Scheduled a rental ahead of time for an upcoming trip. I rented an SUV and the representative tried to give me a Toyota Corolla. I purchased the toll tracker to avoid extra fees and just received a charge on my credit card for a toll. I called the customer service number and was told the tracker did not cover toll fees and was for the purpose of me paying extra fees. This makes no sense to me nor was it explained at the time of the rental. I do not recommend this particular Enterprise company and would not rent from them again. read more

Contacted reservations, mentioned I had an expired license, they said that as long as I showed the renewal receipt they would be able to take care of me. I showed it, and they sent me away. While I acknowledge my license being expired is on me, I really dislike companies who can't properly train their employees to give consistent information. Made reservation - have confirmation - I included my flight reservation # - airline delayed my flight by 2+ hours which meant I was arriving 2 hours later than expected to get my car. Called customer service (pls note - their 'schpeel' while listening to their music waiting for a rep to pickup, clearly states if all of the above has been done, Enterprise will hold the car until pickup as they 'monitor' flights. I finally get through to a rep and tell her I need to change my pickup time and she proceeds to tell me there are no cars available. Wait - I have a reservation for a car @ noon but not @ 2 due to the AIRLINE changing my flight times? How is this possible? I had booked a compact car and ended up getting something else. I understand things happen and the vehicle of choice is not always honored, but it would be nice to get a simple statement from the staff that is issuing the car when handing keys over rather than wait until I asked about it. In addition, I was given a car with broken USB which made navigating difficult. I made a comment about the broken USB when I returned the car just so that they can note that in the system. We have relatives in Tulsa so fly in frequently and have used most of the rental car companies. Our trip this past week we used Enterprise and were very happy. The attendant was friendly and helpful. We had reserved a "standard SUV" at a 3 day total cost of $232. They gave us a new Toyota Highlander that was clean and quite nice. Our experience with a "budget" rental company got us a Ford Escape with 60K miles on it. With Enterprise our Highlander had 1300 miles on it and still smelled new. The cost was the same as the other and the experience was all good. We had to return the car after business hours and they have a simple drop box. I always take a video of the car being returned just in case, I had a bad experience in Germany. But before we even landed from our flight we got an email that they received the car and all was good. I felt a bit bad returning it so dirty as there was a "mud storm" the night before, but they did not complain. I also had downloaded the Enterprise App and that made reserving and retrieving the car easy. I have now deleted the other apps and will stick with Enterprise when I fly into Tulsa. read more

Customer service is great. Dedicated workers ensure you are satisfied with your vehicle. They make the renting experience a delightful one. However, when it goes wrong, trying to get ahold of the area manager (T. Fields) to fix the issue takes insider connections. And why would I need to get ahold of him? When a vehicle is reserved and that vehicle is rented out to another person it causes some issues. Especially if it happens more than once. Needing to wait a few hours for a vehicle in the class I rented from pushes back time and throws scheduling off. The sweetest workers, working hard to please each customer is overshadowed by the lack of the area manager helping them to be more successful. They apologize each time this issue has happened and tell me to contact the area manager regarding my issue. I've reached out via emails and multiple phone calls. No response. No nothing. But this is not the first or second time something like this has happened. It's not the third, but the fourth time it's happened where an issue arose and I was told to contact the area manager. Why keep going back? Because of the customer service. They treat me well despite enterprise renting my vehicle or having dirty cars. Enterprise also offers vehicles that other rental companies do not. Maybe it's time to take my business elsewhere and leave to hang enterprise and national like the area manager has done to staff and customers. read more

