My driver was great. They were on time communicated very well with me. I like the fact that they give you text to keep you updated on that they're coming when they're coming to confirm that you are still having an appointment giving you enough time to cancel if you need it, any adjustments if needed every six hours four hours to come down to the event I love that everything was smooth. Everything was great time management skills perfect I will be back. I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited about my event. There was a black stretch Limo and I appreciate your time Marie and Holly. read more

We used Luxury Limousine Service for a trip to Napa. We visited two wineries, O'Shaughnessy and Bremer. Our driver Holly was awesome and very accommodating. The communication from the time we booked and up to and including the day of our trip was excellent. It was raining pretty hard when we left Napa and Holly navigated the trip like a real pro. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you Luxury Limousine for helping to make our trip a real success. Sherrill Hillberg read more

Wow, amazing service and so professional! I hadn't ordered transportation in a while and wasn't sure of what companies where reliable in the Central Valley area. I received numerous confirmation and reminder text messages (and they were appreciated). I was so nervous as this was for a large group taking a flight out of SFO. Our driver Nick showed up early (on time) and packed us all up. We stopped for coffee and had a super smooth and uneventful ride to the airport. I can't say enough, so grateful and looking forward to getting a ride back home after our trip ends. So much less stress and great experience. read more

10/10 HIGHLY recommend.. Vehicles are ALWYAS clean, on time & they have GREAT service!!

Loved our limo service from Luxury Limousine! We rented a Cadillac Escalade limo for transportation to a sporting event and every interaction I had with staff was great- the business was easy to get ahold of no matter what time I called (morning/afternoon/evening) and all employees were kind and helpful. The owner Marie was very sweet and helpful! She went above and beyond for us making sure we were set up with anything we needed as well as giving other options to consider. Our driver Thom was so nice and we had a great ride! We will be returning costumers and will be referring friends to this business as well read more

Great service, very friendly and professional. Our driver got here on time and all our kids enjoyed the experience. Thank you!

Wonderful experience all around! Kayla was extremely helpful with quoting and booking our trip. Not only did they offer the best prices in the Central Valley, but they were patient and very accommodating with last minute changes. Holly was our driver for the event and handled the high elevation and narrow Spring Mountain Rd in St. Helena like a PRO! We can't wait to book again!! read more

Excellent service!!! Would definitely use them again. The driver was on time, very helpful, and I received several reminders from them.

Worst experience ever we call a week ago , they quote us for 3 hours 750 , I call back a week after to make the deposit and now is double the price because is prom and they didn't know a week before are you kidding me ??? Why would you quote us for 750 for 3 hours and now you know is prom is a minimum of 6 hours just because is prom !!!! Way to rip people off They don't keep there word , I ask to speak with the manager , who is super rude and hang up the phone when I told her that they don't have it in the text that if it's a prom is a different price , secretary say they change the price a month ago lol yeah alright and manager says we have this prices a year ago please ... just be honest and tell us that you want to overprice taking advantage of the situación .... What a joke read more

Luxury Limousine Service - Limos Near Me - Ceres, California

Excellent limousine service!! They provided confirming emails and texts before the scheduled pickup, and were a few minutes early for our pickup. The driver, Tony, was such a pleasure to deal with and nice to talk to. He loaded our bags, and even made a short stop when one of party needed to hit a restroom along the way. We really felt well taken care of!! The limousine was beautiful and stocked with glasses and ice as promised - a wonderful way to ride to our destination in San Francisco from the Central Valley. We will definitely use this service again and felt like they gave spectacular "white glove" service. Highly recommend them for your next trip or function!! read more

