I have used Blackstone Limousine services twice for travel out of the Oakland Airport. The driver is always on time if not early, is a very good driver, and if super friendly. Timeliness and professionalism is a must but someone who makes you feel comfortable and knows how to drive takes it over the top. The only issue I have is that you don't get an email or text confirmation, I'm one of those folks who takes a printed boarding pass to the airport so not have a confirmation in writing makes me a bit uncomfortable. I highly recommend this service. read more

Blackstone limousine is a locally owned transportation company in the Tri-Valley. I've been searching for reliable Limousine company mainly for my airport transportation needs and have found it in Blackstone. They are on time, courteous, and concise. Booking , payment, and pick up was seamless. I have tried other limo companies and have run into problems of upcharging, tips, delays, and high costs. After shopping around they are the most reasonable priced Limo company located in San Ramon. read more

Blackstone Limousine - Great time with Bijan! - Limos Near Me

Love, love, love Blackstone Limo and I use them regularly to get to and from the airport! I've used other providers and found myself thrown around like a sack of used vegetables! These folks on the other hand, are punctual, provide good service, and the price is right! Kudos to Bijan and company! read more

Very pleased with the service! I have used Blackstone on several occasions -- once from Dublin to Levi's stadium and more recently from Fremont to SFO. Both gentlemen who drove me to each destination were early, professional, friendly, and excellent drivers. I didn't catch the first driver's name, but did give him extra gratuity. We had wonderful dialogue through the duration of both trips, but they both maintained their focus on the road. I also found that the company was rather accommodating. Both times my reservation request was accepted with no questions and competitive rates. Highly recommended! read more

Very professional and clean car service! Bijan was awesome, and when I got with my appointments early he was close by to pick me up! I highly recommend! read more

We used Blackstone to take us to the Oakland Airport. Our pick up time was at 5:am on a Sunday and our return was a week later at 11:45 pm on a Sunday. They showed up early and was very helpful with loading our huge amount of luggage (12-bags). The driver was very courteous and pleasant. I will always use Blackstone and will recommend them to anyone looking for a limo and great service. Thanks Ben! read more

Worst car service ever. I called to book car service from Dublin to San Francisco 2 weeks before my wife's holiday party. I requested a 5pm pickup to ensure we would make it by 6:30 as my wife was involved in the planning of the party. Bijan was super friendly and made the booking, took my credit car info. I asked if I should call a few days before to confirm, he said that wasn't necessary. The night of the event we called at 5:05 to check in. They said they had no record of the reservation! I told him I made the reservation with Bijan, he replied that Bijan wasn't working. What does that matter? The guy said he would try and get someone here. Finally the car arrived at 5:30pm. The driver asked if she should head towards the Bay Bridge to get to SF. ?? She had no idea where we were going so we asked if she had a GPS. Nope. We had to sit in the backseat with our iPhone yelling out directions the whole way. Of course we hit traffic at the toll plaza which is why we requested to be picked up so early. We arrived a little before 7pm. 30 minutes late. I created this yelp account specifically to leave this feedback. What was to be a fun and special event, started off in a very bad way. I would never use Blackstone again, even if it was free. read more

Great! Reserved them for a limo for 7 friends to go down to napa. On time, professional, and were an amazing price. Much lower than the other "groupons" that i see around. Definitely recommend them and would use them again. read more

I have used Blackstone Limousine four times so far and they're great. My driver, Bijan, is very friendly, professional, and drives safe. My wife and I have been pleased with the cars they're clean and comfortable. Our flight back from Hawaii was an hour early and Bijan was tracking our status and modified his arrival to sync with our early arrival. I would highly recommend. read more

I got a ride from them to the airport. On time, super nice and friendly. Car was clean and a nice smooth ride. Reasonable rates as well! I have another trip in a few weeks and I'll be calling Blackstone again :) read more

Did a SFO pickup up they were on-time and even had to wait 45 minutes for us. The driver was extremly nice and courteous and we had a nice clean town car. The only small negative is the driver was confused as to what terminal we were in and neglected to tell us we had to hoof it to the "limo pick up". Other than that I would use them again. read more

Blackstone Limousine provides a professional and reliable car service for any of your transportation needs. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of transportation to any event in the Bay Area, for your wedding day transportation or something as simple as airport transportation. The drivers are knowledgeable of the the area and will get you from point A to point B safely and on time. I appreciate their need for punctuality and excellent customer service! I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any transportation need... big or small! read more

