We had a reservation for a large SUV. Our family has 3 who are over 6 foot 5. They didn't have a car anywhere near the size we had booked. They gave us the option of taking a truck for an oil change or driving a car we can barely get into. Don't count on your reservation being held. Unapologetic and not helpful. read more

Best experience so far. Xavier was extremely helpful when I called he provided me with all the necessary info prior to my arrival to ensure I didn't have issues which was great. He went above and beyond providing me with useful info that I didn't ask about but needed to know. The car itself also ran great and was in good condition. I drove to lake Chelan and back and had a smooth ride. The car had all the necessary outlets and plugs to keep the kids entertained. The price also was the best one because for some reason they were all extremely expensive the weekend we got it. Ideally I usually prefer getting it from the airport but I'm SO GLAD i went off site. When I returned it the manager was really nice and helpful and was genuinely interested in my experience. I told her I will definitely go there next time. read more

Manager namke operating a bait scam on Expedia . Have filed a criminal complaint with Expedia , enterprise , and the Washington department of labor . They purposely withhold some fees and then when you arrive they hit you with extra "fees" . No written notice as required by Washington state law . And the employees of namke are totally compliant . One guys Xavier works there and he laughs at people as he is telling them the reservations cannot be filled because they have no cars. Amazing experience, start to finish! Finding the vehicle, I needed online was so easy, the site walks you through everything. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Lanakila R. made my experience even more amazing. He greeted me with a big smile, explained everything and made it simple to understand, answered all of my questions and simply went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. He had a GREAT attitude and was very kind. I left my car phone clip in the vehicle (used for directions). When I went to see if they still had it by chance, they did save it for me and Lanakila R. remembered me, asked how my adventure went and impressed me that he remembered the small details. Only reason they got a one was the guy that finally got my car showed me everything on it. Started with a call the night before to them saying I needed my reservation already done weeks ago on my crash to pick me up this morning at 8:45. I waited and called 3 times to Trevor; no one ever came. The owner of the shop felt so bad he drove me there. Next Trevor is taking reservations while there is 4 people in line. If you want to save some money renting a car come to this location from SeaTac and DON'T RENT AT THE AIRPORT!!! For a 7 day rental I paid $330 with insurance coverage and I would have paid $450 if i rented at SeaTac. I have the enterprise app and reserved the car about a month in advance and was able to check the price on a weekly basis to see if price changed or not. I was helped by a young lady when we first arrived and a gentleman when we returned the car. Both of them were professional and helpful with questions I had and advised us of the coverage of insurance that I purchased. The Uber ride from SeaTac to Burien was $13 which we still saved by booking away from SeaTac. If we ever come back to Washington we will be back here. I'll make this short and sweet. I had a rental after I was rear ended. I ended up keeping the car for about a week until my car was repaired. The pickup/drop off was easy and quick. Car was clean, no problems. Except! When I went inside to let them know I was there, there were two black people with another employee discussing their rental. The man that approached me decided to ask me if I was "with them" instead of saying, "hi, how can I help you?" Conversation was very cold after that. I don't assume if two white people walk into an establishment that they are together. That shit isn't cool. read more

I usually have the worst experience with rental car companies. I usually go through them in the airports- maybe that's why. This location is about a 10 min, and around $15 Uber/Lyft ride from the airport. I booked them via Expedia and had such a smooth experience with them. They gave me a call a week before my trip confirming my time of arrival. When we arrived, they grabbed the car and I was off on vacation. They gave me a call on day two asking how the car was and if everything with the car is going smoothly. Drop off was super easy as well. I definitely recommend using their services next time you're in Seattle. This location is about 20-25min to downtown/Pike Place area. read more

