My wife and I stayed in room 229 and it was a great size for the two of us. The room was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The front desk staff were very kind and respectful, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was okay--pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel--but the pool, gym, and lobby all looked great and were very tidy. Spent 7 hours inside Yellowstone driving from location to location......then we drove a couple hours to get here....... not much to see around the area, but we were more interested in rest.... Very nice place. Our room was very nice and spacious liked the dual window blinds that allow you to easily control the light in the room. Nice bathroom with only s shower. Plenty of towels and amenities. A free breakfast is included. Breakfast includes eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, and many more items. Staff is very good and accommodating. We needed an early checkin which they easily accommodated. Would definitely stay here again. read more

I have to go 2 stars here. The staff were extremely nice and the breakfast, although limited, was good. However I selected a room and wasn't given it, thought whatever no biggie except was placed in between 3 families in a 4 floor barely filled hotel. They then moved my room at my request which was nice but the room I got had dust and hair all over the bathroom floor, the shower was moldy and stained, just not a good look. Then we see that there's families everywhere seemingly living in this hotel since they were running through the halls, had playpens setup for the kids, etc. just not a place to stay. read more

Bad They do not honor simple requests They are rude to senior citizens They do not abide by the 100% satisfaction guarantee. $20 for your inconvenience while we treat you like dumb old people. They lied saying that they were sold out when for the 3 night stay they clearly weren't both by looking at the parking lot and by going online to book. Seriously disappointed. Nice local Hampton Inn, that stays busy in the Summer Folks!!! Stayed 3 days to enjoy the National Parks and really enjoyed this place. Close to everything and priced very reasonable. Now you might want to get down to the Breakfast earlier than later they tend to run out and 10:00 the doors are closed!!! read more

Took awhile to get here. GPS led us to back roads. Got here and there was a mix up with our reservation. I think what happened was when we booked thru Hilton they didn't hear that we needed a suite for our bigger family even though we kept asking for a hotel with a suite and that we need a suite. But when we got here to check in they were nice enough to give us a suite for the same price because no way we can all squeeze into a regular room. I think it was a handicap room but it sufficed because it was big and roomy. It was nice and huge. Very comfortable and clean. The pull out was 1 of the most comfortable pull outs my daughter said. The beds were comfty. Sheets were soft. Shower was a walk in. The only issue I can think of is that the walls were a bit thin. We can hear people walk past outside loudly as well as very heavy footsteps above. 1 night there was a biker gang or cars revving up outside too. Otherwise it was a comfortable 3 night stay. And it's conveniently located right off the highway with gas and fast food around the premises. Very accommodating. Our breakfast were in to go brown bags. Each bag a tad different like mystery bags :) Good stay overall. read more

Nice place. Rooms clean. There was a regular "dripping sound" but never found a leak. Bed was a little squeaky. Shower handle was a little inconveniently placed in comparison to tub. I appreciated that the staff worrying about each other as when we stayed there was a major snow dump. read more

NOT COVID SAFE. Masks were not required in the common areas. They were not required to go get breakfast. Or in elevators. Employees did wear masks, but not once was anyone asked to wear one that we saw. 90% of the guests we had to be around in common areas did not wear them. It was really scary and unsafe :/ the hotel itself was beautiful and clean, but this made our stay a bit stressful with our young child and trying to keep him safe. read more

We booked this room a week in advanced and it was requested we were close to another room so we could visit with family. We checked in online that we would be there at 3pm. At 4pm, our room was not ready. The gentleman working the front desk was doing everything in his power to see when it would be ready. He was very nice and very helpful but it looked like the cleaning staff would not get back with him. He said he was waiting to see if the rooms were Clean. We checked back at 5pm and finally checked in. We could see the cleaning staff still on that floor and they were all chatting and not working. They even seemed upset that we were walking past their cart and we had a bunch of luggage. The rooms are large and at first glance, seemed very clean. But In the shower, it was filled with grime on the shower door and pink grime on the shower. Surely this does not get cleaned with every visit. Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff checking you in is nice... i would address what is going on with the cleaning crew. AND we had no hot water in the morning for a shower. Ughhh read more

