We initially tried to have a local shop look into the Speedy Lift (which we saw online), but they didn't think it work based on their past experience with installs of this product on Tesla Model X. My husband found YouTube videos by Mobility One showing the exact solution that we needed (Speedy Lift by Adapt Solutions & the Asento seat lift). He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands. I highly recommend going to Mobility One for ADA accessibility needs, whether it is for the same product or another, he will get the job done and help you find a solution that works for you.

    Arrived at the airport and decided to do the online check in as prompted from my text as it says,…read more "to save time". Took a picture of front and back of my license and added my home address. Check in complete- please proceed to the Hertz counter. When we arrived at the Hertz counter (which is the farthest one away in the garage ) the woman was rude. I politely said hello and my name, and she just snapped I need your license! I said I already did the online check in, she said again I need your license! Okay, no problem. She said I need a credit card for a $200.00 hold, put it in the machine. I did and she starts typing in the computer. She asks if I want the extra insurance and if I want to pre pay for gas - no thank you. She said your car is number 14 over there! I asked what kind of car I was given and she finally told me. No thank you, goodbye, nothing. The car was a 2024 Nissan Rogue and drove great with plenty of room. However, the car was completely out of windshield fluid and the front seats were all stained. You would think with a brand new car they would have it detailed to keep it looking good for customers. When we returned the car at the airport, I mentioned the windshield fluid and the man said yeah they are supposed to fill that up when they wash the car .... I now know why the reviews are so bad. Rude customer service and no one does their job. We usually use Enterprise when we rent a vehicle, but decided to give Hertz a try. Well, goodbye Hertz, we are returning to Enterprise!

They were all told it would be a 30 minute wait which turned out to be 90 minutes. It was totally ridiculous. The clerk claimed that due to Labor Day holiday they were extremely busy. Labor Day comes once a year and that will never change! Why wouldn't they be proactive and anticipate being busy! We spent an hour waiting for our luggage and hour and a half waiting for a rental car. We will never rent a car from Hertz in Tulsa again! This has been so frustrating! If I could give them ZERO stars I would! I forgot to add, that they only had 1 elderly employee working, so you can imagine how long the line was!

Three hours later on the same day I received an email saying that my car had been overbooked and my reservation was being canceled. I had booked my reservation over one month in advance however. When I did get hold of customer service they were defensive and had no explanation other than to tell me that they no longer had something available and they had given me 4 days notice which was acceptable time for me to find a replacement. Obviously they had not consulted me about my own calendar before making this assumption.

    I will never, ever use these people again. At first I was so excited that I found a car rental…read moreplace that would take my pre-paid debit card with the verification that I could provide. The rental went off without any snags, I even got upgraded for free. However, it has been nothing but a nightmare since I returned the car. I put down a deposit - like you do - and I got a receipt that it was returned to me. I have not seen a penny of that returned deposit, every time I call customer service and reach someone I get the run around. No one is owning up to whether or not they fully processed the refund, and while I was informed it would be up to 28 days before I got it back, it has now been a month and almost a week and I still have not seen that deposit money returned. The guy who answers for their customer service sounds like he's tweaking on something, and he acts like it also. Getting you into a car is hassle free, getting you back the money you rightfully deserve because you followed every rule and returned the car completely in tact - a nightmare.