We don't normally rent cars long distances but my husband had our truck stolen while out of state for work so we had to rent a car to drive back to California when my husband's job was over....the car ended up being found before hand so we returned the rental a week later. Once everything was cleared with insurance we sent them our rental receipt. Come to find out that Enterprise overcharge us by over $500!!! That's not a little mistake. Watch your charges, have everything explained....this was a hard enough time and thank goodness to our ins company or they would of definitely screwed us out of $500 because they didn't know what they were doing and we have never really rented cars out of state. Usually I have a good experience with enterprise as a in and out deal but this location nothing is ever simple, I had a rsvp just to be told once I show up it's not available they over booked, I go home for them to call me back to pick up my rental.... I go show up they get me in a rental if I agree to pay for the top of the line insurance ect ect I get it go to pick up my family only to take a second look and the car was never cleaned inside or out, normally I wouldn't mind it wasn't tooo dirty just looked like a family took it camping. But during these times with Covid going on and I have family that cannot get sick. My mom's car broke down and we needed a rental to get around for a few days. My mom called to inquire about cars and because she needed a ride to the location. She was interested in renting a smaller car but unfortunately they didn't have any available. Chris, the employee she talked to on the phone said he would give her another car for the same price as the smaller cars she was interested in in the first place. She was so relieved when he gave her a quote of $45 a day for the much larger vehicle, that she otherwise would not have rented. Chris the employee that helped her said he would pick her up at 2pm he did not arrive to pick my mom up until 2:40. when they finally got to the enterprise in Burien it was pouring down rain, my mom and Chris looked over the vehicle and he had my mom sign the paperwork and she left. My mom signed the paperwork and didn't notice until the next day (Saturday, they are only open for 3 hours and closed on Sunday) that she signed an agreement to pay $90 a day, when he told her it would be half that price! At that point she had already signed the agreement so there isn't much she can do about it. I feel that she was misled and taken advantage of by the staff. At no point did Chris mention that she would be paying $90 a day. My mom returned the vehicle today and expressed to them how she was unhappy with the service she received. No one really seemed to care. My mom getting more upset and embarrassed left flustered with only her receipt and accidentally left her copy of the agreement on the counter. I told her i would run in and grab it because she was still very upset about the whole situation. When I walked in Chris greeted me and asked how he could help, I told him that my mom had just been in here and left her copy of the agreement by mistake and I wanted to run in and grab it before we left. He said "oh I shredded it." So then I asked if he could make a photocopy of their copy for me, when another employee piped in "there's information on our copy that the customers aren't supposed to have." Chris then offered to print me a copy of the receipt, which I told him we already had and that I would like a copy of the original agreement. I asked for them to photocopy their copy of the agreement, and if they needed to block out information then they could cover it up or block it out and then we would at least have some document of it. Then all of a sudden the other employee comes back with a set of magical keys and opens up this locked door that they previously said no one even had keys to in the first place and she opens this lock WITH THE FIRST KEY SHE TRIED. So I got my mom's original copy of the agreement back and while there isn't much we can do about it, I would like to share our experience with others. Overall we left feeling misled and swindled. EDIT: After leaving reviews online a customer service representative reached out to us and is refunding us some of the money and honoring the $45 a day price we were originally promised. I had a great experience with these folks on our family vacation last week. My wife and I are really cheap... as in, frugal. The prices for car rentals at SeaTac were kind of ridiculous- a mid-sized car for our 5 days was $330ish. I shopped it around, and found a much better deal here.... when I got there, I decided to upgrade 2 classes to a full-size (to better fit the two carseats), and they did it for $4 per day. Final bill was under $170, including the upgrade. service was fast and professional.. plenty of people in the office to prep the car I wanted (they cleaned it and got it back within less than 10 minutes). The staff was personable and not pushy about the insurance coverage stuff, and explained the flexibility they had, which was very helpful. They also had pre-sale gas that was 40 cents LESS per gallon than the going rate on the street..... awesome! Anyway, if you're a bit of a DYI'er, this is a great option for Seattle airport car rental..... Realize that they won't pick you up at the airport, so it means a 4.4 mile cab ride- under $15 each way. Still, I saved $150 on the 5 day rental..... and had a great experience- they even offered to call me a cab on my return. read more

We flew into SEA-TAC and needed a car for the week. All of the rental car places at the airport were charging upwards of $350 for a teeny tiny car, so I decided to book our reservation at this Enterprise, which ended up saving me over $150 for the same exact reservation. Things were a little hectic at check-in, and we were forced to wait a while, but everyone at the counter was legitimately working and trying to do the best they could to get people in cars and on their way. First, they gave us a GMC Terrain, still at the cost of the little car I had booked. We called the next day since I was not comfortable driving the tank and they happily traded it out for the Maxima, again without adjusting the price at all. Erin and Colt were super friendly and accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure our experience with Enterprise was a positive one. Checkout was a breeze; much faster than check-in. It is true that their is no shuttle from the airport. This is because they are not the Enterprise associated with the airport. A big part of the reason renting a car at the airport costs substantially more (as does seemingly everything in the airport) is the additional fees that the company must absorb by being in the airport. Generally these get passed down to the consumer. If this location was to run a shuttle to and from the airport, they would get hit with most, if not all, of these fees. This is also why this particular Enterprise location cannot pick you up at the airport. Overall I had a good experience here, despite a long-ish wait to actually pick up the car. I will rent from them again next time I'm in Seattle. read more

