Angel Worldwide Transportation Review…read more Our group of 21 ladies had a wonderful experience with Angel Worldwide Transportation on 8.15.26 from the beginning, the individuals in the office who I communicated with were professional, courteous, and helpful at all times. Their communication and willingness to assist made the planning process smooth and stress-free. A special thank-you to Danny, our driver, who was extremely professional, friendly, and engaging. He made sure our group was comfortable and helped make the entire trip enjoyable. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out. We greatly appreciate Angel Worldwide Transportation and their team for providing excellent customer service and helping make our trip a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and reliable transportation!

However, they have a rule that you're not allowed to contact the driver directly at all. I've never been told not to contact a driver in all the services I've ever used for airport or other pick ups so this seems very odd. They gave me the driver's phone number, but sent me many admonitions never to contact him before during or after the service. I always like to make sure with drivers myself that they understand what time to pick up, that they need to wear a mask, etc., etc. So not being able to do this left me very frustrated and not sure I'd do the service again. UPDATE MGL responded that they only asked me to not contact the driver before the trip. That's not true they sent me several texts that literally say "do not contact the driver before or after the trip" and they went onto continue messaging not to bother the driver as he may be with other clients.

Great company, good service, fantastic drivers…read more Shout out to Ray, who I chartered more or less at the last minute for a birthday party I was throwing in late September, thanks for taking care of us! I booked our driver and a 6-seater Escalade for evening via Yelp so my friends and I could enjoy the party without needing to worry about getting home safely or needing to arrange multiple rides via Lyft/Uber. The booking was on very short notice and the coordinator, Priscilla, was very helpful in braking down their rates and vehicle inventory. Thanks Priscilla! Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location. Given we had been all around San Francisco and traveled through the east bay to drop off one of our party, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one stop was waived from the final bill. Overall a great experience. I'll be reaching out out to Red Eye whenever I need a professional driver again.

Planning an itinerary can get chaotic, but Floyd made the bride to be feel less stress as everything was all taken care of and more. Their 20-passenger party bus was the perfect size for our group. Sharon made the booking process incredibly easy and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Their pricing was also much more affordable than other companies we looked at, so booking with them was an easy decision. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver! We'll definitely be booking with CLS Global Transportation again for future events, and I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and excellent party bus service.

I'm flummoxed by my horrible experience with Bassa's given the otherwise good reviews here.
