1 Star Absolutely terrible experience. I reserved a truck for a family camping trip and called the morning of pickup to confirm everything, only to be told there were no trucks available. After contacting corporate, the Yucaipa location called me and assured me they had a truck for me, that it was getting an oil change, and that it would be waiting for me when I arrived later that afternoon. I specifically asked if it would be rented to someone else and was told no. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, I walked in to find the manager asleep at his desk, snoring. I knocked on the counter and tried to get his attention, but he never woke up. After several minutes, another employee came in and informed me that the truck I had been promised was no longer available because it had supposedly been in an accident. The interesting part? The employee left me a voicemail at 3:41 PM while I was literally standing inside the office waiting for assistance. After I'd already arranged a ride, taken time out of my day, and shown up exactly when they told me to. Whether the truck was actually in an accident or rented to someone else, I'll never know. What I do know is that nobody bothered to communicate with me until I was already standing in the office. I then spent more time dealing with corporate, who repeatedly promised callbacks and solutions that never came. If you enjoy uncertainty, poor communication, broken promises, and management sleeping on the job, this is the place for you. If you actually need a vehicle you've reserved, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Awful service. I made a reservation in advance for a mid-size SUV. I was dropped off at the Yucaipa location a little after my scheduled pick-up time. I walked inside and told the worker that I had a car reservation and my name. They didn't even have the car that I had reserved. He asked me if I wanted a mini-van, and I told him no thank you. He made some calls, than asked me how was I going to pay. I told him I would pay with my CC. He said he found one in Banning, and that I'd need to go there to pick it up. I was dropped off, so I guess I would have to walk. I told him No thanks, and then the room went silent. He never said another word to me. Needless to say, I walked out and will never use this location again. If you have other options if you are in need of a rental car, I would stay away from this Enterprise location. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all the customer service is terrible!!! I would never recommend anyone coming here after the way I was treated. So Unprofessional, the front desk girl Kenna was so racist and rude, not sure if she was in a bad mood or what her deal was !!! I called prior to my appearance and already had reservations set and was racially profiled by this girl and treated terribly. Unacceptable behavior especially during these the holidays! read more

I rented from this location and my experience was so bad. First the staff that I deal with is not honest, they overcharge the customer. I rented for a week but ended up returning it for 1 day. The staff instead of 1 day rent, he still charged me for the whole week, after I complained he did a new receipt and end up overcharging me still and when I checked my receipt they were charging me 25 cents mile which so ridiculous because I will end paying $76 only for 1 day. I told the staff why are they charging me per mile and I wasn't aware regarding that matter. The staff did finally charge for the right amount but for me Hertz are not really helping and overcharging customer that if you don't the receipt they will charge the customer so much. I will never rent from Hertz anymore and rather rent from Enterprise and Toyota for their being honest and had good customer service read more

The service and the vehicle were excellent. The gentleman who helped me on Friday, September 12th was very helpful and the process was quick. No complaints here. read more

The male manager was rude and disrespectful from the get go was rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help us , WE WILL NEVER BE RENTING A CAR OR VAN FROM THIS LOCATION EVER .!!!!!!! No one ever answers the phone. I've been transferred to local branches and I need to speak to the Yucaipa branch. It's ridiculous.

I agree that this location is a bit smaller than other locations I've been to. And I can see how they can run out of vehicles or specific vehicles someone reserves. But the day I reserved they had the vehicle that I needed, a Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I used this minivan to pick up my parents from the airport. It fit 5 people with 6 checkin suitcases and 3 carry ons. Employees are very friendly. The vehicle they provided did what it needed to do. Overall great experience. Would definitely use them again. read more

Shout out to Jovany Sanchez ! he made it so quick too, much better experience it was such a rough morning with San Pedro enterprise specifically Scott. He had no availablity for cars even at 8am , so it made it very difficult for my job. However Jovany is the best! I wish he could be closer to my location in San Pedro. Thank you! read more