My family stayed at this new hotel in Rexburg before our Yellowstone adventure. It is a brand new hotel and the staff is very friendly. I picked the hotel due to the electric vehicle charger and the close proximity to the bear adventure. I called ahead and the staff reserved the charger for my car. During a snow storm on the way to Yellowstone we called to reserve a room for a family with a newborn in case the road wouldn't open that night. The front desk guaranteed us "under the circumstances" that if our family made it to the rental cabin, we could call and cancel within two hours. My family made it to the cabin so we called and canceled the reservation within the time frame they had given. The two people at the front desk both guaranteed that it was 100% cancelled and there would be no charge. A week later, we got charged $150.12 for the room reservation that we didn't use. We have called five times, lest messages, have been placed on hold to speak with a manager for 45 minutes and weeks later still haven't heard back from anyone regarding this charge. We understand mistakes happen, but this is entirely unacceptable. We have made them more than aware of this issue and they could not care less. TERRIBLE and shady service. I received a beyond rude checkin experience with Jessie around 4pm yesterday after parking at the back of the hotel, closest to the room I selected during my pre checkin through the app the day before my trip. My kids and I were loaded up with all of our items and the dog with the expectation that we were going to use our digital key to walk right in and to our room which was the first one through this back door... WRONG! Despite the app telling me my digital key was ready for use... me, my 2 kids and the dog with ALL our crap in tow proceed to walk in the icy, snow filled skating rink they call a parking lot all the way around the hotel to get a key to enter our room because the digital key didn't work. So, we're all standing there at the front desk... the dog is pulling me to sniff everything in sight, my two kids are crying about being cold and the stuff they were carrying being too heavy and I'm trying to explain to Jessie, the front desk agent, the situation. With a resting bitch face you could see even through her mask she didn't greet us, didn't acknowledge that I was a Hilton honors member, and offered no apology for the inconvenience what so ever... she just started in like a lifeless robot asking my name. Once she pulled up my reservation that I was pre checked in to for convenience as they advertise... she asked for an id which was in the one bag I didn't bring in... because again, I was checked in, assigned a room and digital key and didn't need it. At this time I'm imagining having to make my kids drudge through the icy parking lot with all our crap and the dog without anyone breaking a bone and feeling fed up I proceeded to tell Jessie that everything she needs to know about myself, my 2 kids, as well as the dog ( a credentialed service companion) was in my profile and was there any other way I could verify my information or was it pertinent that I get my Id and credentials... she told me in an annoyed voice that she could verify by my address and once my keys were made she threw them across the desk at me as she scoffed as if I was the one inconveniencing her to do the job she gets paid to do. I thought this was going to be the end of my crappy experience but oh was I WRONG again! A couple hours after checking out from our stay we were 2.5 hours into a 5 hour drive home when I stopped for gas and my card was declined. I knew I had more than enough in my account to get gas because i checked the day before after the hotel authorized my stay for the amount plus $10 for incidentals and I had just under $100 but enough to gas up and get home. So I pull up my bank account and I'm $45 over drawn from the hotel. Now instead of the original amount that had been pending there was a $180 pending charge. I immediately called the hotel to find out what the issue was and Ezra, the front desk agent at the time, explained that $100 was charged to me for having a dog in my room. I proceeded to explain to him that I'm aware they aren't a pet friendly hotel and that my dog is a service companion, which is allowed, and told him how upon checkin I asked about if his credentials were needed and was told no. Ezra then explained that he wasn't authorized to change charges and that his managers weren't available. I continued to explain the emergent situation this billing error had caused and that within 20 miles my 2 kids, the dog and I would be stranded in a vehicle with no gas in below 20 degree weather if the situation wasn't rectified due to more funds not hitting my account until tomorrow. Ezra continued in a 'I could care less' demeanor stating that all he could do was transfer me to his managers voicemail. I left a message with his GM and proceeded to call Hilton customer support on the matter. Finally hours later Holly, the GM called and explained that she had been upstairs in the hotel the WHOLE TIME!!! She apologized for Jessie's rude behavior towards me that she witnessed as she reviewed the footage of my checkin and explained that she refunded me the wrongfully charged pet fee. While I was grateful to finally hear from her... unfortunately it did me and my family no good. Instead I write this review for all of you to read now from my vehicle that is out of gas 100 miles from home. It is currently 9 degrees outside and my kids and I are miserably counting down the minutes until my paycheck hits my account in the morning as we literally sit here and freeze because the authorization still hasn't dropped off to release the funds Hilton stole from me today. Please, everyone reading this... never stay at this Hilton... the Marriott is right next door... try them, there is no way they can be worse than Jessie and Ezra and your experience here! read more

I spent about 20 minutes talking to a representative about reserving a room. It was hard to understand her and when I said I was confused with what she was saying she hung up on me. I was wanting to book the room right then but she didn't give me a chance. I called back and got someone else who said that maybe I was talking to a call center. She said she couldn't book the room unless I paid the highest amount, no discounts allowed. That completely didn't make sense. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that no one was around until the next day. I asked what time they would be in and she said they just come in whenever they feel like it.
