We picked it up around 2pm and returned it a week later around 5pm and unfortunately this charged us an extra day without any notice. That would be my only complaint so if you rent from Avis, make sure you take the time serious and return it a little early. The two on duty when I came through did an excellent job on the windshield and side windows. They were out to find the dirty spots and get them cleaned up. I was rather impressed with their dedication. Overall my car came out pretty darn clean and I am satisfied. After going through the jet engines for dryers I hit up the free vacuums offered.
