They work on old cars which my Corolla wagon is 1995, and they replaced a valve cover gasket for me for $150 last year. Later, the owner Andy (aka AJ) helped me find a used 22R engine for my 1982 Toyota Sunrader RV, and later, a hood. Both those were located in LA. Then after I bought the motor, Andy bought my no good 22R engine that his neighbor took out. My hood got all rusted out from being exposed to the ocean dew for only a year. Andy looked up something for me on ChatGPT, which I at that time last year, never heard of. Now I can thank Andy for introducing me to ChaptGPT, because I chat with Chat every single day. Andy also introduced me to a "really cheap, REALLY cheap!" (those are Andy's exact words) mechanic across the street that put in the used 22R motor I bought for $850 labor. Andy said he uses that mechanic sometimes too, for his own car. I wrote separate 5 star review about that business, too. Here is picture of my 1982 Toyota Sunrader that Andy helped me find parts for. Picture was taken at Lost Dutchman State Park, near Phoenix AZ.

Straightforward communication, fair pricing, and better diagnosis than the dealer. I'll definitely use them again.

I got a ding on my hood. It's "Vanda Blue" ... and I tried a trick I use on motorcycles to fix it myself- color and finish was off- I was so stressed- I paid $85k for this van- it's brand new! I reached out to Will at 1stop and explained. He gave me a great quote and assured it would be perfect and match factory finish. I dropped my baby off and "wham bam, thank you mam"- got a call back to pick it up..... Holy cannoli !!!! They painted the whole hood , fixed my screw up and detailed the whole van! It's literally like driving it off the lot again! Read my reviews- I'm awful- I'm never happy - check my reviews for yourself.... But this time..... I think Will was worried I was going to give him a big ole kiss! ..... this was one of the best experiences I have had with a business in years (any business) ..... I'm just blown away by my experience and the VALUE they presented. I hate to pay for anything! I would send my mom, my grandma, my wife - anyone here.... From the guys who work here who are genuine craftsmen always w a smile on their face , to Will and the way he handled and executed- this place is legit!!!! My next step is to offer to invest in this business- it's rare and a team like this is a real asset.... I'm laughing as I write this, but I really have that rare feeling of being totally happy top to bottom with my experience- it's so rare for me.....

Specifically in the span of this past month, after it stalled while I was driving it, I went through 8 mechanics who either refused service, didn't have the right tools, or just simply didn't know what to do with it. Thankfully Chris at Pinpoint was the 9th (and final) mechanic. Chris and George were both competent, kind, and communicative every step of the way. They treated me respectfully and Chris was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem properly - he even notified me that the ECU I had installed by a previous shop had likely been stripped from a junkyard vehicle (that shop had charged me full price and neglected to tell me it wasn't a new part). When all was said and done, I was charged very fairly for both the parts and labor. I definitely would recommend this shop, and I will personally be coming back the next time my truck needs work done as well. Huge thanks to Chris and George
