Wow, amazing service and so professional! I hadn't ordered transportation in a while and wasn't sure of what companies where reliable in the Central Valley area. I received numerous confirmation and reminder text messages (and they were appreciated). I was so nervous as this was for a large group taking a flight out of SFO. Our driver Nick showed up early (on time) and packed us all up. We stopped for coffee and had a super smooth and uneventful ride to the airport. We rented a Cadillac Escalade limo for transportation to a sporting event and every interaction I had with staff was great- the business was easy to get ahold of no matter what time I called (morning/afternoon/evening) and all employees were kind and helpful. Excellent limousine service!! They provided confirming emails and texts before the scheduled pickup, and were a few minutes early for our pickup. The driver, Tony, was such a pleasure to deal with and nice to talk to. He loaded our bags, and even made a short stop when one of party needed to hit a restroom along the way. Worst experience ever we call a week ago , they quote us for 3 hours 750 , I call back a week after to make the deposit and now is double the price because is prom and they didn't know a week before are you kidding me ??? Why would you quote us for 750 for 3 hours and now you know is prom is a minimum of 6 hours just because is prom !!!! I called Luxury Limo 4 days before a wedding because I came down with Covid and needed to find a way to transport the bridal party to their venue (I was suppose to be the driver). Jacinda quoted me a MORE than reasonable price and booked me in less than 5 minutes. The total price with taxes and everything was only $100 MORE than the rental car I had originally reserved. Luxury Limo's communication was stellar and I received text messages and emails 48hrs, 24hrs and 2hrs before the pick up time. The girls were texting me during their ride how nice the driver was and how clean/amazing the limo was. I am so thankful for the quick response, the fair price and the amazing customer service. Um... no your excursion you offered was the one from 1996 with the tube tv's The 9 passenger you offered, you told me you could only fit 8 adults and 9 small kids And I hate to inform you. But my 86 year old grandmother and mother in law have no interest in a 38 passenger party bus. How many old grandmothers have you seen on a party buss going out? AND YOU HAD TO REFUND ME! You had no choice!! Yes, you only called to "check" on me to see if I was still going to take your "limo" from 1996. Don't make me laugh. You will never see myself or anyone I knows business ever again. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW! If I could give negative 0 stars I would. About a month ago I made a reservation and paid the full amount to have a limo for 5 hours. The price and everything was perfect. I was promised a "new" 300C limo for the day, they sent pictures and everything. The whole process seemed to be going perfectly. Well, less than 24 hours before (although I booked it 30 days before hand) my time for pickup they called to tell me the limo was "in the shop" and they wouldn't be able to fulfill their obligation. They did offer to refund me or give me another limo that wouldn't be able to fit all of my passengers.... WTF?!? But the best part?!! They said they had another limo they'd give me as a "upgrade" it's bigger and better...... I said, "great! Can you send me pictures?!" They texted me pictures and I thought to myself "are you freaking kidding me?!!" It had TUBE televisions inside!! For those of you under the age of 30 you may need to google "tube television". It was old looking and dated for sure. I think Ronald Regan was in office when this thing was built. Tupac was still alive when they made this. I asked, "is that tube tv's inside?" She said "yes"..... I just laughed in disbelief. I told her I'd call her back, but fortunately she was nice enough to offer words of encouragement to me.... she said "you're not going to find a limo anywhere els in this short amount of time for your event tomorrow" I said ok, thank you..... but I wanted to say "F U!" Luckily, my mother didn't raise a quitter. I spent the next 53 minutes calling every limo company up to over and hour away from me, I was determined. Sure enough, I found a company with a new, clean, modern limo better than what I hoped for that was able to do it! Yes! I called this company back and said refund me! They did... Moral of the story? Never use these guys, never take their word for it. If I could, I'd want to meet the owner and spit in her face! Since I know the owner will read this, I'll spend a few extra minutes on educating them on how to run a business and retain customers. Step 1. When someone makes a reservation and you can't complete it, then it's YOUR job to find the customer something equally as good or better. Step 2. YOU should've have called and called around and found a newer better limo from another company, paid for it and then told the customer yours broke down, but you've handled everything and got them a new limo equivalent or better and all the arrangements are taken care of. That their satisfaction is your number 1 priority and you would've felt bad just refunding then and leaving them high and dry. Let me ask you owner, if it's someone's wedding and you call to cancel (less than 24 hours before), but offer them their refund, do you think they're now happy? Do you think the money even matters at that point? NO!!! You do whatever it takes to let the customer know their happiness is your priority and you're not going to ruin their special day. So, all in all.... screw you luxury Limousine. I prevailed and didn't let you ruin my day with my wife and our family and friends. I will be sure to spread the word about your company for sure. Best part is, I have a YouTube channel with over 40,000 subscribers. I think it's time I made a video about "luxury Limousine". Deep down, I have a feeling it was a "bait and switch" all along. I think they intended to do this. I think their Chrysler 300 limo was already booked and this was their way of backing me into a corner.
