After I read the reviews I was concerned about the service and cars at this location. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service provided by the manager Inez and her staff when we arrived to pick up our rental. We were able to get a vehicle that fit our needs. The vehicle requested was available but we upgraded for more comfort. It made a world of difference, comfort wise. The vehicle was clean and we had no problems with any of the features. We'd definitely rent from this location. Thank you Inez!

So I make the appointment for 4 pm on Thursday (9/9/21). I get in and find that getting to this location is going to be tougher then I thought. So I call their office and Jessica answers. I tell her that I'm running late. I take an Uber for $45.00 and get there by 4:45 pm. Guess what. They're gone. Lights out and locked door. I called 8 times and each time I get a recording that the office is closed. They're suppose to be there till 5:30!! I'm in the middle of no where now. I also called their national phone number but all I get is that I'm in the right area and they should be there. Nope. They're gone. Anyways I take another uber ride back to the airport for another $45.00 and get another car from Fox which costed twice as much since I didn't have a reservation. The next day I call and talk to Jessica again. I asked the obvious. Where were you? Her first response was that she has kids as if that's a perfectly reasonable excuse to give. Then she shifted and said it wasn't her that was there but another employee who was there till 5:30 pm. I then said I called 8 times while sitting out side the door since 4:45 PM. She said that's impossible since they even rented a car out to someone @ 5:10 pm. She also said she only saw one phone call from me @ 3:43 pm which was the first time I called her from the Airport. All lies of course. The submitted phone record doesn't lie unlike Jessica. I'll just add my two cents among the many here. Stay far away from this place. It seems that no one cares and you'll just end up stranded like many of us have. Very expensive mistake.

This image is of a request that i made to extend my rental.  they were going to charge an additional 1442.77  for adding one extra day.

I was in the area for business. had a 5 day rental at 172.00 a day. i found that i needed to extend so i got on line using the app and they wanted to charge an additional 1442.77 to the bill. i thought this has to be a mistake so i called the 800 number. it wasn't a mistake, they went back and recalculated my entire rental to 321.00 a day. I own my business and travel a lot. i stop using hertz several years ago for this same type of practice. in talking with their support person, the attitude was, if you want to extend you'll accept the rate. very rude.. i will never use hertz again, very dishonest company. i don't blame the people at the rental counter, its the business itself.

I walked in, picked up a rental which was clean, practical, and fuel efficient. Two weeks later I dropped it off and it was done - billing straight through insurance. Staff were friendly and helpful and I like that it's walking distance from my - and many - West Seattle houses.

I was rear ended, surprise! It's Seattle. Reserved a rental through Enterprise one month ahead. Maybe extra for some people, but because of the shortage plus I'm a planner, this usually turns out better than last minute people. I received a confirmation email with a code and the type of car and thought I was good to go. Morning of, I call this location to confirm they're picking me up or if I need to go get the car to get mine repaired. They said they don't have a reservation for me. They put me on hold and came back saying they or the insurance company needed to confirm again--the email should have been enough. Oh, and they are out of cars. They said they are booked out the whole week but that "I" "should call around and see if other locations have availability". This should be their responsibility for good customer service. No surprise, everyone on the south end is sold out of cars too. I called the insurance company trying to get them to find another company, not much help there. Enterprise corporate, or oversees, was useless too. I used to rent enterprise for my travel but with this experience I will go Anywhere else.

A last-minute trip needed a last-minute car rental. Enterprise is my go to and I usually only rent…read moreabout once a year so it's not necessarily a familiar process. But the staff team that works the SeaTac venue was truly seamless. It was Gabe who first assisted me to confirm my paperwork and I think that took less than 10 minutes because I've been able to make the reservation by phone. I want to be really clear that I talked to a human to make the reservation and that made all the difference for me. The online version of it was inefficient and didn't allow me to ask questions and get clarification that I needed so I hope Enterprise continues to allow customers to talk to human Customer Service representatives because not all questions can be answered online. Then I was sent to the next area which involved some trepidation because it was a vast area of garage space but immediately Natalie who was part of Enterprise approached me and took my tentativeness and turned it into confidence. She walked me past several areas and made sure that I was put into a vehicle that suited my concerns. And instead of feeling limited by my selection upstairs I felt I was actually given some options in which car I could land in. That made a tremendous difference. Her welcome was genuine and she was very helpful. So between Gabe and Natalie I had a great car pick up experience. And then I'd like to mention Christian who helped me get out of my car when I returned it 24 hours later. He helped me figure out why I would not get a day return back Despite returning at 12 hours earlier, and he was friendly and very positive about his work. I think he was celebrating a work anniversary actually but I don't remember which one it was. Regardless kudos to Enterprise for having such great staff work with us to make a car pick up and car returns simple and seamless. My only issue now is that I left some keys in the car and I would love to figure out how to get a hold of them. I did email Enterprise but have not heard back. I wonder if there is a more direct route to figuring out Lost and found items?

I've used several different companies before but Enterprise generally has a pretty good rate. My last experience with Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. At first, it was nice that they offered the choice of a car to me, and provided some full-size sedan options at no cost for an upgrade. I took a Nissan Altima. As soon as I pulled out of the registration, warnings started going off on my dashboard about low tire pressure. I checked the tire pressure and noticed it was enough to make it to my destination so I didn't pay it any mind. The destination I went to had no service stations nearby, so I e-mailed into Enterprise to ask about the issue. They said I could return the car or pull into a Firestone. It took a few days for me to get to the Firestone but once I did, the technicians took a look and found a deeply embedded nail into the tire that was slowly leaking air. I had attributed the tire pressure fluctuation to the cold weather. They filled the tire back up enough to where I would make it back to the airport. I reported the issue immediately via e-mail and to the manager on site. I'm leaving a 3-star instead of a 1-star because previous experiences have been fine, but this last one was straight up dangerous. Inspect your cars well before taking them out.
