Last time I was there I was told I had $5 rewards on my next visit. Go in tonight.... to use said $5 but apparently there are undisclosed rules that you have to spend a certain amount to use your rewards money. Traveling through Tulsa for work, realized I left my only bottle of juice in my hotel room this morning...in a different state... I am very particular about juice, and just wanted to get something to tide me over until I was back in Dallas tomorrow. Scott (i think that was his name) was amazing. He asked me what I usually vape. Literally put the last drop from my tank on his finger AND LICKED IT. 3 minutes later he had mixed a near perfect match to my juice. I was beyond impressed. Then I told him I have beeb looking for a blue raspberry kool aide flavor for years with no luck. 3 minutes later, he mixed a perfect blend that tasted just like my childhood. I bought $60 worth. This is definitely one of my favorite Vape shops. These guys really know their stuff and go out of their way to help the customer. I went in today needing a new cool for my atomizer and since it was a newer model, I wasn't really sure what I needed. Not only did they take care of it, they gave me a few extras for free and let me try my atomizer on different battery packs to get an idea if one might work better for me. The shop is clean and organized, and there is a large selection of equipment and e-liquid. More than anything though, is their friendly customer service and passion for what they do. I went to buy vapor pods, hen I asked about a tank for my cap and I was told that I only had four minutes. Then I overheard one of guys tell someone on the phone that they close at ten but they will wait for them. I am as willing to spend more money in there store but I thought the were rude and I will never do business with them again. Well I had a pretty good first experience. Got the juice I usually get at another establishment. But I went in the 26th of dec.. With my xmas money ready to get my juice of choice at the great price again.. But to my dismay it was no longer on sale.. Ugh so I asked if they had any other similar deals.. And was directed to a brand called RITUAL.. I've never Herd of this brand and said I was looking for something fruity and tropical like I get in my regular brand.. The first he led me to try was supposed to be rainbow sherbet with creamy after taste.. And the other was supposed to be rainbow skittles type flavor.. So I thought sounds delicious on both bottles.. BUT LET LE TELL U WHAT.. I have 10 vapes witch I went to a different vape shop to get coils cause coils here are over priced. So I go through my routine of cleaning my tanks pre soaking my new coils and filling them up.. While waiting for them to get sood and saturated to prevent any stress on my new coils due to firein them to soon and possibly fouling a coil or getting a burnt cotton throat hit... While that was taking place I decided to have my roomate taste some as I finish tasting them and we were both thrown back at the awaful taste.. so bad in fact it made her sick feeling and would not try anymore than the three she did.. I investigated further to find out that one bottle was over 13months old and the other almost 25 months old.. both have definitely lost all resemblance to the advertised flavors.. so I will be taking the 35min + trip back as soon as they open in the morning to see about getting made whole with non expired juice and new coils to replace the ones I've now saturated with the most awaful tasting juice I've ever purchased from ANY vape shop.. I buy and sell used and new vapes.. and this has put a hold on about 5/6 for sure sales that I had yesterday cause I would've been quite embarassed trying to sell a refurbished tank with fresh coils and juice to someone I expected to come back and buy anything else from me.. SO PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK URE FLUIDS DATES CAUSE THEY APPARENTLY AERNT..if they make me whole with juice I can actually vape and give to my customers with the tanks they buy off me along with new coils to replace the ones ive already saturated with rancid juice.. I will recant my long ass rant and will comend them for doing the right thing.. But if not.. I SHALL MAKE IT MY MISSON TO BRING IN ALL MY FAVORS AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.. AND ANY OTHER AGENCY THAT WILL KEEP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO ANY OTHER U SUSPECTING CUSTOMER.. read more
