This is San Diego's hidden gem when it comes to jet ski rentals. Kevin and his wife are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely low in pricing and their jet skis run fabulously. One of the coolest parts of being able to rent their jet skis is you can take them anywhere!!! The pricing $75-150 jet ski rentals is no joke! No hidden fees. This place is absolutely awesome. Amazing service. I took my son's Kawasaki KFX 80 in for service. Kurt the mechanic was super friendly and honest about the work needed on it. I told him that I needed it done within a week and he knocked out the complete rebuild of the carburetor and serviced the entire bike that same day. He then explained all the components of the bike to me as I am completely out of the loop mechanically. I will take all my bikes here from now on. read more

I called this shop to ask for a shock adjustment on my bike. It's a procedure that takes about 30 seconds if you have the tool(a special wrench that costs $10-25. The female associate who answered the phone called me "weird" which was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and she had absolutely no knowledge of motorcycles. When I asked to speak to the mechanic he told me that he would not "rent out" the tool to me, I explained that I needed it to literally adjust something by two clicks and if he wasn't comfortable with me using it then he could do it himself. He said that he would charge me $25 for the "job" and that he would charge me again if I needed another adjustment of the first wasn't enough. If you're not willing to take a minute out of your day to help someone out then I'm not willing to pay you to do real work. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Don't waste your time with these rude oafs, take your bike to a trustworthy place like cycle gear, fun bike center, or literally anywhere else. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now don't get me wrong, I know that they are within their right to choose not to serve me. But with something so absurdly simply it was very surprising. Not happy with my experience here. My clutch was fine before I got it back. Rode it home and all of a sudden, it was broke. Brought my bike back to them to fix the clutch. Then the wrong clutch parts came. A week later when I tried to pick it back up. My ignition wouldn't work. Last time I come here. Oh and they charge just as much as The Harley dealership service. read more

Wow! What service! Broke down at 3:30 pm on a Saturday between Ramona and Julian, CA...the boonies. Did a google search and found Ramona Performance Cycles being the closest to my location. The lady on the phone said they closed at 4 but she'd talk to the mechanic and see what he could do...Kevin (The mechanic and owner) brought a trailer, picked us up, drove to his shop and fixed the bike. The gal who answered the phone (his wife) also had to stay late as they carpool. And to top it off, they were preparing for their four year old daughter's birthday party and they still took the time to help us out. I'm giving them 6 stars out of 5 possible. They do pretty good work. They seem to specialize in Harley Davidson motorcycles and dirt bikes. They can do some things on sport bikes but valve adjustments are not one of them. The labor price seems a little high for not being a dealership but hey it's a free market economy and the guy always has bikes on the lifts so I understand why he charges that much. One thing I will give them high marks for is customer service. The owner was leaving for the day when I pulled in and he turned around drove back to the shop opened up and helped me load up my ATV. I would mark them higher if they did more sport bike stuff. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people do not keep their word. They are selling a scooter for a customer of theirs so she can buy a bigger bike. I made a offer to the owners wife dependent on a satisfactory test drive. The scooter owner was out of town until Sat. 11/2 and I could not test drive it until she came back into town. The store owner(wife) called the scooter owner then called me back says the offer was accepted and I needed to call her(owner's wife) to set up a time for test ride on Sat. I just called to do so (10/30) only to be told they sold it to someone else. The owner told me that if I did not leave a deposit then they were free to sell scooter to someone else- I asked him why his wife never told me I needed to leave a deposit and he said too bad they sold it to someone else read more
