I've worked with this company more than one and feel very secure that they know what they're doing. They do have a lot to offer as well.

Very kind and quick fix on a stair lift chair. The service tech provided a quick resolution and…read morecompleted an entire service of our unit. I would highly recommend them.

After my wife had knee surgery she had great difficulty going up and down our stairs. We read…read morenumerous reviews and decided on the highly rated Bruno Elite Indoor Curved stair lift. We learned that 101 Mobility in Oklahoma City and Tulsa were Bruno Preferred dealers. Our friend had a Bruno stair lift installed by 101 Mobility years ago and still loves it. So we contacted the OKC office who did a thorough job taking measurements and photos of our staircase that has seven steps up to a landing, turns 180 degrees, then has seven more steps up to another landing. We decided to have parking zones installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs so that the chair would always be off the stairs when not in use, and would be safer when getting on and off the chair. So there was a 90 degree curve at the top of the stairs and a 180 degree curve at the bottom of the stairs for the chair to get off of the stairs and stop at the parking zones. Everyone that we worked with at 101 Mobility was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Christina, Jennifer, Melissa and Daryl were able to answer all of my questions and alleviate all of the concerns that I had about this rather complicated curved stair lift installation. Three weeks after signing the contract the stair lift was perfectly installed by Kirk and Josh who happened to be former U.S. Marines. The installation was made without a hitch between Christmas 2016 and New Year's Day, and we are delighted with our new stair lift. We couldn't be happier with the folks at 101 Mobility! As a retired U.S. Air Force member myself, I appreciate their humorous reply when I asked the installers Kirk and Josh if it was true that they were former Marines. Their reply was "Yes, our boss likes to hire people who don't complain!"

Mobility One Transportation - Rear heat and air system installed, along with side window installation.

My mom needed a way to bring her 40 lb power wheelchair (Pride jazzy carbon) in and out of her car…read moreeasily, without having to rely on having somebody else with her. We initially tried to have a local shop look into the Speedy Lift (which we saw online), but they didn't think it work based on their past experience with installs of this product on Tesla Model X. My husband found YouTube videos by Mobility One showing the exact solution that we needed (Speedy Lift by Adapt Solutions & the Asento seat lift). He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands. I highly recommend going to Mobility One for ADA accessibility needs, whether it is for the same product or another, he will get the job done and help you find a solution that works for you.

Even with accessibility parts or vehicles that he has not had much experience in, he takes his time to do it right without making you pay for extra time. I would recommend Mobility One to anyone needing their services.

writing this review to say how much respect have for the staff, and the ethics and great customer…read moreservice they treated me and my dad with. quick back story, several years ago my dad was diagnosed with alzheimer's disease, he was doing fine for several years then suddenly his health got worse very quickly. since his current vehicle was no longer sufficient to be able to handle a wheel chair, had to obtain suitable "wheel chair" friendly/accomodating tramsportation. thank God was able to find a great 2000 chevrolet full size express conversion van at classic chevrolet in claremore. however, the van did not have a wheel chair lift/ramp, but the gentleman at classic chevrolet suggested using "handicap vehicle services unlimited" (hvsu.com) and said they had referred several customers there and always heard back that they did great work. the gentleman from classic chevrolet was sooo right. upon arriving to "hvsu" we were greeted warmly and then upon telling them our problem they showed us the various options and wheel chair lifts they suggested. all the various wheel chair lift options were great but we had extremely limited financial resources, especially with the unexpected expense of the 2000 chevrolet full size express conversion van. thanked then for their time and was about to leave when one of their staff suggested consider a "floor model" demo wheel chair lift they had just brought back from using at several floor demo shows. they said it was brand new and only been used a few times as a demo at a some floor demo shows. they said it just had few scratches but came with same manufacturers warranty as new one, and they said they would discount the price since it was a floor demo show wheel chair lift model. I said a few scratches wouldn't bother us, cause we were going to put some scratches on it when using it anyway, and the discounted price was incredible, and allowed us to be able to afford it. sadly, my dad is no longer with us, but "hvsu" and the wheel chair lift they installed allowed my dad and I to spend and enjoy several more years together that we may not have on trips, outings, etc., if it were not for the great staff at "hvsu", and the wonderful wheel chair lift they installed on the 2000 chevrolet full size conversion van. did I fail to mention they threw in "free" handicap stickers for the rear bumper and wheel chair lift side doors. realize this review is a bit long and wordy but wanted to give full credit and description of the great staff and customer service received from "hvsu". may God bless and keep the great staff at "hvsu" for their kindness, ethics, and great customer service. thank you God for leading us to "hvsu".
