    Normally I don't have a problem with Enterprise. They're often my first choice and the two ladies working the day of my pick up were really nice and thorough. I appreciate that. However I'm pretty disappointed with my latest rental as far as accommodation goes. First, I wanted a rental from Sea-Tac. But there were none there during reservation a couple days in advance. I even went there the day of hoping maybe there'd be a vehicle. Nope. Can we get a ride to the nearest next nearest Enterprise? No. So gotta spend $40 on a cab. I Get the rental at the nearby Georgetown location etc. I asked can we at least return the car to the airport when we're through making it much easier on us? Sure!.... For $150 charge. Like really? 20 min. away, same company and you can't give courtesy rides OR let us drop it off at an alternate location without a huge charge???? I understand these things may complicate the business and it seems they're kind of understaffed but also feel these could be considered - as I mentioned accommodations are greatly appreciated and would like to avoid Coming out an unnecessary $80+ in ride shares/cabs just so I can get to and from YOUR places of business when I don't think it's too much to ask for you to do it and/or allow returns to another location. So Enterprise gets a thumbs down on this exchange and if a situation like this arises again I'd consider just doing another rental company.

    We flew into Seattle and since most of the activities we wanted to do were mostly centrally located, we either just walked around the city or summoned an Uber. When we decided to visit Snoqualmie Falls, however, neither of those options would suffice. So we reserved a rental through Enterprise. I've only rented a car a few times in my life so I don't have much to compare it to, but this particular Enterprise location most definitely earned our business. The employee who checked us in was super friendly, personable, and timely. He was juggling a few customers and the phone by himself. I was impressed with his bearings and professionalism throughout the process. All told, we were in, out, and on the road within 20 minutes or so. We declined their insurance as I had already purchased through a third party and our own insurance would cover the rest. The vehicle was a higher end Mazda. It was nicer than what I was expecting and got us to our destination safely and efficiently (we only used around 9 bucks worth a fuel, round trip). I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again if I needed another rental while in the area and would recommend them to anyone I know.

    If you only have to don't waste your time. The customer service is freaking lousy. State Farm set me up with a rental because my car was hit. On June 10, 2024 I returned there car but be4 taking the rental back I called to see if they could take me to the shop to pick it up my car and they told me yes.Once I got there they told they couldn't take me to shop to get my so now I'm sitting here at Enterprise with no ride I watched them lie to my face and changed my contract to the repair shop of Collision Care which was not at all true. Don't deal with these liars if you don't have to!

    DO NOT RENT CARS HERE! Only If you want to be liable for old damages or damages happened after your return the vehicle. If you dropped car after hour, they would charge your for any damage they saw the next morning without even checking security cameras to see if they were caused after the vehicle was dropped off! The term "A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day." is totally bullshit. We rented a car here on May 27th and dropped it off after hour at 10:30pm on May 28th. We noticed many scratches over the vehicle and the first photo was one example which they later put the liability on us in the damage report photos. (Good job on catching random customers to pay for the old damages!) We did not experience any accident or see any damage during the rental period. And guess what, we received a damage report on May 29th and enterprise put a $500 charge on my credit card immediately. I did not receive any photos of the reported damages by that time and the damage report only stated missing side mirror cover. Interesting, why did I have to take their side mirrors? After I demanded damage photos from DRU, surprise! I saw more damages and the representative told me the case was still pending on damage evaluation. So I guess they want to ask more money from me. The second attached photo have the damages they think we should be responsible for. One of the photos shows the exactly same scratches discovered during vehicle pickup and apparently Enterprise LIED to us because it was not OK! Now side mirrors were missing , door rubble came off. Isn't it a vehicle theft or burglary? How dare you charge your customer like this without doing your due diligence. When I ask about security camera they never answer back. I am done with Enterprise. I had couple goos experience before with Enterprise but I would not consider it anymore. P.S.: Be careful about the cars they gave you. The first car they gave me had missing screws and they changed it after I asked for it.

I was rear ended, surprise! It's Seattle. Reserved a rental through Enterprise one month ahead. Maybe extra for some people, but because of the shortage plus I'm a planner, this usually turns out better than last minute people. I received a confirmation email with a code and the type of car and thought I was good to go. Morning of, I call this location to confirm they're picking me up or if I need to go get the car to get mine repaired. They said they don't have a reservation for me. They put me on hold and came back saying they or the insurance company needed to confirm again--the email should have been enough. Oh, and they are out of cars. They said they are booked out the whole week but that "I" "should call around and see if other locations have availability". This should be their responsibility for good customer service. No surprise, everyone on the south end is sold out of cars too. I called the insurance company trying to get them to find another company, not much help there. Enterprise corporate, or oversees, was useless too. I used to rent enterprise for my travel but with this experience I will go Anywhere else.

    A last-minute trip needed a last-minute car rental. Enterprise is my go to and I usually only rent…read moreabout once a year so it's not necessarily a familiar process. But the staff team that works the SeaTac venue was truly seamless. It was Gabe who first assisted me to confirm my paperwork and I think that took less than 10 minutes because I've been able to make the reservation by phone. I want to be really clear that I talked to a human to make the reservation and that made all the difference for me. The online version of it was inefficient and didn't allow me to ask questions and get clarification that I needed so I hope Enterprise continues to allow customers to talk to human Customer Service representatives because not all questions can be answered online. Then I was sent to the next area which involved some trepidation because it was a vast area of garage space but immediately Natalie who was part of Enterprise approached me and took my tentativeness and turned it into confidence. She walked me past several areas and made sure that I was put into a vehicle that suited my concerns. And instead of feeling limited by my selection upstairs I felt I was actually given some options in which car I could land in. That made a tremendous difference. Her welcome was genuine and she was very helpful. So between Gabe and Natalie I had a great car pick up experience. And then I'd like to mention Christian who helped me get out of my car when I returned it 24 hours later. He helped me figure out why I would not get a day return back Despite returning at 12 hours earlier, and he was friendly and very positive about his work. I think he was celebrating a work anniversary actually but I don't remember which one it was. Regardless kudos to Enterprise for having such great staff work with us to make a car pick up and car returns simple and seamless. My only issue now is that I left some keys in the car and I would love to figure out how to get a hold of them. I did email Enterprise but have not heard back. I've used several different companies before but Enterprise generally has a pretty good rate. My last experience with Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. At first, it was nice that they offered the choice of a car to me, and provided some full-size sedan options at no cost for an upgrade. I took a Nissan Altima. As soon as I pulled out of the registration, warnings started going off on my dashboard about low tire pressure. I checked the tire pressure and noticed it was enough to make it to my destination so I didn't pay it any mind. The destination I went to had no service stations nearby, so I e-mailed into Enterprise to ask about the issue. They said I could return the car or pull into a Firestone. It took a few days for me to get to the Firestone but once I did, the technicians took a look and found a deeply embedded nail into the tire that was slowly leaking air. I had attributed the tire pressure fluctuation to the cold weather. They filled the tire back up enough to where I would make it back to the airport. I reported the issue immediately via e-mail and to the manager on site. I'm leaving a 3-star instead of a 1-star because previous experiences have been fine, but this last one was straight up dangerous. Inspect your cars well before taking them out.
