I want to give a special shout out to Jackie, a service advisor there! She's friendly,…read moreknowledgeable, courteous and always works as quickly as possible to get you in and out! She's always got a good attitude and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She's been there ever since I purchased my Corolla three to four years ago, and I've always had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend scheduling with her, I know my car is in good hands!

Will not return. Claimed cost of replacing one 100 amp fuse was $1000. Part cost was $11. Then…read morerefused to provide an itemized estimate. The work involved disconnecting the battery; using one 6mm socket, to remove four screws (two that hold the fuse) then replacing the fuse and bolting it in, putting the fuse box back on the frame and bolting it back down, reconnecting the battery. 15 minutes for a competent mechanic and 30 minutes for me. Worse I just had a heart attack and open-heart surgery which the department knew. I was willing to pay a premium to get service, but not almost triple what appears to be a customary charge: $150 diagnostic, $150 service, and $50 for the part. Even with $100 on top of that it is not $1000 worth of work. But here is the icing, the guy wanted to buy the car. Texted me an offer of $5000 for it. I just had a classic car dealer offer me $15,000 for the vehicle. This is why I cannot recommend this service department. I left with the impression its fun to take advantage of their customers, especially women. BEWARE.

If I could give a negative 20 review I would do so. We went to Big Mikes Auto Care to get a car for…read moreour daughter because my husband has known Mike for at least 7-8 years. Thought that he would be honest. Might have been a difference experience if Mike would have sold us the car but his son, Joe was in charge. Told us that it was a good, reliable car. Said that they looked over it and there were no known issues. Took it for the test drive...seemed okay. The first red flag should have been when he said that we needed to buy their warranty because if the turbo went out, the warranty would pay for itself. We asked if there was a problem with the turbo. He said no, he wouldn't sell it if there was an issue but if an issue came up with it, the warranty was good to have. Car was for our daughter, we trusted him. She did not have the extra funds for the warranty. Signed all the paperwork and started driving home. Check engine light came on....should have been our second clue and should have taken it back then. Drove back to the car lot, Joe looked at it and said that it wasn't reset from oil change. He reset the light. Fast forward to three weeks later, engine light stayed on, key fob stopped working, air conditioner quit working. Made several calls....if they did answer or return call, was told should have purchased the warranty. purchased an outside warranty, took it to the shop for repair and low and behold, turbo wastegate is bad, effects the air conditioner. Because the waste gate is on the outside of the turbo, isn't covered under warranty. Husband went back to Big Mike's today and showed them the $5k mechanics bill for the $7k car we bought from them three months ago. Was told, you should have bought our warranty, we could have gotten it covered. Conversation went bad and Joe told my husband, "man I thought we were friends and then you go and blast me!" Damn straight we did. They sold us a piece of shit car that they knew had a turbo problem that we are not stuck with. Yes, I am going to let everyone know not to by a vehicle from them. They are shading as hell and do not care that they sell piece of shit cars as long as they get the sale. Now I know that people will say that that is the chance you take when you purchase a used car and do not get the warranty and I cannot argue that. We went to them because we trusted them and trusted that they would not sell us a piece a shit car. Yeah, we thought they were our friends as well. If you purchase from them, be prepared to have a high mechanic bill on the car.
