When I first went into this business they did not great me or acknowledge that I was even present. After I got to speak to someone the were not very friendly I the they are predjudice at LKM Medical Supply. When I finally went into pick up the sleeves it was the same thing, when I walked in the door I was not greated, they are rude, discourteous and very unprofessional. They don't call you with any updates or let you know the status, or updates of your order, I had to contact my insurance and have them contact the business and was still met with disappointment of this company. I dealt with one of the specialists at the company that was at a different company prior even she wasn't as professional as she was at the previous company. If I didn't need the compression sleeves as badly as I did I would have never purchased them at all I went ahead and paid for my purchase and to the salesperson Anna that I would never use their services again, another person Tasha appears and tells her when your done I need to speak to you, and I told them bother how disappointment and dissatisfied with their customer service and their company and how they don't follow up with their customers, but reiterate I will never use their company ever again. The first visit was nice and pleasant, with plenty of assistance finding the prescribed attire. Today's visit, for a lab coat, was extra nice, because the gentleman behind the counter not only helped us find the right one, but remembered The Son from previous visits. That's the kind of thing that makes me a repeat customer. Lots and lots of selections, probably more than I can begin to explain, since that's not my area of expertise, but other than not carrying men's shoes, which I kind of understand, they've hit the mark every time we've been there. Prices seem reasonable, and they seem to have a good spread across the price spectrum, but they don't push you to the higher end stuff. Good people, plenty of selections, and reasonably priced. Doesn't get much better than that.

You get a reminder card when needed and also a Thank You letter with warm thoughts after service completed. They really care about you and keeping your vehicle maintained. writing this review to say how much respect have for the staff, and the ethics and great customer…read moreservice they treated me and my dad with. quick back story, several years ago my dad was diagnosed with alzheimer's disease, he was doing fine for several years then suddenly his health got worse very quickly. since his current vehicle was no longer sufficient to be able to handle a wheel chair, had to obtain suitable "wheel chair" friendly/accomodating tramsportation. thank God was able to find a great 2000 chevrolet full size express conversion van at classic chevrolet in claremore. however, the van did not have a wheel chair lift/ramp, but the gentleman at classic chevrolet suggested using "handicap vehicle services unlimited" (hvsu.com) and said they had referred several customers there and always heard back that they did great work. the gentleman from classic chevrolet was sooo right. upon arriving to "hvsu" we were greeted warmly and then upon telling them our problem they showed us the various options and wheel chair lifts they suggested. all the various wheel chair lift options were great but we had extremely limited financial resources, especially with the unexpected expense of the 2000 chevrolet full size express conversion van. thanked then for their time and was about to leave when one of their staff suggested consider a "floor model" demo wheel chair lift they had just brought back from using at several floor demo shows. they said it was brand new and only been used a few times as a demo at a some floor demo shows. they said it just had few scratches but came with same manufacturers warranty as new one, and they said they would discount the price since it was a floor demo show wheel chair lift model. I said a few scratches wouldn't bother us, cause we were going to put some scratches on it when using it anyway, and the discounted price was incredible, and allowed us to be able to afford it. sadly, my dad is no longer with us, but "hvsu" and the wheel chair lift they installed allowed my dad and I to spend and enjoy several more years together that we may not have on trips, outings, etc., if it were not for the great staff at "hvsu", and the wonderful wheel chair lift they installed on the 2000 chevrolet full size conversion van. did I fail to mention they threw in "free" handicap stickers for the rear bumper and wheel chair lift side doors. realize this review is a bit long and wordy but wanted to give full credit and description of the great staff and customer service received from "hvsu". may God bless and keep the great staff at "hvsu" for their kindness, ethics, and great customer service. thank you God for leading us to "hvsu".

She didn't stand there watching me, she didn't bombard me with questions, she didn't offer me suggestions, she simply gave me space and allowed me to look around. At the end, I did end up making a purchase and she quickly handled the transaction, thanked me, and invited me back. I have brought things in twice to sell. Each time they took 2 or 3 items and I had items with new…read moretags on them and items that are in style and high quality brands. They are WAY too picky. I shop at all the resale and thrift stores in the Tulsa area and even though I'm older I wear stylish and boho clothes. While they were looking through my stuff I shopped their tops and was sadly disappointed in the selection. I told them that this is not a "family" resale store because they only have teen or 20 year old clothes. I really couldn't believe how much good stuff of mine they rejected - twice. I found one top that was moderately cute and bought it the last time I was there. When I lived in another city I consigned my clothes and made lots of money so I know my stuff is very sellable.