Pricing/Booking: excellent customer service by Jacinda and the entire office staff. They were excited to talk to me at the office about the event when I went in person for the paperwork part. After initial contact, they sent me pictures of the limos they had to offer which helped make our decision. Trip reminders: excellent. I appreciate the reminders!! Driver Luis (Jose Luis): Amazing customer service. He introduced himself and was so polite and went over the plan for my daughter (quinceañera and her court of honor). The girls said nothing but good things about how nice he was. He made sure they had a blast while they rode in style. They were dropped off and I went out to personally thank him because my daughter and her friends said mom he was so nice. My sister also was at one of the pick up locations and said the same thing about his politeness and friendliness. We appreciate him making sure the girls were on time for pictures and introduction at the party. Thank you to the entire Luxury Limo Staff!! We appreciate everything from start to finish. It was a definitely a luxury touch for my daughter's quinceañera!! read more

Wow!! Luxury limo transported us for our wedding this weekend to the venue. They weren't just on time they were early! The drivers were very professional and their price was the best around. My husband forgot our dogs tuxedo in the limo and the driver happily turned around to bring it back! Highly recommend for all of your transportation needs! read more

I called Luxury Limo 4 days before a wedding because I came down with Covid and needed to find a way to transport the bridal party to their venue (I was suppose to be the driver). Jacinda quoted me a MORE than reasonable price and booked me in less than 5 minutes. The total price with taxes and everything was only $100 MORE than the rental car I had originally reserved. Luxury Limo's communication was stellar and I received text messages and emails 48hrs, 24hrs and 2hrs before the pick up time. The girls were texting me during their ride how nice the driver was and how clean/amazing the limo was. I am so thankful for the quick response, the fair price and the amazing customer service. I would not hesitate to book with this company again. read more

Everything was great driver was awesome limousine was clean the one complaint I have was the sound system in the 25 passanger party needs some upgrading the subwoofer is clearly blown considering it's a party bus and people want music you would want to upgrade that but other than that great experience ! read more

The drivers were either early or on time! Pleasant, calm drive. So much easier than me trying to do everything myself.

SEEMS THEY HAVE RESPONDED! Um... no your excursion you offered was the one from 1996 with the tube tv's The 9 passenger you offered, you told me you could only fit 8 adults and 9 small kids And I hate to inform you. But my 86 year old grandmother and mother in law have no interest in a 38 passenger party bus. How many old grandmothers have you seen on a party buss going out? AND YOU HAD TO REFUND ME! You had no choice!! Yes, you only called to "check" on me to see if I was still going to take your "limo" from 1996. Don't make me laugh. You will never see myself or anyone I knows business ever again. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW! If I could give negative 0 stars I would. About a month ago I made a reservation and paid the full amount to have a limo for 5 hours. The price and everything was perfect. I was promised a "new" 300C limo for the day, they sent pictures and everything. The whole process seemed to be going perfectly. Well, less than 24 hours before (although I booked it 30 days before hand) my time for pickup they called to tell me the limo was "in the shop" and they wouldn't be able to fulfill their obligation. They did offer to refund me or give me another limo that wouldn't be able to fit all of my passengers.... WTF?!? But the best part?!! They said they had another limo they'd give me as a "upgrade" it's bigger and better...... I said, "great! Can you send me pictures?!" They texted me pictures and I thought to myself "are you freaking kidding me?!!" It had TUBE televisions inside!! For those of you under the age of 30 you may need to google "tube television". It was old looking and dated for sure. I think Ronald Regan was in office when this thing was built. Tupac was still alive when they made this. I asked, "is that tube tv's inside?" She said "yes"..... I just laughed in disbelief. I told her I'd call her back, but fortunately she was nice enough to offer words of encouragement to me.... she said "you're not going to find a limo anywhere els in this short amount of time for your event tomorrow" I said ok, thank you..... but I wanted to say "F U!" Luckily, my mother didn't raise a quitter. I spent the next 53 minutes calling every limo company up to over and hour away from me, I was determined. Sure enough, I found a company with a new, clean, modern limo better than what I hoped for that was able to do it! Yes! I called this company back and said refund me! They did... Moral of the story? Never use these guys, never take their word for it. If I could, I'd want to meet the owner and spit in her face! Since I know the owner will read this, I'll spend a few extra minutes on educating them on how to run a business and retain customers. Step 1. When someone makes a reservation and you can't complete it, then it's YOUR job to find the customer something equally as good or better. Step 2. YOU should've have called and called around and found a newer better limo from another company, paid for it and then told the customer yours broke down, but you've handled everything and got them a new limo equivalent or better and all the arrangements are taken care of. That their satisfaction is your number 1 priority and you would've felt bad just refunding then and leaving them high and dry. Let me ask you owner, if it's someone's wedding and you call to cancel (less than 24 hours before), but offer them their refund, do you think they're now happy? Do you think the money even matters at that point? NO!!! You do whatever it takes to let the customer know their happiness is your priority and you're not going to ruin their special day. So, all in all.... screw you luxury Limousine. I prevailed and didn't let you ruin my day with my wife and our family and friends. I will be sure to spread the word about your company for sure. Best part is, I have a YouTube channel with over 40,000 subscribers. I think it's time I made a video about "luxury Limousine". Deep down, I have a feeling it was a "bait and switch" all along. I think they intended to do this. I think their Chrysler 300 limo was already booked and this was their way of backing me into a corner. Thinking I'd give in to their crappy old limo and they'd have my money. read more

