DO NOT HIRE - WORST SERVICE…read more We hired this company as a shuttle to take our guests to the after party after our wedding, and then back to the hotels after the after party. Due to the number of guests the shuttle agreed to make two trips to transport everyone. It arrived on time at the end of the wedding, guests got on, it left for the bar, and then we waited. And waited. My husband finally called them after about an hour and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. We kept waiting. Finally my father went ahead to the bar where the afterparty would be, and on the way he ran into the shuttle which had broken down. He stopped to help, our DJ went over to give them a jump, and meanwhile everyone still waiting at the wedding had to scramble to find alternate transportation to the bar. By this point many people had left the after party due to the late arrival of the bride and groom, and it really ruined the mood the rest of the night. The shuttle did eventually return to bring us back to the hotel, where it only had to make one trip. After this terrible experience we emailed with the management, asking for a 50% refund as the shuttle only did half the job. They refused to refund that much and in the end we only got a $200 deposit back. I understand that things happen, but if they had only communicated honestly the situation may have been able to be fixed earlier with alternate transportation. It was really a down way to end our wedding. This company is not transparent and I warn everyone against hiring them.

We rented a 9-person limo for our coworker's bachelorette/retirement party in Sacramento. The…read moreservice was great: from receiving a quote to booking to our driver the day of the event. I even had a last minute change to our location that I was sort of freaking out about, but MJ assured me that all was fine. Our driver was Connie, and she was so amazing and attentive! Our itinerary was sort of go with the flow after the bachelorette shot down our initial idea, and I couldn't be more appreciative of Connie putting up with us. I had never rented a limo before so I have no idea what the average cost is or what exactly I should have expected, but I can guarantee that the next time I need one I'll be calling these guys again!

Hired this limo service for a wine tour bachelorette party, will never use again. The driver called…read moreme 10 minutes before pick-up time and told me that he was going to be 10 minutes late because of "traffic" - which would have been nice to know much earlier, as all of us girls walked down to meet him at the bottom of the driveway and were waiting in the heat for the driver. After waiting 10 minutes past our pick-up time, I called the driver, who then sounded like he was lost / confused on where he was supposed to be. It sounded like I got hung up on, or the reception was lost - but continuously tried to call him back and got no answer. The driver showed up 30 MINUTES late, which put us 15 minutes late for our first winery appointment, and we ended up having to cut our first stop short - not to mention we stood in the heat for 45 minutes before getting picked up... You would think the driver would be extremely apologetic, or at least try to lighten the mood of the group - but he did nothing of the sort, barely a mumble of an apology for being late. Then, when inside the limo, there are cracks all across the mirror on the top, and the limo itself is sad-looking at best. We hurried out of the limo once we got to our first stop to get into the winery because we were so late - and then I got tracked down and dragged BACK outside because the limo driver "forgot" to collect the money before we entered the limo when he picked us up. Call me crazy - but given the circumstances of making us so late, don't you think the driver could have waited until AFTER the first appointment? I am extremely unhappy with the service I paid for - especially because the tip was already included in the cost that I had to pay, which means no matter the service he gets the same tip...if you want to have a good time and not stress, don't use this service.

They were available but I had read the Groupon incorrectly and it wasn't quite what I had thought it was. Luckily though, Mo was amazing and said he'd match the rate of the Groupon deal and gave me a flat rate for a 6-hour trip to Sonoma from SF with all taxes, tolls and tip included for a 13-pax Sprinter van. What a deal! The day of the trip, our driver showed up and was kind, patient and very helpful. The Sprinter van was comfortable, clean (except the trash bin was full), the sound system worked great, plenty of places for people to plug their phones in and nice black leather with fun blue interior lighting which made the van have the limo feel that I wanted. Lastly, we ended up wanting to extend our trip by 1-hour and our driver worked with us and we came to a quick and fair price. Overall, my birthday went off without a hitch and that was mainly due to the service of Mo and our driver from Classic Limo and I am very grateful.
