PGA Transport and Logistics - Paul's clean and environmentally friendly Tesla Model S - Airport Shuttles Near Me

We used PGA Transport (Paul) recently to transport pallbearers and family members for a funeral. It is a sad and solemn time. Paul was very personable, respectful, and professional. When I contacted him, he gave a quote within 4 hours and a deadline to reserve his service. He did not bug me. I would highly recommend him for any occasion. read more

Paul picked us up today promptly at 2:30am for our flight to SFO. The drive was very comfortable and his Suburban was beautiful and clean. He has excellent communication from the start of booking to picking up the day of our service. I would highly recommend using his services. read more

Paul was amazing to work with and love that he was Tracy based. We try and support local businesses as we own one ourselves. Our daughter got married this weekend - he was on time to pick up the girls and bring them to the church and also waiting to take the whole wedding party to the reception. He was also on time after the reception to take the newlyweds to San Francisco for their first night as a couple. He was professional and prompt with responding to my texts. We opted for the Mercedes Transport Van to hold the entire 13 person wedding party. AC was comfortably cranked to keep the Tracy heat at bay. The beautiful Tesla took the newlyweds to San Francisco. Highly suggest PGA Transport Limo for your transportation needs. Service is EVERYTHING these days. read more

Great service! He was very courteous and answered all my questions. The process of setting up a ride was simple and fast. He had a very nice car, he kept it clean and smelling nice. Provided us with snacks and drinks. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend!! read more

I called the guy for a price quote which he provided and than began bugging me about the ride. When I told him I'd think about it he continued to bug. His original price was 160 from Stockton to SJ airport and than after I showed him Uber's quote which was 92 he agreed to lower it to 120. I took a pause and texted him I had a alternative ride and he responded extremely unprofessional saying not to call him in the future unless I was 100 sure as time is money. I was taken back as I had originally just requested a quote. Anyways strongly advise against booking him after the experience I'm glad I didn't. Take Uber or Lyft as they are considerably cheaper and hassle free. read more

While Paul was responsive to my quote request, his messages were unprofessional, so we did not choose to go with him. I hope he can receive this feedback and, rather than being defensive, seek help adapting his approach to customers. It would really help his business. read more

PGA Transport is my go to service moving forward. Paul is a true professional. He was on time and very accommodating. He provided transport for a group of 15 of us to the airport on departure and arrival and we had a blast. A fantastic way to start our vacation and end it. 5 star service all the way around. Thanks Paul! Cant wait to do business with you again. read more

Excellent customer service from PGA transport and logistics, Great company, very punctual. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

I searched Yelp for a driver to drive us around for Lodi's Wine and Chocolate weekend. Paul immediately responded. He was courteous, professional and accommodating. His wife, Lalita, drove our group the 1st day through wine country in the wind and rain, yet we felt safe and well-cared for. We made some last minute changes in our itinerary, but Lalita was sweet and willingly fulfilled our requests. She provided towels, umbrellas, cold water and delicious snacks! Our 2nd day out was with Paul as our driver. We lucked out with blue skies! The professionalism and excellent customer service continued with Paul. Although, we changed our itinerary again, Paul was quite amenable. Our experience with both Paul and Lalita was outstanding! Thank you both for a fabulous weekend! read more

Outstanding job these guys have it dialed in very professional and reliable transportation. I would highly recommend them.

We used Paul to take us from Lafayette to SFO and the return trip. It was pouring both ways and on the way back, it was raining so hard, you could barely see. We felt very safe and confident in Paul's driving. When he first picked us up, he came to the door with an umbrella, escorted us to the car, which was lovely, and then got our luggage. He was polite and had the bearing, respect and politeness of someone who had been in the military although I don't believe he was. Just raised well. Price was very reasonable. Would use him again. read more

We love Paul and can't recommend him enough. We kept wanting to pay him ahead of time so he would know we were serious but he kept saying no problem, just pay the night of. I worried because I thought "what if he doesn't show?" - I need not worry. He was there on schedule throughout the whole night and patiently waited for us and listened to all our silliness. Great great guy! We will definitely use him again! read more

Paul was very accommodating, even though I went back and forth before deciding to use his services. He was professional and quoted a genuinely fair price for what I needed. I didn't decide until the last minute that I was going to go to my event and Paul was still able to accommodate me. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend PGA Transportation. read more

We were referred to Paul by a friend. His customer service was impeccable. He arrived early and was quite attentive to our needs, Paul is respectful, courteous, and very personable. If there was a sixth star I would rate Paul with it!!!! :) his services exceeded our expectations in a great way! Starting with the phone calls before the day of the wedding and all the transactions that had to be made before the event, Paul made me feel comfortable, i felt like I had known him for a long time. The day of the wedding he took great care of us, he had water, apple cider, snacks, like chips, cookies, etc. his car is well equipped with AC and his driving is great!! I found Paul on yelp when my ride to the airport fell through. He saved us by being able to provide service the day we called. Paul was professional and friendly. He provided snacks and water bottles, which was such a nice but unexpected touch. His car was also very clean and nice. It was probably the most pleasant car service ride I have ever had. Paul made us very comfortable and he was very nice to my toddler, which all parents know means the world. He also did't blink when I realized I forgot something at the house and had to go back. I highly recommend Paul for all of your transportation needs. Thank you for such great service! read more

I keep forgetting to write this review. I called Paul looking for transportation to SFO for a business trip. I received a prompt response and quote. As the day of my trip approached, Paul contacted me to confirm and then again on the day of pick-up. I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare so I didn't feel rushed. I had a similar experience on the return trip. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. Paul even provided some water and snacks. I will definitely be using PGA Transport and Logistics for future business and personal trips. read more

In setting up transport for our travel group I gave PGA a call and I am so glad I did. We were a group of 12 people going and 14 people on our return and Paul took all the stress off me for this leg of our journey. I was concerned about all the luggage fitting but he assured me there would be no problem and he was so right. His team showed up on time with smiles and I knew that I would without hesitation use this company again and again for our group. Excellent drivers and nice vehicles and great personalities. You can rest assured they will do their part to make your journey an unforgettable one. read more