Had a appointment to put my truck in the shop for body work due to a hail storm 2 months prior. My insurance company set my appointment with enterprise, which I have used in the past. This morning I contacted enterprise to confirm my reservation and the lady from from the Shawnee Oklahoma location left a voice mail on my phone this evening said he didn't have any cars rite now and he'll contact me when he does. This appointment was set up over 2 months with them, and he called me and left a message at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. My truck is going in the shop, it's taking me 2 months to get it in. This was my first time to Tulsa and I was skeptical about which company to rent from. After reading numerous online reviews across several sites, I landed with Enterprise (I'm normally a Hertz Gold Plus). Enterprise had the highest and most consistent ratings next to Alamo. Come to find out all the high rated companies are owned by the same folks. Bravo to that group for providing quality service. Enterprise was also one of the select few that had a published phone number that would get you to an actual Tulsa agent vice the 1-800 black holes. I got into Tulsa just short of 11pm and was able to find my way to the garage booth and the young lady there was very warm, friendly, and speedy. She was able to put me in a truck and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend the Tulsa Airport Enterprise for future rentals. *Note on TUL Intl: Don't go down stairs to find the rental counters, they are on the main floor just outside security. The booths are across the drive on the top level of the parking garage. Signage is small when you come out of the concourses (A or B) but, you can find them pretty quickly if you pay attention. read more

We returned out week long rental to the airport. The garage was so packed with returns that we didn't even know where to park and there was nothing to let us know. Finally we saw 2 employees in enterprise vests and we ask where to park and they said anywhere. One of the employees said just to get our stuff out and they would get it checked in. They never checked the condition nor had us sign anything. He told us it took a couple of hours to receive a receipt. We went on and by the time we flew home to San Diego we still had no confirmation on the car return. Next morning we still had no confirmation so called the airport office. The person answering calls at first told me it could take up to 48 hours to get the vehicle checked in, i asked if she could verify that she at least had the car. She said that her system would not allow her too. I told her that I did not believe that someone could not return s car on the date and their system wouldn't alert them or by giving the reservation number it wouldn't show status. She took the number and after a long hold said the manage was sending me my receipt. Asked if any additional charges and again told she couldn't do it. Not how I would treat my customers. read more

I am beyond pissed. I flew out today expecting to pay $75 at the most for a car for two days! I had to fly out last minute for a funeral. Upon landing the road where icy so upgraded to a 4 wheel drive. He told me he would cut the price half and it would be $15 a day so $30 plus $26 for the protection plan so in total $56. Then he asked about gas and I told him I would fill it up at the airport when I gave it back. I was told my total was $56. He told me to sign the iPad and then he walked away and said he would email my receipt. I got my email and I was charge $250 for a two day car rental on a Toyota 4 runner. This is outrageous! I was taken advantage of because I am a single, thing white female, traveling alone for a funeral. He saw that as an opportunity to get extra money. So now I have lost $200 that I was not expecting to spend. This is my first ever time renting a car. Let me tell you never again! I really hope enterprise will make this right. read more

