Then the text started wanting payment ok I mad e payment only to come next month same amount due, I called the office spoke to a not very knowledgeable person, but I finally was told this was a rental. Not once was I told this was a rental, no paper work saying so or verbal when the chair was left. Bad business in my opinion, communication is the key to any good business.

After the death of…read morethe person using the equipment, I called in and scheduled a pick up of the rented equipment. it was set for a Monday 1 to 5. That time slot came and went. I called in about 4 to see why no one had even called me at that point, was on hold 15 minutes while they tried to figure out why . They admitted that they could see the ticket when i had set up the pickup but it was not transferred to the driver that day. I ended up taking it to them that Wedneday where I met a woman waiting on a customer service person. She could never get anyone on the phone so she drove down to handle it in person. it was a billing problem that had been going on since August of 24. Oh to top things off, the company that I guess does the owning or something, RoTech started calling me the day after the missed pick up leaving voice mails threatening legal action if i didn't return their equipment since I had missed the scheduled pick up time. American Medical didn't even have the decency to tell Rotech they messed up. I do not recommend.

One of the best fitters in the business is Ms. Julia and she is an absolute angel, will make you feel right at home during your appointment and during the measuring process(if you need a sounding board Julia is there to listen). I am looking forward to my next part of my breast cancer and lymphedema journey's. It has been a long road but with LKM I am on the right path to good health in combination with my health teams. Come join the LKM family for your prosthetics and lymphedema compression garment care etc..., it will be the best decision you make.

When I first went into this business they did not great me or acknowledge that I was even present. After I got to speak to someone the were not very friendly I the they are predjudice at LKM Medical Supply. When I finally went into pick up the sleeves it was the same thing, when I walked in the door I was not greated, they are rude, discourteous and very unprofessional. They don't call you with any updates or let you know the status, or updates of your order, I had to contact my insurance and have them contact the business and was still met with disappointment of this company. I dealt with one of the specialists at the company that was at a different company prior even she wasn't as professional as she was at the previous company. If I didn't need the compression sleeves as badly as I did I would have never purchased them at all I went ahead and paid for my purchase and to the salesperson Anna that I would never use their services again, another person Tasha appears and tells her when your done I need to speak to you, and I told them bother how disappointment and dissatisfied with their customer service and their company and how they don't follow up with their customers, but reiterate I will never use their company ever again.     WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY'RE AWFUL! There. Now that I…read morehave your attention. The following is a copy of an email I sent to their "customer service" address. Enjoy! I have tried to get a hold of your billing dept a couple of times now. Both times I am put on terminal hold. As of this writing, I have been on hold 47 minutes, just like last time. This is highly unacceptable. So I go online to your website to try there. I get to the page where you choose what you need help with. I choose Billing and get the following: "You will find your billing number on your patient statement." ... and that's all. Nowhere to input the number. No submit button. No way to proceed. (I took a screenshot to prove this as well as one showing how long I was on hold) In other words, between not answering and having no way to contact the company through your own website, you are saying "We can send you threatening collection notices all day, but when you try to take care of them, we will not have anything to do with you.". Also note: not only do I NOT owe anything, the bills I have been receiving for countless months now show "Total Insurance Pending" as $155.03, so it's likely the money you are pestering me about is in there. Try collecting THAT. Helpful hint: $155 is $140 more than the $15 you keep trying to collect from me. Add to that your cost of sending me well over a dozen letters and ... well, you all are just apparently just raging dumbasses. So please, feel free to send me some lame computer generated response to this that probably says "Have you tried calling?" "Paying your bill is your responsibility." "HAHAHA! YOU ACTUALLY WROTE TO US THINKING WE WOULD RESPOND?? YOU FOOL!". That is the only possible outcome to this. Call me Nostradamus, but I predict I will not hear from an actual human with any helpful instructions. But this will all look nice in the lawsuit I will be filing against you, so you all just keep on being you! It's soooooo helpful. I wonder why I left Lincare last year. Oh yeah, now I remember. The customer service is horrible at all levels, including ordering and the local office. I'll be posting this on a Google review. Hopefully this with all the other terrible reviews you all get will convince people to stay away from you useless morons like you're a toxic waste dump. By the way, the end time on my waiting right now is 1 hour 8 minutes. Stellar work, lads. You'll be getting my bill for an hour of my time wasted. Please pay promptly. I have called the last 2 days and cannot get them to answer the phone, Was just waiting for 15 minutes and they never did come to the phone. I am at a loss as to know what to do.