I had them drive me to a wedding and wait for me. Right now I can't remember the young ladies name that drove me but she was awesome. An excellent driver, friendly and prompt. I'm on a walker and she was extremely helpful. I'm asking for her again. The Cadillac Sedan was clean and beautiful. Very nice I'll definitely use their service again. read more

Absolutely awesome service! Jeff took 5 of us with luggage in a great stretch black limo to and from SFO. Flint was a 4am pick up (ouch that was early) and coming home at 10pm. I should also say I booked a day before with Zero hesitation from the office! Additionally, Jeff was on time with constant communication with me. I highly recommend Luxury Limousine! read more

I can't thank Luxury Limousine's enough. We were told on Friday at 7:00 PM that we no longer had transportation to get 9 seniors to Grad Nite in Disneyland - that was the Friday before a 3-day weekend and we were to leave at 7:00 AM on Tuesday morning. Mike was our driver and he was fabulous!! It was a trip that our kids won't forget, LL made it happen for us at the last minute and I wouldn't hesitate to call them anytime I need transportation in the future. read more

I want to thank Merie, I believe I spelled her name correctly. I recently rented a 13 passanger limo with this company and had a great experience. Everyone throughout entire process including the drive we're amazing. With all this Covid going on it was the best choice to celebrate one of nieces 20TH BDay and she was able to have a beautiful fun day gathered around her cousins. Great service my family and I appreciate their efforts made to keep things clean and safe during covid challenges. Driver wore a mask disposable items in limo etc. had a great experience we were unable to depend on an uber or lyft as those apps were asking ridiculous rates for a 15 minute drive . Im glad we opted to go with limo instead read more

We just used luxury limo for an Oakland airport drop off and pick up a week later. There were 7 in our party. They were so great to work with! It made it so easy for us . I've used their service a few times in the past couple of months and everything has gone off perfectly. The scheduling is easy, they send text reminders at 48, 24, 2, and 1 hour until pickup. The drivers are very professional and courteous and they do everything from handling luggage to opening your doors. My last trip was with drivers Rondi and Jeff and they were fabulous, even during poor weather. The cars are comfortable and clean. Enough said. read more

Great service. We had them drive us to an outdoor concert for my husband's 50th birthday in September. The driver was very nice and accommodating. (I think his name was Anthony). It rained during the majority of the concert and we were beyond drenched. I really appreciate that our driver was ready to pick up us so that we didn't have to wait in the rain. I would definitely use their service again especially because of their trip reminders, having the gratuity already included in the price, the lovely limo and the smooth-running service from start to finish! read more

We had a wonderful experience. They delivered exactly what they promised. The staff, car, and the process was great.

This is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST LIMOUSINE COMPANY in the Central Valley!! They are friendly, professional, courteous , on time, and very reliable. From the minute i called the office to get a quote, to the day of our trip...it was top notch first class service, all the way!! This is the only limousine company in the area i will use.
