Lucas, the driver, was punctual and got the teenagers safely to and from each stop. I drove separately to meet them at the first stop (photos at an obscure location) and I noticed Lucas drove that giant vehicle competently and followed all traffic laws. Bless him for calmly dealing with 18 rowdy teenagers, too. Parts of the outside of the bus could use a little perking up, but it was clean and very nice inside. Just like the photos posted. The stereo system was awesome, and the kids were able to connect their own music. You would think the driver would be extremely apologetic, or at least try to lighten the mood of the group - but he did nothing of the sort, barely a mumble of an apology for being late. Then, when inside the limo, there are cracks all across the mirror on the top, and the limo itself is sad-looking at best. We hurried out of the limo once we got to our first stop to get into the winery because we were so late - and then I got tracked down and dragged BACK outside because the limo driver "forgot" to collect the money before we entered the limo when he picked us up. Call me crazy - but given the circumstances of making us so late, don't you think the driver could have waited until AFTER the first appointment? I am extremely unhappy with the service I paid for - especially because the tip was already included in the cost that I had to pay, which means no matter the service he gets the same tip...if you want to have a good time and not stress, don't use this service.

Our location was scenic and located at the bottom of a mountain, putting a limit on parked cars on site. We needed to direct people to a local park and ride, and hire a shuttle. This requirement was the most complicated logistic we had to coordinate for the wedding, but working with Regal Carriage reduced all of our stress and made planning a breeze! We called all shuttle companies in the region to inquire, and most companies didn't have the resources, interest, or capacity to support what we needed (we needed a pick up window and multiple drop off windows, which spanned most of the day in a rural area). We were so fortunate to find this company. The first person I spoke to was Nicole who was extremely kind, patient, and made the process welcoming. Immediately when we began planning- i recognized how accountable, communicative, and determined Nicole was to make this work for our wedding day. Vik shared his impressive work history and expertise in navigating complicated roads, which brought me relief as I was nervous having a large vehicle travel on the narrow and winding roads to the site. We needed a complex schedule, so Nicole and Vik worked closely and efficiently with me, my husband, and our day of contact to safely and reliably bring ~30 guests to and from our wedding! If something comes up and I need to come back to a different airport, no car to worry about. Twice in the last two weeks, I have arrived back after 14+ hour days, after midnight. It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.
