Fantastic service! Driver was on time, actually a few minutes early and delivered us to Black Oak Casino. Arranged to be picked up to go back to hotel at 11pm and he was right there waiting. Couldn't be happier. In other reviews you will see that people people who rated it one star had a one time problem at Ironstone. Please don't judge them by that. I called several hours before I was supposed to at thanksgiving dinner at at my sisters and was told the cab would be right there. 2 and a half hours later they still hadn't showed up. When to find out what happened they had put a recording that they were closed. Closing for Thanksgiving is understandable but no phone call to tell me they're not ever gonna pick me up is not courteous. I won't ever call him again. I would have walked but that's quite a ways on a bum leg. Thank for your late reply but I have been sitting with the door wide open since I called you in the hopes that you would see the wide open door playing a game on my phone. And no calls came. So I don't know where you went or what you did but you didn't come here. The surveillance system doesn't lie. To the business owner not only are you a flakey cab you are a liar. I just looked 4 hrs worth of surveillance footage from 12:30- 4:30. You never came to pick me up. I will gladly send you that footage if you would like to see it so maybe you should take responsibility for your actions Mr. and quit lying to whoever you're lying to and tell him where you were cause you weren't picking me up. read more

I would recommend courtesy cab to anyone. The receptionist / owner Bobby Jo is amazing. Just talking to her relieved me so much stress. She's a very upbeat and brings out the good in people. I don't usually leave reviews. But I just thought I would share with whoever's reading this my experience with courtesy cab. And I don't want to leave out her husband, Guizza.. I hope I didn't butcher his name to bad.. he's awesome as well. And didn't show any irritation at all about having to tell them that I needed to add 15 minutes on to the pickup time. I'd give them zero stars if we could. My group prepaid for courtesy shuttle wristbands in Murphys and the shuttles never came. When i try to communicate with ownership they send passive aggressive messages putting the blame on ironstone. We are asking for a simple refund however they should know when they're selling these wristbands and this service they'd be unable to accommodate the number of people they sold. Very disappointed this town that depends on tourism would outsource a company like this. **** in response to what i assume to be owners message *** After the owners comments i must add... we are not discrediting the cab company itself, just the particular advertised service. There were SEVERAL people waiting and waiting and unless you were subbed out by ironstone, which is doesn't seem since a facilitator from your business was collecting payment and handing out wristbands, then you're responsible. It is obvious you knew the challenges at hand and still continued to sell the wristbands absorbing as much profit as possible. This is more of a beware and exactly what this platform was designed for. I know the alternative is BBB which many people know exist and can also leave reviews on. Purchased 2 shuttle/cab tickets for a ride to ironstone from Murphys hotel for concert. Waited over an hour, and they never showed up. If they knew they couldn't provide the service, they should have never collected the money. This company ran a scam that night and took hundreds, if not thousands of dollars from people who trusted them. read more

Company gladly accepted our money however did not provide service nor a refund. We are not the only ones affected by this, literally hundreds of people made the $20 wristband purchase and ended up having to walk to the concert which put them about an hour and a half late. These guys are rockstars. I've had a dozen or more rides with them and they are truly decent people who are more than accommodating when you call up and need a ride. I always give them a good tip as they are much needed in an area like Sonora where you need a car to get anywhere. read more
