DON'T USE THEM. I booked their service to go to airport thinking they are local in Pleasanton. Turns out to be the company is being run from a home in Tracy. NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again. read more

In the past, I had highly rated this company and referred them to several clients. This has now changed. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I've been using their service--both for work and personal purposes--for the past three years and was previously satisfied. Unfortunately, on 11/01/25, I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I had booked a ride to pick up a relative from the airport and bring them to Tracy. However, during the three weeks between the booking and the service date, I forgot to cancel, and the company never reached out to reconfirm closer to the date. When the driver arrived, I immediately apologized via text for the oversight. The owner's response was shockingly unprofessional: "Next time call another company. Do not call Tri Valley." As a loyal customer who has used and recommended their service numerous times, I was extremely disappointed. Good customer service means understanding that occasional mistakes happen--and that maintaining long-term customer relationships is far more valuable than one missed fare. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to share that philosophy. I will no longer use or recommend their services. Clean vehicles, punctual and reasonable pricing. I used Tri-Valley Airporter shuttle from Fremont to SFO and SFO back to Fremont while on a trip to India with family - 4 adults, 6 international sized suitcases and 5 carry on bags, all fit comfortably in their shuttle, pick up and drop off were at the appointment times, and the driver was courteous and helped with the luggage. I have used this service a few times roundtrip Tracy to SFO. Driver has always been on times and for return trip waiting for us upon landing with a text message of where to meet. Could not be easier and so much safer to leave the driving to someone else after a long flight. I picked up one of their vans at the Oakland airport. I discussed with the driver, before getting into the car, exactly where in SF I would be going. Now I am sitting in unnecessary bridge traffic because the driver does not have a FastTrak pass. This has caused my trip to be an extra 45 minutes long. I'm sitting here watching carpools with FastTrak fly by. How on earth is it possible to run a door to door service from Oakland to San Francisco without a FastTrak pass???? This absolutely should have been disclosed BEFORE I got into the car. I will NEVER use this service ever again. read more

We used Trivalley Airporter for transportation to and from SFO this month. I was quite happy with the responsiveness, rate and promptness of this company and would recommend them to others. The cost for the service was very competitive versus other options. We were not too uptight about the type of vehicle so we opted to be picked up in a van just for our party of four. The van was clean and the driver was polite. I give them extra credit for being right on time for our return trip home given our flight was delayed for over two hours. Beware of the pricing here. The website indicated $85, yet I was told because my flight was arriving after midnight, that it would be $125. My flight was then delayed due to lightening in Houston. After driving me home (and running at least one stop sign on the way), the driver said I should pay him more because he had to wait for my late flight (part of customary business I would think) and wrote the bill up to $145!!! read more

I called and made my reservations two days before my pick up day. Koop called me the day before to confirm date and time. He arrived 15 minuets early and got us to the SFO early enough to sit, relax and have breakfast prior to our flight. The SUV was clean and very comfortable. I reserved a reservation yesterday with tri valley airporter. The driver picked me up from my house and Kool was very respectful and picked my luggage for me and put them in his van. The van is very clean and tidy, it's a smooth ride and it was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this service. This was the worst airporter service I have ever used. I called several days in advance for a ride to SFO for an important international flight for business. I knew I needed to be at the airport at least 2 hours advance and asked for their recommendation for pickup. They said 11am and I said OK. The person on the phone did not speak English very well, was difficult to understand and seemed aloof and unhelpful. He did not provide an email confirmation or confirmation # to me and only asked for my phone number. That morning, I called around 9am to confirm pickup. The person on the phone knew my home address but asked what time my pickup was, asked how to SPELL my street name (wouldn't they already know this) and that I lived in Pleasanton. I was getting very nervous at this point. I called again at 10:15am and they said someone could come by in 15 mins (early). I was ready and said OK. At 11am no one had arrived so I called. They said the driver was on his way. At 11:10am no one had arrived. I called again. They said he was near my home. Finally, a white shabby old van pulled up with a name other than "Tri Valley Airporter". I asked why the different name and he said oh they are friends and they call each other when they are busy. I found it very odd and annoying that they had to call someone last minute when I made the reservation several days in advance. I don't care if they are busy today. I called in advance. The driver didn't speak English very well. The van was shabby and dirty. He asked what airport I was going to. SERIOUSLY? He didn't know I was going to SFO! We hit traffic due to construction. I am very nervous at this point. He asked what airline. SERIOUSLY? He then went into domestic, not international, and had to go around again. Then when he dropped me off he asked for a tip. I called multiple times and got nothing but an answering machine. Finally a call back, but they did nothing for us, left us there in the middle of the night with no way to get home to Pleasanton . My family was left stranded at the SFO airport recently by Tri Valley Airporter. This was after I made a reservation 3+ weeks in advance. When I called from the airport I was told that I had cancelled my reservation (which wasn't the case). I had to find another taxi in the middle of the night with young kids to reach home. This is my second bad experience with this company. The first time they didn't send a cab for my trip to the Airport. When I called they realized their mistake & sent one to my home. Scheduled an airport pickup for my husband one week in advance for 4 pm on a Friday. When the shuttle wasn't there at 4:05, I called. They told me I must have the wrong company, when I reminded him of our previous conversation (I had remembered details from my phone call to make the reservation) he said, "OH YEAH!! I can get someone there to pick him up in 15 minutes. Almost an hour later, they still hadn't arrived, so my husband had to rush himself to the airport and leave our car there (what we were trying to avoid by hiring a shuttle!) An hour later, the shuttle service called to say they were at our door. When I told them he had to drive himself to the airport, the man tried to argue with me that we didn't need to leave so early to make our flight! My husband's flight was an hour delayed, or he wouldn't have made it there in time. We will NEVER use this company again. How can an airport shuttle lose a reservation, and forget to pick up a customer, and then have the nerve to argue with their customer on top of it all?!! They are not dependable and have terrible customer service. Never again! Will be looking for another company for all our future travel. Would have chosen zero stars if that were an option! read more

I picked up this shuttle at the Taxi stand at Oakland Airport. First, the van had a horrible odor. Stunk like mildew and old socks, dust all over the dashboard. The driver told me it would be $45 to Berkeley. Fine. We get going. Then he pulls over after we've left the airport and asks for my address which he puts into his iphone directions. OH he says, you live in the hills. That will be $49! I don't mind the amount, it is just that he kept changing it. Then he keeps answering his phone while in heavy traffic, once swerving across the freeway. I had to ask him to stop using his phone and pay attention to the road. When I got home I looked on the Tri-Valley Airporter website which quotes their fare to Berkeley as $45 and to Lafayette is $49! I'm a lot closer than Lafayette. No tunnel, I would never use this service. And will not accept this "taxi" from the airport ever again. No wonder Uber is doing well. read more
