back to tow a large broken down tractor, and again they were quick to respond and remove!! Thank you Victor's towing! read more

On our way into Oceanside for a weekend getaway and blew out our tire about 7 miles from The Strand. Called and they sent someone right away, the driver was friendly, and they got us to the tire shop. Hopefully, I'll never need to use their services anymore, but if I'm local and need a tow, I'll call them! read more

Fast, reliable, affordable and very professional. Victor's towing is a must if you are ever broke down on the side of the road in Escondido or San Marcos or any of the surrounding areas. My tow truck driver Luis was very helpful and informative. I was freaking out and he helped ease my mind and soul with his knowledgable answers to my very concerned questions. I hope I'm never in the same predicament but if ever I find myself in the same situation around the same area, I will surely use Victor's Towing again! read more

Five-star service from Victor's Towing! Victor is courteous, prompt and professional. When our minivan wouldn't start I called a number of towing companies and Victor's price was the most reasonable. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, checked under the hood, found a loose connection and fixed it. The car started right up. I was expecting a tow to the dealer and an expensive repair. Victor's Towing saved us money and will certainly be our go-to towing company in the future. Thank you, Victor's Towing! read more

My car broke down mid week so I called AAA and had it towed to my normal mechanic. Unfortunately, the car had to go to the dealership. I used all my tows from AAA so they told me that a 7 mile tow from my normal mechanic to the dealership would cost $160. I called around for a Sunday tow and got a few quotes, but most were $150 or more. Some companies were unresponsive. I called Victor and he did the job for $100. Super deal and great service. I highly recommend him. read more

FAST service! Victor saved my night. It was 8 pm, and other tow companies wanted to make me wait 2 hrs, Victor said "I can be there in 30 mins". 30 minutes later, he shows up, as promised! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (BONUS = for those of you with low clearance vehicles, Victor is careful with loading your car to attempt minimizing damage to your car) read more

Victor was a pleasure to work with. Polite, friendly and competent. I had a small sports car to be to towed from a back yard easement-alley to my garage which I thought might be difficult because of the limited space but it was no problem for Victor. Victor arrived early and within 40 minutes had the job done with no difficulty. He offered to put air in the tires which were flat and then moved the car into my garage. His service was great and his price was very fair. I had contacted a different Escondido towing service twice . He said he would call me right back which he never did. I waited 3 days. Also, his price was higher than Victor's I highly recommend Victor's Towing. Don't bother with anyone else. read more

My car was acting a little funny and wouldn't start right before I was supposed to be at work. I needed a tow immediately to the dealership and there was victor. Highly recommend Victor's Towing. Very reliable, punctual, and affordable. Took very good care of my car while loading and unloading, and is very cautious when driving on the road. Not your typical tow truck driver that drives 85 MPH on the highway. Will be using him again in the near future. read more

Victor is a life saver! I was at 711 where the air pump did not work, he was passing by and recognized me. He stopped, assessed my tire, pumped air, and got me to the nearest tire shop. Almost like an angel sent from heaven! I highly recommend his services. He will not let you down. read more

My diesel truck broke down in Escondido around 9:00 pm so I quickly Googled for towing services nearby and Victor's Towing was the least expensive of all the places I called so I asked them to send a truck my way. I have been using Victor's towing service for years, the pricing is totally affordable, very professional, and I have nothing but great things to say. I am leaving this review because today I was reminded when I got my car towed today how amazing they were, but I have used them several times before. I cannot recommend them enough don't second guess it, if you need something towed make sure you call them. read more

Victor gets 5 stars. We needed to move a storage container. Not a typical or simple move. The 8x20 container was elevated on cross-stacked railroad ties. The road to the destination was narrow and curvy. The landing spot was hard to access and small. Got 3 bids. Victor's was the lowest AND he came highly recommend by a former employee of another tow truck company. Victor moved the container without a hitch. Without any booms or loud noises. Without disturbing any items around the sites. Clean as a whistle. Most impressive. If you need the services of a tow truck, call Victor! He knows his machine. He understands leverage and angles. He is pleasant and on time. He is a great value. read more

It was super last minute that I needed a tow from Escondido to Temecula. I called at 7 Friday morning and by 8 I was on the road with my driver. Would never use them again! Victor quoted me the price on the phone and then when his guy showed up and once they towed my car they he jacked up the price $150 dollars and threatened that he would take it to the tow yard if I didn't pay it. He is a dishonest business owner and the tow job did mess up the alignment of my car as well as my steering wheel. After it was towed the steering wheel was rattling. I would advise anyone to stay away...very dishonest owner. read more

The best & most professional tow service I've ever had! I'm a commuter & my car broke down on I-15 N right off of Deer Springs Rd. around 8pm. After about 1 1/2 hrs of getting the run around from roadside assistance through my ins. & the towing co. they attempted to assigned I cancelled them. I was by myself, cold, scared & almost got hit several times b/c it was so dark. I even called 911 twice for assistance. I couldn't wait any longer & yelped towing co. & Victor's Towing Co. was the 1st to pop up. I called them immediately & they had a driver come out w/ thin 20 min. They literally saved my life & drove me back home safely all the way to Murrieta. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICTOR'S TOWING. They are definitely, the most kindest, courteous, professional & affordable towing service I've ever had. Thank you Victor & company!!! read more

I got their number from yelp, my 911 turbo broke a coolant line, while driving on the freeway, I was in need of a quick tow back home, since it happened on a weekend and the service department is closed. They had the highest rating, and certainly did not disappoint. My driver was on time, as quoted by Victor, the rate was decent, I was only about 5 miles from my house. My driver was courteous, honest and willing to help. Attributes you do not find in the towing industry, as for my past experiences. At the time I'm looking at the possible cost of the mess, and my son was really excited to ride in the front cabin of the towing truck. My drive home was very pleasant, the driver(whose name I can't remember)was concerned and offered some knowledge of what could be wrong with the car. Overall experience was great, I have saved their number, and although I have road side assistance, I will use them again, I'll just get reimbursed, right? read more
