Upon entering, I was greeted by a young lady and told if I needed any assistance, she would be more than happy to help. Then she did something other places have forgotten to do. She walked away and let me browse on my own. She didn't stand there watching me, she didn't bombard me with questions, she didn't offer me suggestions, she simply gave me space and allowed me to look around. That meant more than anything to me. it felt so good to just look around by myself, and yeah when I had a question, she came over and answered it and then left me to continue browsing. At the end, I did end up making a purchase and she quickly handled the transaction, thanked me, and invited me back. I am definently going back, thanks to that amazing and forgotten customer service thats not about hovering over customers but letting them actually browse without being bothered. read more
