I did not end up hiring him as our timing did not work out, but I had asked him to show up in Vista and due to my mistake, he was not able to pick up my car from a shop up there (I live in Mission Valley). He was understanding and not rude about it at all, even though I made him drive out there. DISCLAIMER: This review is based on what I witnessed happening in front of my own home and not because I used them as a customer. From the time I noticed the tow truck pull up right in front of my house, to the time the car was loaded and ready to go, TOOK APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES. If that. I've never seen a car loaded that fast ever. When the truck arrived, the customer even said, "You got here quick". I can't say anything about value or price, but they couple that loaded the truck made some nice small talk and again LESS THAN 10 MINUTES to load a car and be on their way. I didn't hear everything, and I really didn't mean to eavesdrop, but my front window was open, so it was sort of unavoidable. While driving home after hours, I hit a tire eating pothole resulting in a pinch flat on the RunFlat tires (can't run flat in that situation). Immediately parked the car. Next morning opened a Yelp Project to find potential towing companies. Ran across David Towing. They were responsive and professional. Able to meet me at my vehicle in 20 minutes. The pricing was amazing and they were very efficient at loading the vehicle on the flat bed. The husband/wife team had the car on the tow vehicle and secured within 5 minutes. After a 6 minute drive to the tire company, they unloaded the car just as fast. If I ever need towing again, this will be the first place I call! read more

Had a tire blow out on the I15 north bound on a Sunday. Quality towing was quick to respond assessed the damage to my truck , suggested we tow to Big O tires for service as he had called around for near by open shops that had the size tire I needed. There was other damage to the truck that would make it unable to drive, he gave suggested fixes for them so I could get home. Very professional very helpful.
