It also would no longer lock or unlock. I went back in and let them know I caught them. Shane explained he forgot to mention this and he was so sorry for letting it slip his mind that they did not do the work I paid for. They said they would fix the locking issue. They did BUT now the key doesnt work. I left tired of the incompetence and afraid of more damage to the vehicle. Once I arrived home I realized they did not return my $500 key I had just bought at the dealer. When I called back they said.........we dont have it, we will look. Never did I receive the key or a refund on the horrible work that was performed. You should never go here unless you dont care about your vehicle, quality work or losing your items that are in their posession. I lost over $1,000 trusting them with my vehicle.

A little bit about our experience... I pulled up to check out a couple trucks I saw on the lot. Oakley wasn't there as he was taking a new customer out to lunch. So I went and got my wife and came back right away to wait for him. We sat there and got to know Darrell a little bit as well while waited for Oakley. Checking out the truck with Oakley was a great experience, the Truck was in great condition and was priced very well... the only issue we ran into was I'm extremely rusty at stick. But Oakley was absolutely awesome and took me to an open parking lot in the truck and helped me get all the kinks out of my driving. Overall they were very friendly and thoughtful, we loved how they took their time to take the previous customer out to lunch or to reteach me manual. Such a nice service to provide to us travelers! My second experience with the St George shuttle was I myself taking the morning shuttle to SLC airport. I parked in the side lot and waited a few minutes until the shuttle arrived at the gas station. The driver didn't see me at first so she hopped back in the car and drove over towards the lot that I was parked in. I flagged her down and she actually offered to bring the shuttle to me instead! So kind :) So far I'm really enjoying the amenities of the shuttle. Water, WiFi, and charging parts galore! I will definitely be using St George for travel again in the future.

I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine.
