NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.

We had a confirmed reservation to be picked up at Oakland airport at 6:40pm. They were a NO SHOW. Telephone numbers went to voicemail or didn't work at all. No call from them, no call to date. Not that there is any explanation that is ok. If they had an emergency they should have a backup plan for their customers. We were a party of six with bags, not easy to find a shuttle large enough and willing to drive to Tracy. Fortunately we found one. Will never use again and will pass the word.