"How do I LOVE thee" ???? Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN ALL WAYS!!!!! This outstanding towncar service to and from Oakland Airport was SUPERB in every way. From taking my reservation to picking me up precisely on time and delivering to and from Oakland Airport, even in pouring rain, in a safe and most efficient fashion. Bijou is an absolute joy to travel with and very conscientious, to state the least. I felt safe, in a reliable vehicle and it beats Uber or Lyft ANY DAY OF THE WEEK to my way of thinking (-and I've taken them all...) I will not hesitate to call them again, absolutely. A real "cut above" when it comes to privatized transportation. read more

Bijan and Blackstone were awesome. They accommodated us for a last minute ride to airport since I had forgotten to book a ride service. Exceptional service. Friendly driver. Clean and updated cars. Better than uber? U bet. On the way back it was 11 pm and he even offered to help us stop by Wendy's for a quick dinner. Highly recommend and Blackstone will be my ride service from now on. read more

I highly recommend Blackstone Limo service. They are professional, personable, and provide a comfortable ride. You may pay a little more than a taxi service but well worth it. I love having my info on file with them & just call & set up my pick up. My driver even offered to make a stop for anything I needed knowing I was just arriving back from a trip. Will be using this service for all of my travel needs. read more

Blackstone Limo is the best limo service! Professional, friendly, super courteous, on time, no hidden fees. They provide a bottle of water in the car for you too. You prepay ahead of time which tip is included in the very reasonable pricing so you don't have hassle with payment at your destination. Bijon was my driver & I will use their limo service for my needs, especially Airport destinations. They do everything a limo service supposed to do. I left a prior limo service from Livermore because of hidden fee issues. 5 stars to Bijon & Blackstone Limo of San Ramon!! Love you guys! read more

Always on time. Always professional. Always immaculately clean, comfortable vehicles, courteous drivers. The best.

Very unreliable and unprofessional company. Do not use them. They wouldn't provide a receipt or confirmation; phone was never answered and went to a full mailbox. We were supposed to be picked up from SFO and no text, call or anything. After multiple times calling the number with no answer someone picked up and said that they would be another 15 minutes "or so." I cancelled and will never use them again. Do not use this service. Almost seems like a scam operation. read more

This company is awesome... Hands-down the best I have used! The car was spotless, but more importantly the driver was so nice. I've used a lot of limo companies and often times the drivers are awkward or not particularly friendly. I was fortunate to get the owner both times and he is just the nicest person. It honestly felt like a friend was driving me! I ended up having to come home a day early on my return trip and only gave him a few hours notice. He could not have been more accommodating and was right on time. I will definitely be using this service from now on and highly recommend them!!! read more

I've always had the best experience with this business until now. Called on a Thursday and left message. No response. Called back on a Friday and was told they would have to get back to me. Called them back on Saturday because they never called me back only to be told they couldn't accommodate me. So unfortunate. Not the company I've experienced in the past that's for sure. read more

We were ready to fly home and got notified of a flight delay that would bring us into Oakland to late to catch BART to Pleasanton. Started looking for a limo (Town car) to pick us up at the airport. Lots of expensive limo services around with reasonable base price but wanted taxes, fuel surcharges AND a required 15-20% gratuity. Contacted these guys and what a delightful difference. Straight forward with one price ($75) plus gratuity (at MY discretion). The airline kept changing arrival time and I asked Blackstone to track the flight and react accordingly. We finally arrived, went to luggage claim, got the bags and walked outside. Called their 800 number and the town car pulled up less than five minutes later. The driver was friendly and courteous. Insisted on seating us before loading the luggage. A very nice ride home. The driver hauled the luggage to our front door. I practically had to mug the driver to give him a tip! A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend these guys! Cyril read more

Blackstone limo is outstanding. Their customer service, consistency and reliability is the best I have experienced with a limousine service.

I used Blackstone Limo about a week ago for the 2nd time and I felt compelled to write a review due to the level of service I received. I should mention the basics, they were on time, the vehicle was clean and the ride was comfortable. Beyond that the driver was courteous and professional. I have hired other car services in the past and you would think this should be standard but it's not. We made it to our destination with no issues and the pleasant ride was over. I highly recommend Blackstone Limo to anyone who needs car service. read more
