Oakley is your guy!…read more Our overall experience was a 10/10, if you have any hesitations about this place all I say is go ask for Oakley and figure it out yourself. A little bit about our experience... I pulled up to check out a couple trucks I saw on the lot. Oakley wasn't there as he was taking a new customer out to lunch. So I went and got my wife and came back right away to wait for him. We sat there and got to know Darrell a little bit as well while waited for Oakley. Checking out the truck with Oakley was a great experience, the Truck was in great condition and was priced very well... the only issue we ran into was I'm extremely rusty at stick. But Oakley was absolutely awesome and took me to an open parking lot in the truck and helped me get all the kinks out of my driving. Overall they were very friendly and thoughtful, we loved how they took their time to take the previous customer out to lunch or to reteach me manual. They made sure we were comfortable with the price and had an absolute phenomenal experience. Don't be surprised if you see another review from me with a different vehicle real soon.

Do NOT recommend. Husband took our Camry in. They put us off picking it up for an entire weekend,…read moreand when we got it back on Monday, there were hundreds of extra miles on the odometer and the car positively reeks of cigarettes. It isn't the stench of someone smoking one dart in the car. Some you-know-what took my car out for a dirty weekend and returned it smelling like a 1987 Panama City Beach motel room. I have a documented allergy to nightshades! I cannot even get in the car, now! Why would anyone take a Camry, you ask? Well, additionally and possibly most important, this is a legitimate issue of stolen valor as the car is licensed with my husband's military tag. I just hope the two bit weasel who fronted as a Marine for the weekend got zapped by a speed camera whilst joyriding in our car so the truth will come out in the wash. SHAME ON YOU!

We had tremendous and timely service from the Rexburg Car Shop. Having turned wrenches on and off for 35 years myself I was grateful to the Rexburg Car Shop for taking on a complicated repair which took a lot of very expensive shop grade tools to repair. They were fair in their pricing and the warranty on the parts and labor is for three years, not just one year.

My car doesn't drive better, but I think it's now transmitting signals to the moon. The mechanics spoke in riddles, the waiting room smelled like regret, and I'm 90% sure I saw someone summon a wrench from thin air. Either I walked into a repair shop or the headquarters of the Illuminati. Anyway, my check engine light is still on--but at least now it blinks in Morse code. Probably spelling out "RUN."

I do not recommend using ever using Budget! They do not guarantee any reservation and may leave you…read morein a pickle. I reserved a truck through Budget 3 months in advance and on the day that I was going to pick it up they told me that they didn't have a truck for me to use. We reserved a 24' truck and they offered a 16' truck instead. That obviously would not fit all of our stuff. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they refused to do anything about it. They even refused to compensate us for the predicament they put us in. Because of that, we had to call around all over town looking for a moving truck. Instead of the original $200 we were to spend on the truck, we were going to now have to spend $600. When we called the Uhaul company, they were willing to price match for us and even call around to find us a truck. From now on I will NEVER rent anything from Budget. I will go to Uhaul.

We initially got the location confused for another Sinclair gas station across the highway, but the driver called us a few minutes before departure time to see if we were still on our way. Such a nice service to provide to us travelers! My second experience with the St George shuttle was I myself taking the morning shuttle to SLC airport. I parked in the side lot and waited a few minutes until the shuttle arrived at the gas station. The driver didn't see me at first so she hopped back in the car and drove over towards the lot that I was parked in. I flagged her down and she actually offered to bring the shuttle to me instead!
