The location/venue was perfect! I mean the view overlooking the lake was breathtaking! And it wasn't the only spot that was beautiful. Every inch of that property was gorgeous. It felt like I was in some magical land that I couldn't imagine even in my wildest dreams. I mean, our photographer was so inspired she kept finding great places for us to take pictures. Shout out to Renee as one of the Vendors too, she was handsdown one of the best decisions we made regarding the wedding. You will regret not booking her for your wedding/event. This was truly a memorable day and a huge reason for this was the people involved and the location. We didn't have to worry about random people showing up to our intimate wedding like I've seen happen at other venues. It was spacious enough to for a large wedding party without sacrificing comfort, we loved that we felt tucked away into nature while still having "city accommodations". And I must add, the view from the casita is unmatched. Best view on the property. I loved that it served as my bridal suite! I can't say enough about Airola Vineyards. Truly, our wedding was just enchanting. While our guests were originally skeptical about the location (many had to drive 8+ hours) once they arrived they all thanked us for the invitation because it meant they were in such a beautiful location. I'm surprised this place isn't better known and while I want to be selfish and not the let the secret out, I would be doing humanity a disservice if I didn't shout Airola Vineyards' (and it's staff) exceptionalism from the roof tops. We forgot our bialetti and were worried we wouldn't be able to have coffee but the tiny homes had Bialettis as well as kettles, air fryers, great sized fridges, plus the cutest decor! We also had the most amazing assistance with staff who are on call, help with where to get my car fixed, great recommendations for breakfast and sites. We felt so looked after. There's so many areas to explore nearby, but also just using the pool/BBQ/Pickleball courts at the main house was so much fun. It was an incredible weekend and highly recommend to anyone wanting a little get away.

BORING and WEIRD!…read more Before our session, the photographer, Maureen, had us choose a style from a book of sample photos. We specifically selected an Old West outlaw theme with gloves, garters, rifles, and "teen" dresses. I clearly told her I wanted my daughters to look like they were "going to rob a bank." When I asked about the accessories, she assured me, "We'll get to that later." That never happened. The session lasted less than 10 minutes. When I asked why she hadn't photographed the concept we discussed, she said she didn't because "the girls were having fun" and "they didn't mention robbing a bank." My daughters are 12 and 13 years old. While I want them to enjoy the experience and have input, they were not the customers--I was. The final product should reflect the vision requested by the parent who booked and paid for the session. If the photographer couldn't or didn't want to create the concept I requested, she should have told me before the session began so I could have changed the plan or gone elsewhere. Instead, the final images were completely different. The gloves, garters and rifles were replaced with flowers, fans, and cigarettes. With all the creative possibilities in a Western studio, the finished photos are awkward, uncomfortable, and boring. They don't resemble an outlaw theme at all. The most concerning part was seeing my 13-year-old photographed with a cigarette in her mouth without my knowledge or permission. I would never have approved that. Even more disturbing, my daughters told me they were instructed not to tell their parents that cigarettes had been used in the photos. As well as to "do what they want, and not what their parents want". No adult working with children should ever encourage them to keep something from their parents. That crossed a line. I also witnessed the Maureen speaking disrespectfully to a newer coworker in front of customers, which was unprofessional. This entire situation could have been avoided with one honest conversation. If you can't or won't provide the concept your customer requested, say so before the session begins. Don't agree to it, ignore it, and then deliver something completely different. If you are photographing children, it should be mandatory that the parent approves the concept before the photos are taken. We chose this studio because of its reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so another family doesn't leave as disappointed as we did.

Everyone has so much fun coming up with ideas for the shoot and all the employees are completely open to everything and offer great suggestions. They are stellar at handling dogs, all our pictures have turned out great. We have brought so many friends here and they have had the same experience. Plus you get your pictures the same day- go grab lunch or an ice cream in old town Colombia and the pictures are edited and printed in no time. I highly recommend you call ahead to make reservations, but they will work as hard as possible to get your walk in group seen, even on a busy day. I'm not going to share my most recent pictures because my kids are in it, but the website has great examples.

The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. I was given a delivery window of 1-3pm and after several attempts to contact them after 5pm, their truck finally showed up. Just poor communication. Wouldn't recommend.

The day before the wedding the other company, Settings, totally dropped the ball & failed to deliver what I had ordered (no linens, cocktail tables, or rectangular tables). My event coordinator called Premiere Event Rentals at the very last minute (literally 10pm the night before my wedding) and they came through with all of my missing items.
