I called and spoke to Mani, who was very helpful. He provided the quote and sent the reservation very quickly. We were able to pay online, so my mother-in-law didn't need to be bothered with the payment. She arrived in Oakland early and the driver was waiting for her. The trip went well and the driver assisted her with her bag. They also provided emails when the driver was enroute, when he arrived at the airport and when my mother-in-law was dropped off. I didn't see the emails until later in the day, but I thought it was a very nice touch. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead.