I was originally going to give this place 2 stars, but bumped it up since they actually paid for a cab ride to get me to the office when there were no drivers to actually get me there. Even though he was busy as hell, and even though it took forever to get my car since the phones in the office were ringing off the hook, he wasn't condescending like the agent at Fox Rent a Car in Des Moines, and I was actually given the opportunity to go over the car with him to make sure there were no dings or scratches before I actually took off. Unfortunately I got stuck with a Ford Focus which was an upgrade from the economy car that I wanted, but at least they didn't charge me extra for it like they did at Fox. read more

I found myself at the Burien Enterprise in November in an extremely emotional state: a low-speed collision involving my new car and an uninsured driver (who was found at fault for the incident) took out the suspension on my vehicle. My first accident ever, no rental car coverage from my insurance, and no loaner vehicles from the dealer where I purchased my car.... I was looking at 2+ weeks without a car, right before the holidays -- a big deal to a single mom like me -- and an unaffordable rate offered by the downtown Seattle Enterprise office. The area manager and all of the staff at the Burien office were so compassionate and helpful, found me a compact car to rent that was much cheaper than the one offered by the downtown Seattle office, and with a truly affordable rate. When I got my car back, the downtown Seattle office tried to charge me double what the Burien office quoted me, even when I produced the Burien contract. Downtown Seattle simply met me with an air of dismissal, rigid inflexibility, and an attitude of disdain. This was all frustrating--I was ready never to use Enterprise again. When the area manager of Burien stepped in to adjust the rate downtown Seattle had originally quoted me, my faith in Enterprise was restored. It's offices like Burien (as well as the wonderful West Seattle and Ellensburg branches I've used in the past) that clearly understand that in business, a happy customer is a loyal customer--one that remains brand loyal and comes back time and again. The downtown branch would do well to receive some customer service training from the area/territory managers of the smaller offices, who never battle with you, and work to make things right. After the constant upsetting phone calls with the downtown Seattle office, I was ready to write off Enterprise as a whole for good. However, Burien Enterprise, the Dave Baley area manager, and West Seattle Enterprise have restored my faith in such a great company. I will continue using Enterprise -- but will avoid the downtown Seattle branch going forward. Sad that this branch tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise stellar company. In, out, and on your way. That's exactly what this place was. It was nice and there wasn't a whole lot of drama. They want you to get your car and leave which is all I think any car renter wants. The person who helped us get the car was nice enough, as was the person who helped us check out. Make sure to check your bill as you leave; when we initially signed up for ours, we wanted the gas option because we figured we'd use a lot of gas. However, when we upgraded to a Prius, we asked our agent to take off the gas option. When we were charged after returning the car, we were in a slight hurry to get to the airport. On the way to the airport, they charged us for the gas option (an almost $50 fee) anyway. They've since reimbursed us, but just make sure you check through your bill. read more

The staff (guys) are great! Super professional, nice and very helpful. This is my second time using this enterprise. My first time they got me into a nice 2013 Ford with all the nice gadgets. Today I came in again and I suffer from anxiety and don't ride or drive low cars and they were super kind and hooked me up with a SUV for the same price of a Sedan. I give the staff ( Zac, Omar, Travis) here at this branch 5 stars but I give the people who clean the vehicle a 4star. The front staff were super kind enough to re-vacuum the SUV but after finding glass in the 3rd row I was disappointed again on the cleaning job. After that Travis ended up letting me use one of there luxury vehicles. Hint to renters: inspect not only the outside but the inside as well. read more

