Made a car reservation this morning at 7 AM. Received the the confirmation 15 mins later for a Noon pickup. I called the location around 12:30 to tell them I'd be there 2 hours to pick up the vehicle, only to be told there now vehicles till Monday. When I asked the Clerk why no one called before now, was given, "I'm the only one here and have to do all the work." There should have been a way that the "only" clerk on duty could have immediately sent a non-availability message to online reservations, so I would have time to call other rental agencies. I RESERVED a mid-sized SUV for noon. When I got there ADAM immediately knew they didn't have what I reserved and gave me a VERY small sized vehicle. Declaring that I would get 10% off to take it That equaled out to $39! My total was $1000! Adam claimed this vehicle was safe and had good gas on the mileage. We stopped every 2 1/2 hours to fill this micro SUV up! All the lies from this man! We couldn't even go 65 miles an hour because the car would shack! In Texas the oil light comes on and the vehicle is sucking up more gas! I called customer service the young lady was very nice she apologized for the situation and directed us to return the vehicle to the nearest Airport. She stated that they will accommodate me with a similar vehicle I RESERVED and noted that the issues I was having with this vehicle. Once I arrived to the airport. The staff was highly upset. They blamed the home store I received the vehicle from because they claimed that ADAM should have done the right thing and searched for me a vehicle that I reserved in the 1st place. After receiving the vehicle ADAM calls me and follows up saying that customer service contacted him with my issues and that it was noted that I would be receiving another discount and he would do right about this situation and take care of me when I return . I told him I needed another day added to the rental agreement because we lost a day and half due to this and spent a lot of gas money getting to our location. He said he would have to charge my card I explained that my card was already charged and there was fees still pending But he still charged my card a full $130 When returning he literally forgot about everything he was going to give me. He claimed my issues and the discussions I had in Texas had nothing to do with his location and that I needed to contact them and gave me the manager email address to follow up because they should have done their part He asked me what he could do on his behalf for the service at his location. I told him to not charge me for the extra day but something still needs to be done. He only took off $70 He then pressured me to give him and his worker Asia a good review and not base it on the experience I had in Texas! I immediately contacted the Texas location and spoke to the manager as ADAM told me to. The manager apologized for his approach and stated that Adam still did not do his JOB because he is not taking accountability for the terrible service that I was provided. Texas manager stated that from day 1, Adam never did the right thing from the beginning and this would have never happened if he would have done his part. He also stated that it's obvious they don't fully service their vehicles because the oil light came on. The manager said I needed to contact customer service and let them know that I needed an extended discount because they couldn't give me one and it's not cool that ADAM is trying to point the blame on his location. I explained everything to Adam & that I spoke to the manager in Texas. He rudely says "Oh I'm sure they would blame me for everything". He then try to over talk me and NOT listen. I'm trying to explain to him that it is his fault. He's claiming that the vehicle was serviced before I got it. And trying to give me explanations on how and when they service the cars! That doesn't change the fact that you gave me a crappy vehicle that was too small & unsafe! He then try's to tell me that this car was serviced and light only came on because no one turned it off! Umm sir it came on in Texas. This man is very disrespectful and thinks I'm some sort of dummy! It obviously it wasn't service correctly if you claim it was serviced! This man try to gaslight me and make me feel stupid! This location is terrible! They don't care about the danger or the safety issues they're putting you or your family in! I have many more travels to Texas to come. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I will drive ALL the way to the airport and go to Hertz before I give them my money again. read more

Quinton the so called manager literally called me the night before to confirm. I get there to pick up the car and doesn't have one so then I have to drive to a different location in a middle of a snowstorm during rush hour. Will never book thru the raytown enterprise again. Smells like cat piss in the building. He was joking and playing around. Was literally talking about giving me the only car they had available which was more per day and didn't want to lose money. So they rather have me drive out of my way and waste my time due to there screwup. Amazing how this guy is a manager for any company. read more

If I could give them NEGATIVE stars I would. Alex doesn't know how to give proper information. Then when he is called out for it, he blames the customer. He is rude and extremely unprofessional. He was arguing with me on the phone and telling me that I was to blame for not telling him what kind of debit card we had. I was not aware I was supposed to know how to do HIS job. I asked how I would know the company policy for a place I do NOT work at. He was also very hateful to my daughter. He basically just says whatever he wants and then acts like he did nothing wrong all while saying its the customers fault. Also the "risk management team/person" needs to do better research about debit cards, because they are WRONG!! I will never rent from any enterprise again. I know it really doesn't matter since I am only one person. But this kind of treatment is so uncalled for. I am going to send an email to corporate as well. Terrible customer service, horrible experience. I reserved a full size vehicle due to my fiance being over 6 foot tall When I arrived they attempted to give me a Kia soul which was listed as Standard for a cheaper price. Almost completely ruined my weekend On top of that Enterprise tried to charge me 3 times the quoted price for a smaller vehicle. No empathy or professionalism from the employee. read more

Alex Neal is a horrible Branch Rental Manager. Rude and disrespectful. He makes up rules I have a rental in Raytown Missouri and Branch Rental Manager refused to rent to me and said if I come tomorrow he will not rent to me either or ever. I need to go somewhere else. The problem is it's walking distance from where I stay. I was in a bad car accident and my insurance company reserved a car from you guys a week ago and you didn't have any because of the snow. So I waited patiently and arranged a ride to get there. My insurance company called at 8:30 am this morning to set up a reservation as early as possible. The Enterprise at area code 64133 stated I need to wait until 3:30 pm then called me and told me he (Alex Neal) moved it to 5:30 pm. And he told me to bring a debit card or credit card. So later today I called Alex at the store at 5:00 pm and I asked him will I have a car around 5:30 pm when I arrange my ride to get there. He said yes. So I finally get there at 5:55 pm and wait 5 mins in the parking lot as their employee is talking to a friend in the middle of the entrance and I couldn't get in. I waited patiently not knowing they close at 6:00 pm. So I walk in the door at 6:00 and Alex Neal the Branch Rental Manager says they were closed 15 mins ago. I told him that I talked to him 2 times today and that he moved my time and didn't tell me they close at 6:00 so he look up my reservation number and ask for my card. I gave him my debit card and he said he can't rent to me. I reminded him that he never told me that I could not use my debit car because of my out of state license. I asked him how much will the hold be on a credit card and he said $50. I told him he has my permission to hole $10,000 on my debit card. Then I asked if they can wait 10 mins for someone to bring their credit card. Then his other employee a large black man (like me) made comments. I asked him why the hell are you being rude to me and jumping in on a conversation that I'm having with his manager. Then he told me to leave. I felt like the store manager was reaching for something so I backed away and straddled the door because I didnt want to be another black man shot. I stayed on the phone with my attorney and she heard his (Alex Neal) say that he will not rent to me and then he said if I come back tomorrow he will refuse to rent to me. I reminded his that it's my insurance company paying for it and not me and he said I'll be wasting my time if I come back because he will not rent to me. Will lie to you and not tell you about all the hidden fees they have I came in for an insurance rental. Everything was fine till a few days later when I see they took a large fee that was not talked about when I picked it up. When I called to see what it was about they flat out lied saying everything was disclosed at pick up. This company has no integrity. read more

The employees I came in contact with were very helpful & friendly. I enjoy the pick up and drop off service provided. Haven't had any issues or problems with this location, though there have been times when I ended up with more gas in the vehicle than when I got it, when that happens (not on purpose) I would prefer a credit or some sort of $ back.
