    Mother in law foolishly purchased 4 vehicles here. Dodge Journey, Hyundai Santa Fe, Jeep Renegade,…read moreJeep Grand Cherokee. Each one with issues. Journey had a code for P0420. Unfortunately she was involved in an accident and the journey was totaled. The Renegade had stalled, windshield squirters dont work and brakes down to the nub. Jeep Cherokee has blown shocks and struts with other issues with suspension. My daughter's santa fe which im pissed about has overspray which indicates an accident and multiple suspension issues. I am a mechanic in the family and my mother in law got real close to Gilbert foolishly and he took advantage of her. Gilbert my mother in law had a medical condition which needed medical attention and you pretty much took advantage of her. I would understand if the vehicles you sold were road-ready vehicles but these are not road ready. Actually dangerous since the Renegade stalled. I suggest you call her and reference my name to get the vehicles repaired. I suggest anyone considering purchasing from this dealer get a pre-purchase inspection at a reputable auto shop. I dont know how this place has good reviews. This is a real review. Most other reviews are from people that have never reviewed another business but this one. Just because they can approve you at 20% interest doesnt mean you should do it. These are auction vehicles. Cheap tires and an oil change and its ready for sale. Edit: the Renegade is the worst vehicle out of the bunch. You guys zip tied the PCM connector instead of actually fixing it Gilbert? Wow. I took a picture of it. Ill find a way to upload the Pic so everyone can see. I think its time for a complaint to BAR. Lets talk about a buyback for this one bud. This vehicle should not have been put up for sale. Another edit: so when the vehicle stalled it was taken back to TAS. They discovered the issue but the fix was a couple zip ties. Mind you that the vehicle stalled. There was no power steering and no power brakes. It caused a dangerous situation. Knowingly repairing the vehicle with zip ties is an illegal act of misrepresentation. Im guessing with the information and actual proof its time to call BAR and file a complaint with DMV

Today when my car died outside of the library I called the shop and Ryan assured me that if I towed it over they would take care of it so I did. I was immediately greeted by the staff and Ryan went straight to work. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. He was direct, accurate and incredibly helpful.     I have a lot of empathy for the young guys working at this facility. Unfortunately, I was there…read moreuntil 6 PM because somebody quit and my car was pushed to the end of the line even though I arrived at 7:45 AM. Why is the owner not supervising these young technicians? They have very little experience and should be supervised by experienced in licensed mechanics. When I picked up my vehicle, the alignment seemed way off. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the work they performed, but they certainly took the two front rims and tires off the vehicle. All I can tell you is my steering wheel was jiggly back & forth driving over 60mph. As a result, I have to take my suv to a tire shop for a wheel alignment. Another $100 bucks.

I have taken our dually's here probably 8+ times since they opened. We live in a rural area so its 100% out of our way and we use our dually's for work, so they're always hooked up to a trailer. The owner clearly only wants vehicles that are cleaned weekly, guaranteed he won't even accept my mom car, I should try to prove this point!! The WORST customer service by a direct owner!!! We were so excited, the entire dully community to have a place to go I told all our friends about this place, posted it on insta before I even went, many of times to promote such a great all-inclusive carwash, so I thought... There has never been a time since my first visit that we didn't have a problem and truthfully feeling unwelcomed now looking back he's always been very rude proving now that he never wanted our business! So eventually I learned "HIS RULES" (the owner with the mustache) and tried my best to follow them. I'd clean out the back of our truck with a blower, rinse the fenders and truck off if there was any dirt not just mud because I've been in trouble for just dirt NOT KIDDING, its bad! So, it's a 45-minute prep minimum just to go get a quick wash! Well Saturday I asked my husband let's take the dully not my car to our kids practice in a near-by town just so we could wash his dully! Here are pictures of my fenders on the truck that we did not take & wash, we have 2 identical dually's and Saturdays truck fenders we cleaner than this one. How it started, *The owner asked us to broom out the bed which I did and understood why. We left home in a hurry to wash the truck before practice; I totally changed the plans on my husband so there was dirt and some dried-up leaves which usually I'd see prior and blow out. *I drove through the carwash while my husband waited with our belongings and kids. The owner knocked on my window once in park and told me I need to make sure there's no mud on the truck, I told him I know you've told me before we left in a hurry and didn't realize just like the bed, he went on about, we will not accept you next time with mud like this, and I said again sir you've told me before and you have made it clear you don't like our business, and yes I did say that but I was tired of it, my husband already doesn't like me going there because of the way I've been treated and I had to push him this morning just to go! Mind you my husband experienced his rudeness only ONCE and never went back he refused. It was always me that would go and just tried to follow the rules cause the truck always looked amazing once done and it saved me from having to do it by hand! *I said sir you have never NOT had a problem with us why did you open a dully accessible truck wash if you don't want trucks you're in the valley, we actually use our trucks not just for looks! He told me I NEED to cover up the ball there's grease on it and i told the dually owner before you the same thing and you guys are not allowed back if it's not covered. I'm thinking wow now I have another RULE but mind you he doesn't have any of his rules posted ANYWHERE he needs a sign out front, "IF YOUR VECHICLE IS REMOTLY DIRTY YOUR NOT WELCOME! And COVER YOUR BALL HITCH!" This place has become such a joke and a pure headache, not worth my sanity as a mom of 3 in the thick of life! I will 100% worn all my friends the carwash wants your dully cleaned before you go to clean it and that they don't deserve your business! It's a joke and the way he speaks to us takes me off guard every time! Before we got dually's years ago I remember the carwashes employee would jump in the back and cover our ball hitch but, had never been turned away for having ROAD DIRT and mud on our finders, its comical and I am no longer rooting for this business that clearly DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE FROM THE COUNTRY only city drivers, and yes he made that crystal clear to my husband and I, separately on Saturday. NOTE TO THE OWNER: I would suggest you don't go into a cleaning business if you can't handle the product being dirty prior to your cleaning service or charge us a little more. Go to Los Angeles not blue-collar country! We're in the Valley! ALSO get a sign out front and save us blue-collar workers the choice if we want to deal with a city boy like yourself. Done now....

    Great automated car wash. I brought my dually pickup truck there. Wide automated track brought it…read moreright through the car wash. The attendant uses a soap and brush to prep vehicle before you enter the car wash. And then the attendants finish hand drying it and armorall the tires once you complete the automated portion of the wash. Total cost for my Ram dually was $18.