Wow. Talk about incompetence. Tried to make a reservation inside this location. I was having issues with my online account so I went inside. The employee did not know how to apply my corporate discount and seemed confused when I explained to her that I have had Enterprise employees make my reservation before. She had no idea on how to help me and insisted I go to the Redlands Enterprise for assistance. Trust me. I won't be using Yucaipa Enterprise again, since their only employee was incompetent. Good luck! read more

I was really impressed with Yucaipa Enterprise. The manager Olivia is really helpful, the manager in training (I want to say her name is Brooke) was the one that checked me in and extremely friendly. Chris who gave me a ride home rocks and was very personable which just made my experience more helpful. My transmission was out and took longer than expected to modifying m rental online was super easy. Highly recommend this branch. read more

Great experience. Olivia was very helpful. We had a bad experience at the banning location and were a little put off but glad we went thru this office. read more

"JOE" has no customer service skills at all and is rude. I have a reservation for 5:00 PM, Enterprise website says that's the last time I'm able to pick up. While I understand their hours say they close at 5:00, the website shouldn't let me select 5:00 if I can't show up at 5:00. I show up at 5:00 and "Joe" says they're closed through the locked door. When I show him my reservation time, he cuts me off and tells me to go to Redlands because he's got kids to pick up. So now I'm going to be without a rental and it's the weekend and everything is now sold out. Thanks for nothing, Joe. read more

After going on line and making a reservation, I was called by the manager at the Yucaipa location and told that I needed a credit card and that my Debt card was not allowed. This information is NOT on the web site, nor is it in the information that was sent to me confirming my reservation. I went to the rental office and I asked the manager to show me where this policy was written. She could not. So I am going to their competitor to rent my car because of this unpublished policy. It does say on the website and in my emailed conformation that a Debt Card is an approved form of payment at the time of pickup. The name on the drivers license and the Debt card must match. It is also necessary to have two bills, such as utility bill, and or phone bill, with matching names and no outstanding charges, which I was not asked for. read more

Women need to be warned about the staff here. My wife went to pick up her rental and the driver Dwight took it upon himself to treat the situation like he was meeting a woman at a bar. He made semi-veiled advances and pretty openly hit on her. He talked to her with no professionalism at all, he might as well have been at a club. He volunteered information about his dating life which was unsolicited then made comments about dating a cougar, obviously referring to my wife who was older than him. He was 27.. why did he volunteer this information? He had been fired from a previous job for inappropriate behavior with a female colleague.. again. Why did he volunteer this information. My wife left feeling objectified and offended. If he treats customers like this, it makes me wonder about his female coworkers. I contacted enterprise to report the incident to see if they could make it right before I wrote a public review. However, here we are 2 weeks later and no response. It leaves me to wonder why they are protecting a predator. To the men out there, don't let your wife go here alone and to the women out there, steer clear of Dwight. read more

This location is smaller than most Enterprise locations but the service is top notch. I've rented from them half a dozen times over the past couple years and each time I am impressed by the great customer service. Of note, recently Yoselin A. helped with my latest rental and was able to negotiate a daily rate that fit to my budget and I got to drive away in the car model that I wanted. Thanks Yoselin! read more

We rented a minivan online that would hold 6 people from enterprise in Yucaipa. The morning of our trip they say they don't have any vehicles that would hold six people. So morning of our trip and we're dead in the water! Thanks enterprise for ruining our morning! Never again! Clearly your website is not updated. You were zero help in finding one elsewhere leaving it all to us as we're trying to leave town! You as company at the Yucaipa location are horrible! Lesson learned! Will never try this company in the future! read more

never use this place. reserved a jeep for a special beach trip for our daughter. showed up to pick up the jeep right on time just to be told it's out getting an oil change. waited 2 hours and still was not ready! wasted 2 hours of our time , put us behind schedule , and totally ruined this special day for our daughter. they weren't even phased by their mistake. no sincere apologies . read more

I must say I was quite disappointed in Enterprise this time. I got a call 10 minutes prior to the time I was supposed to pick up the car to let me know that the location i booked with had been closed and I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the car. Then I get there and they tell me they don't have the car I requested so I get a free upgrade. which sounds good until they charge you for the insurance on the upgraded vehicle. Then I'm told there is a $200 deposit which I was not aware of when booking. I was told it's in the email which I don't see, maybe I'm mistaken. Pretty inconvenient when you have a time schedule to be somewhere and your sent an hour out of your way nit to mention an hour gas driving to pick up rental car. I understand we're having issues with covid-19 but this incident has nothing to do with covid-19 this is on Yucaipa Enterprises behalf. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - The call from enterprise 10 mins prior to my pickup time - Car Rental Near Me - Yucaipa, California

Smaller location but definitely a lot more helpful, amazing team, in and out with no problems.

