I called the customer service number and was told the tracker did not cover toll fees and was for the purpose of me paying extra fees. This makes no sense to me nor was it explained at the time of the rental. I do not recommend this particular Enterprise company and would not rent from them again.

I returned with 5 minutes left with half a tank of diesel prepared to pay the penalty rate because the closest 3 QuikTrips either did not have diesel or the diesel pumps were broken. No one is owning up to whether or not they fully processed the refund, and while I was informed it would be up to 28 days before I got it back, it has now been a month and almost a week and I still have not seen that deposit money returned. The guy who answers for their customer service sounds like he's tweaking on something, and he acts like it also. Getting you into a car is hassle free, getting you back the money you rightfully deserve because you followed every rule and returned the car completely in tact - a nightmare.

The letter from Enterprise had no contact information other than "Customer Service" at the bottom and a local Tulsa return address on the envelope. I physically went to the address. There is no one you can speak to directly at Enterprise Customer Service but I was provided with a phone number. Prior to contacting Enterprise about this matter I contacted the police department that Enterprise stating had issue the ticket supplying the date and time of said ticket. The Officer I spoke with assured me they had no ticket on record. In this case I have been told the charges were refunded (no documentation of the fact as yet). When I was given the excuse this was probably mis-entered data I presented the question how a parking ticket never issued to any car happened to be paid by Enterprise then charged to my card? It seems this is manufactured data not mis-entered. My concern is for other customers of Enterprise that experienced similar charges and either don't catch them or because no contact information is provided with the notice of charges, have no way to dispute the charges.

We picked it up around 2pm and returned it a week later around 5pm and unfortunately this charged us an extra day without any notice. That would be my only complaint so if you rent from Avis, make sure you take the time serious and return it a little early. The customer service was good and the vehicles were nice and at a good price. Would definitely rent from them again.

Why does this matter? Because they dont take care of them. Never rented from this location that there wasn't something. Last time, it was that they didn't replace the tires on an suv, (definitely check the tires) and had a blowout. Not a fluke, just thousands of miles past their service life. Scary, but typical. The two on duty when I came through did an excellent job on the windshield and side windows. They were out to find the dirty spots and get them cleaned up. I was rather impressed with their dedication. Overall my car came out pretty darn clean and I am satisfied. After going through the jet engines for dryers I hit up the free vacuums offered. For a small automatic in East Tulsa this is a great find. I will be back.
