That would be my only complaint so if you rent from Avis, make sure you take the time serious and return it a little early. The end of the process, they asked for a credit card along with my debit, because I'm not twenty-five. It said nothing about any of this on the website, which is the reason why I chose this place. 3. I tried using my Sam's club credit card and they said it'd work but didn't. 4. The guy was about my age and acted new, even though I had met him a few days before to make sure everything would work. 5. The lady was rude and acted like she hated her job, plus she had brought her (son?) in to wait in the waiting room... I honestly wouldn't advise anyone to rent a vehicle from this place... P.S. I called to discuss it and was told there was nothing they could do and that I should have read the entirety of my contract. I expected to pay for the tolls, but an additional $17? I don't think so. The person was not helpful, which was more than par for the course after my initial call to discuss the charges on my account. I will not be using Avis again and advise strongly against anyone else trying them.

Around 1805 I park next to Roundhouse Consignments, locked the 2022 Red Chevy Equinox at the 4945 S Peoria Ave location, walked up to Hertzdoor and dropped off the keys in the drop box. I left to catch a flight to WA state. 9/29 around 0844PST I called Hertz (918) 742-3453 staff to confirm the car was returned, ticket was closed and I complained about car not being cleaned when I got it because my son found a cigar underneath the driver seat. The lady confirmed the ticket was closed and said there were no problems. No charges were to be placed because it was through my insurance. On 10/6 I received a charge from Hertz. I called the Peoria branch and spoke to Sandy she stated the car was returned 10/4 by Dropbox; I told her I dropped it off 09/28 and her staff confirmed the ticket closed 9/29; she stated she would investigate and get back with me by 1300CT 10/7. However, no one called; I called but was told she was out of the office. I called the District Manager Jennifer in the Memorial branch 10/10 and she stated according to GPS the car was never at the location on Peoria on 9/28. I filed a police report.