Rented a car at the Yucaipa enterprise Rent-A-Car after getting a flat tire coming down from big bear. Was giving my car service nearby and was able to quickly get in a rental car very fast with Johanes! Very personable, and was amazing to get me in an out in less than five minutes. When I return back, I worked with Angela and she was amazing. Processing my return of the car after a 3 hour drive back from Los Angeles. Both of them were really amazing and I appreciate them. read more

I've had the pleasure to work with this Enterprise twice and both times they made the process quite simple, easy, and hassle free. Despite the poor reviews I'm seeing here, the people here were professional, had good customer service, and do their best to help out when the need arrives. Used both AAA and Geico when rentinf cars from them and both times were very simple and nice to work with. Would definitely use them again should I need another rental car. I don't habe super hogh demands and just need vehicles to get from point A to point B whenever my cars are being serviced or repair. This Enterprise spot gets the job done for what it's supposed to do. read more

You have to do better. If you have minimal vehicles then work with the nearest office to help the customer. Yucaipa and Redlands are not that far apart. Very frustrating Ok so now let's do a follow up and close out this fail. The vehicle that was given to us was the Nissan suv that would fail to start at the most inconvenient time which was only remedied after calling the Redlands office and being given Instructions over the phone!? To top this absolute fail. I get a call from enterprise asking for the vehicle which I left at the auto repair place as instructed three days later. You might want to remove that vehicle out of service before someone else has to endure the same frustration. Thanks Enterprise for not picking me up. No need to contact me. We're done doing business. read more

Karen she the manager at this location is very rude and combative. When asked for her to call corporate due to a miss understanding. She stated that we could call ourselves. The problem we was having is that they won't allow you to use klaran as a form of payment without the physical card. Klaran don't do physical cards only digital. Even though the digital comes with all the information on it they still won't take it. read more

They exceeded my expectations they got me a car I can drive I'm little. I would recommend them to anybody.

If I could leave less stars I would. I had a reservation for a car and they did not have it when I got there. The person, Kyle, that was there was very rude and disrespectful to me. He acknowledged that I had a reservation but stated that they "couldn't hold a car for me." He said he needed to call and find out where he was going to get a car from. When I pointed out that I was there during my reservation window, he was dismissive and rude. Never want to deal with him again. read more

I had booked for a last minute rental. The guy that was there that day helping the girls told me that since I was not getting the Full size car I booked he was going to adjust the amount cause of the lack of cars they ended up giving me an economic model. Which was 140 for the 4 days. Pickup Friday at 4:30pm and returning Monday 4pm. I ended up being charged for the Full size car and when I explained all this to the girl that helped me she started arguing and saying there was no guy working there and when she finally remembered she said that the only thing she could do was give me a 10% discount. When I got the refund she didn't even to it and it was only the 200 deposit. I'm not a person that like to argue but when I feel something is unfair I WILL say something. Why did I had to end up paying for a full size car when what I got was a tiny economic Mitsubishi? I DONT recommend the Yucaipa location to anyone. read more

I've rented cars from Enterprise before. They've never been good at giving me a clean car but this time it was absolutely disgusting. 50000 miles, filthy inside and out, engine oil light is on. I'm embarrassed to drive it. What a disgrace. read more

I absolutely love renting at this location. The team here is really nice and work together very well. I always rent at this enterprise!

Employees here are rude, and will do anything they can to find some sort of unreported damage on the vehicle to file a claim against you. I rent cars all around the country for my job, and this location is the absolute worst, with the rudest employees I have ever experienced. read more
