Great service! On time and affordable. I definitely recommend you call Mike now…read more My wife and I needed a ride to SFO airport early in the morning. We couldn't find any friends or family to take us. BART sucks and would have been tough during the morning commute with our luggage. Taxi cabs wanted big money. We were also quoted $150 from one shuttle company. UBER won't let you pre-book which is risky when you have a flight first thing in the morning. I found Ruby towncar on Yelp and was not disappointed. The car was clean and on time. Price was reasonable and fair. It was less than half kf that. We will definitely use them again.

I called the number listed and asked how much the fare would be and the person who answered quoted between $17-20 which is what I had expected to pay. I asked if I could be picked up in 1 hour and he said no problem, took my address down and said he had my phone number from caller ID. At 7:30pm on the dot, the cab driver called me and said he was outside the building. The cab was a 4 door sedan, with the company name and phone number advertised, was clean and had no strange odors on the inside. The cab driver was very polite, asked me a few small talk questions and got me to the airport. The fare was $18, in the range he'd quoted. I will definitely use this company again - on time, friendly, clean car, safe driving and reasonable fare!