Generally a good experience. However, don't try and do what I did. Renting from the 6415 E. Apache Enterprise branch (25 mins walking from terminal) and returning the vehicle here. It's NOT worth the complete hassle. You'll pay a $50 drop charge fee and that's IF the vehicle you reserved is available. On to this Enterprise airport location review now. The vehicle we needed, also separately reserved here was available. A new 2022 Toyota Camry. They (Enterprise) deem this a full size car. I highly recommend it or perhaps the Chevy Malibu. They're more comfortable and safer vehicles. I would be advised that the fees plus taxes charged at this Tulsa airport location are very steep. About 28 - 29% of the base rental rates! One positive is I returned the vehicle about four hours after due in time and wasn't charged any extra hours or another full day. The Care@ehi.com customer service is absolutely worthless for any reasonable resolution. Absolutely worthless. Contacting a manager is probably the best way to take up any concern. The process of getting a rental car was kind of pain. I was a walk up and all they could offer me was a truck at the rate of $150 per day. I was then told if I went online and reserved a car they would have to honor whatever I reserved. I was then able to get an economy car after reserving a car on my phone while standing at the counter. After getting the car I had gone to pick up some family members to attend a wedding I was in town for. Upon picking them up I realized the back seat of the car was covered in dirt a pet hair. Unfortunately, one of the individuals I picked up had on a black dress and we had to stop to get a lint roller. We reserved an intermediate SUV. Upon our arrival at the Tulsa airport, we were offered a Jeep, a pick-up, or a small SUV. We finally took an upgrade (Chrysler 300). It was not what we expected nor wanted. The airport rental car area appeared to be under construction. We had to walk a great distance from the main terminal to where they had the cars set-up (the very last row). They were very busy so we had to be out in the hot sun forever before being waited on. When we returned the car, we found signage to be slim to none and not very instructive. We ended up at the same area where we rented the car and were told by a less than gracious female attendant that the NEXT time we returned a car to pull up to the area she pointed to that was not very far from where we were standing. She added that it would be much faster. She complained about where we were the ENTIRE time she processed the return. We then had to face the same long walk back to the terminal. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever dealt with! The let me reserve a car they didn't have. They then sent me 40 minutes across town in rush hour traffic to another location that had no vehicles. The guys working at that location were extremely rude. They told me that it wasn't their fault that the call center is booking vehicles that they don't have. We left there to go to another location of theirs. My wife was calling them as we were headed that location. They never answered the phone but when we pulled up to the store we witnessed the workers pick up the phone, put it on hold, walk out the door and locked it up to go home! I rent from Enterprise exclusively in a variety of domestic locations, and am always satisfied and frequently pleased with the experience. Again, the car was fine. In this second rental at the Tulsa airport in two years -- five days over Thanksgiving 2015 -- the experience was adequate, with a couple issues. The car pick up/drop off location is a considerable trek from Southwest baggage claim and check in. All technically within the airport, but not nearby and there are level and building transitions that are not clearly or logically marked. And there is no shuttle bus. For older folks, this is difficult, but we encountered much younger fellow travelers/renters who felt the same. Fortunately, on mentioning this on returning the car, the check-in fellow called a golf cart whose driver was cheery and competent on a chilly, rainy Saturday, carting us within 100 yards of Southwest check in. As we have come to expect from Enterprise, the available personnel were competent and positive. However, once we finally found the car pick-up location, staffing was only a single individual coping with 4-5 pick-up parties. He called for back up and three additional folks eventually appeared to help, probably coming from somewhere more warm and dry. Altogether, I have had far worse rental experiences over my many decades of business and personal travel, but this was at the bottom of the range of my overall excellent experiences with Enterprise. I would ascribe three and one-half stars were that an option. And I will certainly continue utilizing Enterprise in each of my rental opportunities. read more

I rent from enterprise a lot. Typically they provide good service with clean vehicles. My last experience was not to good at the Tulsa airport. Besides having to pay over $150 a day for a standard rental, the cars back seat was dirty and did not smell good at all. There was hay on the seats. We asked if a car change was possible and they stated there wasn't anything else available at that time. There were numerous cars in the lot and they were 10 min away from closing. I always rent with Enterprise, generally good service and good staff. Cars are newer and in good shape......however my Tulsa experience , not so much. The first two cars we tried hadn't been cleaned , trunks were full of trash , the cleaning crew hadn't done their job. The check out guy was very apologetic and said there had been other cars with the same problems. The third car was clean , however it had been smoked in ..... really annoying. I ended up with the smokers car Once I returned the car I addressed all my concerns and they did credit me for one day. The management is not preforming at the Tulsa location. The only thing that could improve their service is to reduce the time checking in at the desk. Upon return of the vehicle, I was charged for a full tank of gas even though I had rejected the fuel option at check-in and returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I would not recommend Enterprise at Tulsa airport. I generally use Hertz, and chose Enterprise on this trip for a lower quoted fee. Cost me more in the long run, with poor and unfriendly service. Overall the people were nice, however they are way under staffed. No one at the counter in the terminal, just a sign directing you to the kiosk in the lot. Only one guy there so you he has to take on every aspect of the process from finding the reservation to doing customer education on the car, giving directions, etc. I was actually lucky that there were only two people in front of me there were three behind me - bummer for them as the process takes about 10 minutes per customer. When I had a problem with the key the next day (key code didn't match so I couldn't start the car) there was no information on who to contact. Not on the paperwork, not in the car, nowhere. I called the number on the business card that the agent gave me when I rented the car, but was placed on hold, I gave up after 15 minutes and called back - no answer. I assume the guy was alone at the kiosk and unable to answer the phone. I finally went to their website and found the number. They told me I had 2 options wait for an hour and a half for a tow truck and ride back to the airport with the driver and get a new car or wait 5 hours for an exchange. read more