My personal car was stolen, called enterprise got great service at the call center....but then the office refused to pick me up due to location despite the rental agent confirming transport was available, second location also refused saying they were to busy and they refused to honor the reservation, increasing the price by $50 and saying it wasn't their problem. Took a cab to the original location where they then refused to rent to me due to only having my debit and it being a one way rental all of which is in the reservation! Mean while everyone I was in contact with can see my extensive rental history for travel. I have now spent more on cab fare than a days rental wpuld cost me. Never again enterprise. We made a reservation a week ahead of time and after dropping off my car at the repair shop we waited a little bit for the rental to be dropped off. 20 minutes later we called and told them we'd come to them. Once we arrived there it turned out they had no cars available. Who knows how long we would have been waiting for a car if we hadn't decided to come to them since they were 20 minutes late dropping off the rental at the repair shop. Now I have to wait 6 hours for a car. They're office also had busted windows and nobody was working in their office. Very disappointed in this company and experience. read more

It was a headache dealing with this place. The customer service was poor. If they are down to their last car and you find yourself there not even out of necessities, they will not bother and try to cover the fee of a bigger car than you drive. I drive a two door and they were down to their last car and they still charged me the 10 dollars a day, plus tried billing me for 10 days even though the paper work stated it would only take 2. It does all get refunded but the lack of communication and attention to detail really makes the place look poor and unprofessional. The parking is a whole other problem. Let me preface this review by saying that this is the FIRST negative review I have submitted... I recently used this Enterprise location when my car was being repaired at a nearby shop. I have used other Enterprise locations in the past and been quite happy - BUT I would NOT recommend this particular location, nor would I use them again. They were to pick up several of us from the repair shop and transport us to their office. We waited, and waited, and waited. All the while I heard the staff at the repair shop asking one another "where's the Enterprise van?". The van eventually showed up after about 1/2 hour. The driver announced that they had an office FULL of staff members to process our rentals, and we would all be processed in the order we had arrived at the repair shop. That turned out to be incorrect. First of all, there were TWO staff member present at Enterprise when we arrived (more did come later). They called MY name first but I was not the first to check into the repair shop. I stepped aside to allow the earlier patrons to be processed first. When my turn came, I was helped by a nice young man. I provided my driver's license, credit card, insurance information, address, phone....then he asked who my employer was. Feeling that it was none of their business, I refused to give him the information. He insisted, I refused...he insisted again, I refused... he tried once more and I refused again. He gave up. okay. He left to retrieve my car rental - and returned 30 minutes later! Seriously? Where was it parked? Downtown? Kent? Safeco Field? While I was waiting for him - another couple arrived via the shuttle. They had been waiting at the light rail station for Enterprise to pick them up... FOR ONE HOUR! The young man arrived with my car rental and took me outside to inspect the car and sign the paperwork. He asked what type of additional insurance I wanted to buy from Enterprise. I told him none. He launched into his various insurance offerings, again I told him I would not be purchasing additional coverage. Then he tried to get me to buy the "$10.00 daily plan" ... for a third time I refused the insurance. Then he said "so, do you want the $10.00 daily insurance".... I had had enough. I more than curtly told him to just stop it, I had already refused the insurance 3 times!!! He became frustrated, turned the car off, marched me into the office, had a brief discussion with the manager regarding how difficult I was, and turned me over to the manager who completed my rental. The entire process, from waiting for the van to driving away in my rental, was just shy of 2 hours. The overall impressions of THIS particular Enterprise location were... slow - un-organized - invasive - and pushy! I think there are better choices~ read more

They do not have a dropbox so you can drop off your car during none business hours. This office got my reservation wrong so they charge me extra. Plus this enterprise is a hole in the wall not the typical enterprise office. I do not recommend. I tried this office to avoid the high fees of the airport enterprise. One tip though, you can rent from any other enterprise but with a 50$ fee you can drop off the car at the airport. It is probably the same cost as a cab ride. read more

This Enterprise location is only 3 1/2 miles from SEATAC International Airport, but rents cars at a huge savings over the airport locations. I always check car rental prices on the Costco Travel site first. Even with the Costco discount, car rentals at the airport were far more than I was willing to pay. I called Costco to ask for options and they helped me find this nearby location. We saved nearly half the cost of renting at the airport. Their staff are great to work with, and we were able to drop the car off after hours by using their key drop box. We would definitely use this location again if their prices continue to be good. read more

Rented here instead of airport and saved a bundle even with the two $20 cab rides from and back to airport. Staff was professional and wait time was minimal. Car was clean and ready and return was speedy. SEATAC has to be the worst airport for fees, taxes and misc. add-on charges. Summer in Seattle is a terrible time to find anything resembling reasonably priced hotels or car rentals. read more
